I booked Tom 2 months ago to clear my mother's caravan garden area and she paid a deposit and was told it would be done asap. Chased it up 3 weeks ago, to be told it would be done the following week. 2 weeks later it is still not done. Mother very anxious about it. Bad communication and would not recommend. Update after Tom's reply: It's not unreasonable to expect an accepted job to be completed within 2 months.
I recommend Howell Garden Services - Tom has worked hard to sort out our small garden and co-ordinated all of the other works required. His communication is excellent.
Had work done today with Tom, he power washed my garden slabs, quite a big job. The result is fabulous, I'd forgotten just how good they looked. I'm very happy with the quality of the work done and also with the price. I highly recommend him if you're looking for someone to do gardening work. Thank you Tom, great job.

Tom with crew replaced part of our aged wooden fencing damaged by storms All were polite approachable and industrious Having provided costings for various options they proceeded with our personally customised design in keeping with existing fencing Communication with Tom was excellent particularly so when work schedules had to be revised We were vey satisfied with completed job and when in the future further repairs/replacement of our old existing fence inevitably become necessary we would have no hesitation in Tom being our first port of call G&L 11/07/2024
