Linc's Lawn Care, LLC in Swannanoa

I did have any work done by Linc's on my personal property but wanted to leave a review that talks to the owner's character and generosity. I am a member of Scout Troop 26 in Arden, NC and our property and buildings next to the French Broad River were destroyed by Hurricane Helene. We have slowly been working on cleaning up the property removing large sections of buildings. Through a mutual friend who was a member of our Troop, Linc came out volunteering a whole Saturday of his time and equipment to help us make tremendous progress on our cleanup. Based on the owner's generosity and worth ethic I would definitely use him for my personal property.

UNACCOUNTABLE When I questioned Linc about services that were never completed. Linc told me he isn’t able to check all the work because he has over 500 properties to keep track of, so if our yard doesn’t treated it means he didn’t have time to check the work. I explained this is an ongoing service every two weeks it is being charged to us. If you want to babysit a landscape company & get charged for service not done. Go with Linc. He then charged for a property he doesn’t even service. He threatened to take it to court and file a lien if I didn’t pay it. Understaffed & and completely UNACCOUNTABLE. Takes zero responsibility for his companies actions.

Linc's Lawn Service is by far the best service I have had since moving to this area. They are prompt in their visits, reasonable in their fess, and willing to do whatever is needed. I can't recommend them highly enough!! 10 STARS!

Excellent service and the communication is great. The staff are always professional and respectful to the on site staff at the property. Spruce Hill Apartments could not hand made a better choice. Thanks!

I use Linc's Lawn Care for my lawn and landscaping needs. They recently put down hardwood mulch in all of my beds and did a very professional job. Highly recommended.

We hired Linc's Lawn Care to clean up english ivy that was growing over the curb. Also, there was an area where dirt had collected along the curb and grass was growing in it. Linc's crew showed up early and finished the job to our satisfaction in about half a day. Linc's recently did some additional work for us by cleaning our roof. They did a good job and cleaned up when they were finished.

Our HOA contracted with Linc's to do some mowing and weed eating very recently. We were VERY pleased with the entire process from arranging a contract to completing the job. Linc was very flexible with us, listening to our specific needs, limitations, and challenges at the time. (We had a delay due to Duke Energy showing up and getting in the way.) The guys were there in the morning to clarify with me exactly what was most important to us. They worked steadily and exactly as we wished. And when we asked them to go from fine manicuring to a more speedy, rougher mowing and trimming, they did exactly as we wished. We couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Linc is very professional, and the guys who did the work were amazingly responsive to our needs. It is my sincere hope that we will be able to continue doing business with Linc's in the near future and into later seasons, utilizing their various services. ........................................... I'd like to add to my above comment because our HOA used Linc's again for some culvert work and once again I am immensely impressed with the professionalism of this company. It is a rare thing in this industry. But I value it highly. Great communication, flexibility, quality work, fair pricing structure, and apparently a growing business that is expanding to hopefully allow us to use them for more of our needs in the future.
