Unreliable and unprofessional I requested a bi weekly lawn mowing service. After dealing with a hard to navigate website and having to email for guidance twice I was finally able to get a quote. Then I was emailed and told that they had to drive by my home to see it because it is new and not on Google maps street view. This resulted in a higher quote. I accepted this. They failed to show up when scheduled and instead I got an email suggesting I change to weekly service for "efficiency ". When I didn't reply same day I got a follow up email suggesting I try someone else. Don't recommend.

This company is very professional and customer focused. When we had weed issues, they came back and did another treatment at no charge.

I was not planning to rate this lawn service I found and use, but they are different than my previous lawn guys and so easy to work with. I found them by randomly looking for an online company that allows me to manage and setup service online, as I start to travel again and usually not home to deal with service people and payments. They are great and reliable and everything is automated online.
