I ve been with Weedman lawn care for the past 5 seasons. I ve tried others but I am thoroughly impressed with their lawn applications. Markiss Mosley always makes sure that he gives me all options for my lawn to make sure that it is in tip top shape. The lawn products are only as good as your effort as a home owner. I called for a quote for my yard and told them I needed time to talk with my husband and everyday since then I have received 2 phone called harassing me about the quote. I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling me and I am still getting phone calls.. be careful when you call them since they will continue to call and harass you.. due to the harassment I have gone with a different company.

They came out sprayed for weeds and the weeds thrived and grew stronger. They fertilized my lawn and the lawn had stripes where the tech walked and it turned bright green, the rest is still brown. I now have bright green loops in the lawn. I emailed, called and text. They sent out a tech to do weed control, nothing about stripes in lawn. I will update post if they actually respond as they are suppose to call me in 35 minutes.

Had one treatment with Weed Man and they over fertilized my lawn which killed the grass. When I complained, they sent someone to take a look and then said it was disease and tried to sell me another treatment. My grass looked healthy the day before they arrived and dead the day after.

Today we had Calvin call on us for our June mosquito treatment. In all the time that we have had this service NEVER have we had a more thorough application and above else more courteous technician come out. I made sure to tell Calvin how impressed I was. What a great hire Weedman

Your technicians Angel Ramirez and Kendall King were here this morning for aeration and over seeding. They did a great job. Nice, polite and professional. Work well as a team. Initially they were concerned that my lawn was Bermuda. I advised them it just looks like Bermuda because I cut it so short in preparation for aeration. Weedman turned my lawn from one that my neighbors complained about, to one that they ask me about!! They do what they say, are professional and I do not know what they spray, but I have had them since April, and I thought I would have to re-sod. Now I have 2.5 inches of gorgeous Bermuda I can be proud of. Baily calls me occasionally and all I have to do is listen and now my hedges are fuller than ever!! Give them a try and see for yourself!! I tried the others and will never go back.

My husband hired Weed Man for our lawn. They KILLED our grass. We sent pictures to quality control and they never responded. We then called to cancel service and they sent out a technician that day to do TWO treatments on our yard that further KILLED the grass. Not to mention we didn t want the service - we cancelled the service! They now say we owe money for the 2 treatments they did on the same day after we cancelled and they killed our grass. Every time we call, we get told someone in quality control will call us back. Never happens. DO NOT USE. Customer service is terrible!

Great lawn care company targeting control and prevention of weeds. We tried 4 other lawn care services and were left with a great start but could not fulfill initial promise of targeting and maintainenance of lawn. Weedman has been good with developing a plan, following up and providing good value. I would highly recommend their service to help maintain the weeds out of your lawn.

They dont finished number of services what they promised. They never comes unless you calls or remind them. I had to call them more than couple incidents when they did no show up even after two months in summer. I still have same weed as before even after their service of year (they came only 5 times vs they promised 7 to 8 treatment). I would never use them or recommend them. Poor customer service. They dont deserve even one star.

I have been using Weed Man since February. At first, I wasnt getting notifications that they serviced me, but I called and talked to the office, and now I get notified. They were very responsive and helpful.I am getting weed control on newly laid sod, so it takes a while for the weeds to be completely eradicated. However, my lawn definitely looks better than my neighbors, so Ill report back in a few months.

I just started using Weed Man this Spring and I can report that they are responsive and professional. My weeds are a work in progress, but so far so good!!

Weedman was recommended to me from a friend, and I absolutely regret going to them. We were almost a month out and no one bothered to contact us to start the service. I was told someone would be out 5-10 days, not 27. I was sent a text message AND email saying someone would be on a certain date, only for that to never happen. I called the office and was told I would receive a call back on the status, that also never happened. As I stated to them, their service and lack of professionalism is appalling to me. It shouldn t be that difficult to communicate a date of serviceu and deliver on that. Please note I prepaid for a year of service only to receive such awful communication. They also promote an email service to receive assistance, only to not respond to that either. I m an extremely patient person, but a month to provide a service I ve paid for will never be acceptable. You don t get to take my money and not deliver. I absolutely would not recommend, because I would hate to need a call back service from a company that can t have simple communication.

Been using them for several months now, everytime they have come out something new is recommended (and I approve them to do) yet it looks the same as it did before they started. My system is automated watering (with rain sensors as to not overwater) and i check periodically with a soil moisture meter. When i contacted them about the weeds and unhappiness with service I was told i can let them know after 14 days but before day 30 from application and they will retreat for free... Rather than work on making it correct now. **UPDATED** I understand the grass results take time, but to kill weeds does not based on ring and outdoor cam pictures it looks the same from the start just with more weeds. (quote from your invoice :PLEASE NOTE: If you see weeds 17 days or two mowings after this application, call us for a free re-treatment.) sooo Ive had weeds for 3 months worth of treatment now.

This company is making my yard look worse. The grass in my backyard is dying and the QA manager has no clue why. Never had a problem before this company. Ive caught them several times on camera not even treating the entire property. Devon, the dispute manager doesnt seem to care. After a year plus of poor service, it was finally time to share this experience with others.

I have requested a reapplication this week, and last week twice and have not been serviced. The last time your brand came, a lady only did one of the two services. Thus, I still have issues with yard from the disease. Everytime a call, a young boy answers that seems to not have a clue. Also, two Months ago, the irrigation was not fully done. I emailed the company and called several times and nothing was done. I was also not refunded. Thus far, I will not be returning. Update: I have called several time in July to have another application, they have done nothing. This is now false advertisement.

I could get this kind of appearance by not doing any weed treatment or doing it myself.Iam not expecting miracles and also mowing the lawn.This kind of appearance is simply not acceptable and will never use this company again.

My yard was full of weeds and could not keep it green. But with Weedman My lawn is greener then it ever has been and weed free.

After fertilizing my neighbors lawn instead of mine they came back to my house the next day. Instead of putting out fertilizer and pre emergent that I was scheduled for the guy showed up and sprayed a few weeds in the front yard since they have cameras on their trucks. When he went into my backyard he did one little loop not even through my whole yard. He didnt spray anything. He scratched his head and checked his cell phone. I called to complain and his manager called me and defended him even though I had him camera and emailed the footage to their office. Apparently they think its good business to only give you half of what you pay for. I strongly advise on not using this company since even management thinks this is quality work. If I could give them no or negative stars on the review I would. Thanks for replying back and validating everything I put in my review and the reason why nobody should hire you to do their property. Just to let you know when we pay for a service we dont pay for just half of it. Since as a whole the company feels like its a good practice to swindle their customers I hope this review presuades some people not to be your next victim. Really wish I could post the video but lucky you its to large to upload.

Be aware, paid for full year,after the treatment the lawn started to have more weeds than before,and the guy who was coming and spraying,was spraying here and there like to get quick out....... Horrible experience.... Not recommend, never pay in advance.

We redid our backyard with new sod and it has flourished with WeedMan coverage. We also use them for mosquito control.

I will give them a three star review for effort. However, they could not solve my weed problem. Crabgrass and buttonweed continued to exist. They had a couple of outstanding techs that spent time on the lawn but the other three did the minimum. We were really hoping they would work out but didnt see the results.

Weedman has done an awesome job of keeping our lawn healthy and free of weeds. We have moved several times and continue to use their services.

Our 1/2 acre backyard had been untreated for years and the weeds were so out of control, our dogs didnt want to play in the grass. Thistles and other green pests had taken over. We hired Weed Man in June and our yard is now a lush oasis! The dogs are happy and I actually walked across the lawn in bare feet. Weed Mans service is excellent and responsive. They also send good tips and hints for keeping your yard in great shape.

Well maintaining my lawn for years, show up on time with advance notice. Communicated with any issues. Recently due the warm wet weather, the control of Poa annua seemed to be less effective than previous years. After repeating treatment, the issue turned better. Provided good suggestion on lawn maintenance.

At first I had my doubts about this company because the first few months were not favorable. The tech would skip our house and no one would come back unless I called. I had to call 4 times to get someone to come out. But after that hump, everything worked out great. Our lawn is looking fantastic after a few short months and I m now completely satisfied

Update 9/22: Well, what happens to all other lawncare companies seems to have happened to Weedman as well. Its one thing to communicate but you should also listen to the customer too. My yard was fertilized twice in August. One week after the 1st August fertilizer I received a text stating someone would be out to service my lawn within a few days. I responded back, please dont service my yard as it was recently serviced a week ago. Well a few days later I received the another text stating that someone would be out within a few days to service my yard. Again, I respond back please dont come out and what do you know, they serviced my yard anyway, two weeks apart. After I received the invoice I called to complain and although they offered to remove the charge I decided to cancel the service. They admitted it was a mistake on their end, but I feel that with Weedman charging more the most other companies I shouldnt have to oversee the treatment schedule for them. Also, they are constantly trying to upsale on other products. Your yard needs this special treatment or that. Shouldnt the fertilizer and weed control be enough? You end up paying way more than what you were initially quoted because of the add ons. After changing companies, we finally settled on Weedman and Im completely blown away with the results. They are more expensive than the other companies that weve tried, but my grass is thick and green within just a few months! We were hit hard with army worms last years and our other lawncare company was slow to react. We ended up with bare blotchy grass and weeds everywhere. We tried another company this year and the weeds seemed to multiply. After Weedman treated the yard, we noticed an immediate difference and the grass is looking great. As another stated in the review, I had an issue with them popping up and servicing my yard without approval, but called about it and havent had any issues since. Ever since, Ive experienced great communication with them and theyll call/text with recommendations for better lawn care. Ashley and Stacey are very knowledgeable and have been great with helping me get my yard back on track!

If I could give 0 stars I would! My contacted the company for weed treatment and was paying 50.00 a treatment. I noticed that the technician wasn t spraying my entire backyard and so called to advise of the issue and how I needed someone else to come back out. Unfortunately, no one came and I refused to pay for the service until my entire yard was completed. Several more weeks went by and still no technician &their billing department still withdrew the payment from my account after the dispute. Customer service was extremely rude during the process and all I wanted was for them to complete the job I was paying them to do. I canceled my service in writing per customer service however I still Continued to get phone calls about upgrading my services. I told them repeatedly I canceled! A few months go by and I receive an email saying we want you back! I began receiving phone calls from the sales team trying to manipulate their way back and I said no yet they continue to call and at this point it s harassment! If people don t want to be bothered with you and they ask you to stop calling and stop emailing then STOP before you find yourself in a lawsuit

Weed Man is great! They are always very informative about what is going on with my lawn. They are willing to come out and re-treat if necessary. Theyre customer service is also super responsive!

Responsive management. I ve had a good experience with them so far. Pre emergent should be applied for new customers. In case if you have a fixed cycle, that won t help your new customers and the result is we still see the weeds in the lawn. Please have a plan for new customers who signed up later. Services

Since using Weed Man my grass is greener, thicker and healthier than ever. Everyone is friendly. I love the courtesy reminders letting me know the days service will be preformed at my property.

Dont use this companys service. No body came to my house but they sent me an email said the treatment is completed! I stayed at home all day long and my desk is facing the window. I didnt see anyone came. I also have security cameras all around the property and theres no activities at all! They usually put a little sign in the yard but theres no sign. They should text me one day before they come so I can open the backyard door. I didnt get any text and the door is still locked and you said you did the job? You try to fool your customers and you will lose businesses!

Nix came out this morning and sprayed my entire lawn. He was so professional and cared about what he was doing. Great job Nix!

Do not trust this company. You have to watch your account like a hawk while they bill you for things you did not authorize. They billed me for next years service in Fall of this year! And $150 more than we paid for last year. And claim they cannot reverse the charge for two weeks. In the first year, they constantly called and tried to upsell me and I refused. I pre paid the year and then they double billed me monthly. This is the fourth time in two years they have over-billed me without authorization, and Im now cancelling.

I have used Weed Man for many years.Many of my neighbors have commented on how nice my lawn looks! Very satisfied customer.

I have been using Weedman for my lawn service for me for a very long time. I do like that they send text messages to communicate before a service is provided. Their work continues to satisfy me and now after more than five years later their work continues to be very professional and courteous.

So far they have been great, very informative and Ashley took time to make sure I understand all the details of my services.

I switched to Weed man last year after years of being with Top Turf, but I just couldnt afford them anymore. With Weed man, l saved over $ 200 off of my annual Top Turf price. . They do a good job. I have no weeds. but I wish my yard were as green as before. weeds, they do offer additional services that may have helped with that. (I got the aeration for a good rate.) Be prepared though that you will receive a message from them each time they service your yard, telling you that you can buy an additional service that would benefit your yard. However, you can opt out of these messages if you contact them. Overall, they re a good company if you want good service for a very good price.

Changing my review again. Billing issues still lingering without explanation and even late fees applied. Customer no service hang-up on me twice in a day with no call back. This company is using an upsale listing!. What we are experiencing is expected, let me explain. Its a good marketing strategy and you can expect existing customers are also easier to engage with the probability of selling to an existing customer is 60% 70%... not bad Hugh? I am very familiar with it when used with AI (artificial intelligence). I learned a lot while in the tech industry for 34 years as I mentioned to management and Mr. D. Frazier, specially recognizing patterns in blue collar environments. Caveat: If not planned correctly, this marketing technique can potentially have a negative impact on customer experience. Aggressive upsells (as I reported to you in a phone conversation) can make buyers perceive a business as too salesy, and this may erode trust in the company. Thats 100% our case here. Also, promoting products or services beyond the customers means can lead to frustration. Stay away from this company.

Customer service is okay when you talk to someone on the phone but overall, I am disappointed with this service. I have had regular service for a quarter and I saw no difference in my lawn, instead they recommended additional services, which I went ahead and got then instead of charging my card... like they have been, I was charged a late fee because they kept sending me a statement. When I called in several times, they kept saying I had 0 outstanding balances. Like What is GOING ON??? My last service, they claim a tech came out to service my lawn and was literally there for 13 mins. What kind of people are working here? Oh and my gate was locked too. SMH, literally feel like all my money went down the drain. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

I have bushes treated on my property that were dying and not looking very well and they came in and treated it for about three treatments and now they look bushy and green and beautiful and all the spiders are gone thanks so much and Marty was a big help.
