Absolutely horrible customer service. We’ve spent hours weeding and cleaning garden beds for them to be ruined in half a second because the kid mowing the lawns can’t be bothered to drive the other direction. Days of work and hundreds of dollars spent planting bulbs and pulling weeds, putting fresh soil and mulch down just for them to be come and completely ruin it. They have also repeatedly broken our things, do not give you notice when they will be here and yell at you from across the street to “MOW YOUR OWN DAMN LAWN” when you rightfully are upset. Absolutely would not recommend them at all.

I asked him to aerate my yard in the spring of '23. He said that they're busy, but he'd get it in. He didn't. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and called him again this spring. I mentioned that I didn't get my lawn aerated the year before because he ran out of time and that was fine. Just be up front with me if your plate is full and I'll look elsewhere. He assured me that I was on the schedule and he'd get to it. He didn't. So, it boils down to being one of two things. Either he isn't very good at running his business, or he doesn't really care about his customers. I guess it could be both. I bet he's a great guy and everything, but two years in a row without so much as a call or an apology he very casually screwed me over.

Why is this company mowing in a drought where the lawns haven’t grown in a month? Then on top of it scalping the hell out of the lawns that are burnt. Completely unprofessional service.

I hired this so called company to mow my yard. They are by far the worse most pathetic excuse for a lawn company. The guys that came out and cut my yard left patches in my yard and missed allot of stuff. I then called the owner to not complain but to tell him I understand since I work outside and know how it is sometimes. He said he didn’t believe me and he would do I drive through and as I explained where the patches were at they missed he then yelled at me and told me how he wasn’t going to listen to me complain. I then cut my service out and told him to send me my bill. You will be very disappointed if you hire this company. I gave them a 1 star review just because I couldn’t give them a 0! Go somewhere else anywhere else or you will be disappointed!!!!

The guy would not take on any new customers. Gave all kinds of escueses

Marc quoted and agreed to snow removal. He did not provide service as quoted or within timeframe agreed to. The service was unreliable and the owner, Marc, was unprofessional when I called to ask about the unreliable service I was receiving. Marc quoted the ability to remove snow within 12 -14 hours of snow fall and assured me they worked through the night to ensure the driveway would be clear for getting to work in the morning. During the last snowfall, he came roughly 30 hours after snowfall and cleared only a portion of the area that was quoted and agreed to. I would not recommend.
