I wish I could rate them less than 1 star! This was the worst experience I've encountered. I scheduled my 1st appointment and the lawn care team advised they were 2 hours away, then proceeded to send me a text 2 hours later that they were on their way, and never showed up! I was never contacted or advised that the team had cancelled the appointment. Do not waste your time.
My lawn guy did a excellent job really pleased with the service. He answered all my questions.
Waiting on having my mowers to be repaired...Canceling myservice before the first cut..if I could give 1/2 or 0 stars I would. 3 providers in 4 weeks and atleast 6 rescheduled appointments, resulting in city code violations. It was a horrible frustrating experience.

Dave does an awesome job of maintaining our lawn. I can’t speak for all providers, but our provider Dave is phenomenal. Well worth the money.
I have gone through many lawn mowing companies and have had bad experiences (from sloppy work, no-shows, and damage to property, etc.). My lawn has never looked better. I am truly happy with LawnStarter. The work was done properly. LawnStarter is my new lawn care service. I recommend them highly.
When I hired lawns tarter I thought it would be the usual mowing only. They are much more. My service included help with lawn issues, thoughtful and helpful ideas and assistance. Lawns tarter is very well organized with use of the lawnstarter app service can be changed or service can be added or just communicate with your lawn manager can be accomplished.
Was able to get quote and sign up all online. The yard looks amazing. David is our lawn tech. He checks in after each mow to make sure we are happy with his service. I am very happy with LawnStarter! They really do a great job!

First time service good. But did not show up for the scheduled 2nd appointment. Called Lawnstarter, could not get hold of anyone.
So far I only use the lawn mowing service. I meant to use them once until I bought a mower, but after seeing what they do I just let them mow it. Saves me the time, and swearing I go through mowing my steep hill.
