I hired Armando to replace a fence on my property, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. The entire process was seamless, from start to finish. We’ve hired MJL for multiple projects and landscaping. Their work is always professional and performed in a timely manner. Most recently, they installed a new walkway from our driveway to our front door, sealed our driveway, and replaced about 120 square feet at our driveway entrance with some very nice pavers. Prior to the driveway project they built us a new backyard patio and did a great job. We are very happy with the results and will be hiring MJL in the future for other landscaping and/or masonry type projects. They’ve done a great job for us.
My request was last minute and not only did they accommodate a few days later they did an incredible job! The crew was quick and did an incredible job! I will absolutely be calling again for future help!!
These guys are just fantastic. We had a really hilly and patchy lawn that we weren't thrilled with. We contacted MJL and they started work a week later. They removed the old lawn, flattened it out, through down some soil, installed a sprinkler system and then laid down a new sod lawn. I was shocked at how fast they did the work. It's been a month since they finished and the lawn looks amazing. Really easy and honest people to work with. Would definitely work with them again.

I’ve been using Pro MJL for most heavy landscaping work for years now. They’ve always been considerate and do what they say. If they don’t or I’m dissatisfied, they make it right. My yard and lawn are not easy to care for, but part of the reason they look like they do, is Armando and his crew. I’ve never once had them not follow through and do an application. These lawn applications especially fertilizer do not need to be done on an inflexible schedule. In particular the last round which can go down until just prior to first frost.

I used MJL for my spring cleanup as well as applying new topsoil and reseeding my lawn. Great value and they were able to get started the same week I called. I would highly recommend them if youre needing any lawn work or maintenance done.

Update- unfortunately Armando over promises and under delivers. He likely has so many good reviews because he will pester you for one at the very start. Beware, don t pay for future services as he doesn t come through and conveniently doesn t do contracts. Even though I had him email me the plan, we still haven t gotten our final treatment and have ask him so many times, we have just given up. We really liked Armando and his team to start but it s been downhill since then. Armando and his team were excellent. He worked with us to come up with a plan that we were very happy with. He explained the process, gave his insight, and was so responsive. He and his team had a big job and worked so hard to get it done quickly. Highly recommend! We look forward to continuing to work with him for our lawn and landscaping.

Have used them twice for yard and property cleanups, planting arborvitae s, putting stone down and trimming large bushes/trees. Always on time, leave everything very clean and looks great! Always ask us to come out and see how things look throughout the day and before leaving to ensure we are satisfied. Highly recommend!!!

I am not generally one to leave reviews But I have found an exception with a contractor that checks all the boxes. I have been using Armando and Pro MJL landscaping for both my condo community doing yard maintenance, tree service and trimming, pruning and hardscapes and now he did a major masonry job at my in laws home in Amesbury where he installed a 17x13 patio with retaining wall, 40x6 front patio and a beautiful set of custom New England blend stone steps with granite treads and multi stones. His work is stunning and he makes sure I am happy every time we work together. Armando is someone who is accessible and always quick to return a call and work to please the customer I highly advise you have him quote your projects as he is a rising star in the industry
