I had previously posted about a frustration I had with GreenSnap. I spoke directly with Joe, who assured me that my problem would be resolved. 20 minutes later, he had a crew at my house making sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. Joe took what could have been a bad situation and turned it into a good one. Thank you Joe for your prompt attention to my landscape needs and to the unique issues that come with maintaining an organic property.
Joe is fantastic. My mom s 2 acre property was in a state of disrepair until August. Joe cleaned it up, made the bushes and hedges look beautiful again and is in the process of renovating the lawn. After only 2 weeks we see a huge improvement. Joe is very reliable, honorable and quick to respond. There is no landscaper in the area like him. Love working with him. Very professional.
