Prompt response. I was contacted same day, even after a late day inquiry - that I was outside their service area. I really appreciated the prompt response / succinct answer. That’s more than fair. They didn’t just blow me off. They contacted me to tell me. Kudos. ( I wish I were in their area!!)

I hired Chris and Budget Cuts Lawn Service when my lawn tractor needed service and was going to be tied up for awhile. Meanwhile the grass kept growing and I pulled his number off a flier in a diner. I am so glad I did. They were able to fit me into their schedule and after seeing how nice my lawn looked, how efficient Chris and and crew were I kept them on for the season. I thank him, my aging back thanks him and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
