Avoid Unlimited Lawn Care (formerly Unlimited Landscaping) I had a terrible experience with this company. We signed up for an aeration service in 2022, which automatically renewed in 2023 without clear notice. In 2023, we never received the service, yet they claimed it was completed and billed us. Despite paying and requesting cancellation via email, they never responded. Now, in 2024, I received a debt collection notice for a service we didn’t authorize. They never notified us about any charges or bills—just sent it straight to collections. After researching, I discovered their previous name, “Unlimited Landscaping,” has a 1.3-star Yelp rating and countless complaints about similar unethical practices. Avoid this company at all costs—they’re unreliable and unprofessional.
I have used several lawn service providers over the years that I've lived here and This one is by far the one I would recommend. Cole Brewer has been excellent in getting back to me with any questions and that is really the difference with this customer service. Again, I highly recommend going with this company.

Ethan at Unlimited Lawncare was helpful in setting up a second service for our lawn due to our previous request for a liquid treatment instead of granular. The customer service is helpful and they make notes for the technicians like our request for technician to always notify us that they are in our yard and always leave a sign in our yard with a note about the treatment done and a signature. The technician did not notify us he was treating our lawn and left a blank sign in our yard this last time, so not sure what we received.

They have been out to my home for various types of visits over the past year and it wasn't until recently that I really paid attention to their quality. Of course you'll hear that it takes many visits to get a response from your yard and however true that is, what happened is not acceptable. They came out to spray the yard for a pre-emergent/weed combo treatment or something of the like. When I got home that day, I came to find out they only sprayed the first 20-30 feet of my front yard with nothing to the right of my driveway and nothing to the side or back yard. When I called to ask why the service was handled this way, I was informed by the operator that the techs only have so much spray and they need to spread it out throughout all of their stops for the day and if I wanted a return visit it can be done at no charge. rrrgh! ok, send someone back out. Now, they skipped a section and sprayed further back (what they thought was necessary) but not all of it, did not spray the back yard or to the right of the driveway. Give me the spray and let me do it because part of the service is managing the process. If I need to do it for you, then I don't need you. I will be on the phone later to leave messages with the CEO - Scott Whitehead, Bill Pope (owner operator), Jeremy Stringer (maybe not important but another contact), Melanie Harrison, Adam Polk, Keith James, Keith O'Donnell, and whomever else I can get. Not looking for a dime - I'm looking for you to improve! You made a decision to build a service based business so now you should address your customer service inadequacies. Explain to me why this series of events should happen with any customer. Paying customers and working employees have expectations that your business model or follow-through cannot seem to deliver. ***Update*** I spoke with who I thought was the customer service manager to suspend my service and I still got a robo call to announce their arrival the next day about a week ago. I have since set up cameras to help monitor things. A neighbor shared a visit they had in which the tech only got out of his truck to post the yard sign - never did any work and had it all on camera. I added pictures to show where they did and did not spray. I cannot believe I had to pay for that level of service. Update ... one year later ... after I have been treating on my own. See the green pics. I will not only never use them but will comment about them to not use to other people. UPDATE - 12.13.24 - got a response but this review forum isn't exactly setup like a chat. "DID WE GET THIS RESOLVED FOR YOU?" - sent today about an hour ago (7:00 am). While I appreciate your follow-up, my repeated phone calls to you went either without response or with little care or regard. This issue is about a year and half old now and now you respond to find out. In addition, I posted pictures of what I was able to do with the yard on my own and what did your people do? You used that pic to post as one of your accomplishments on your site. It just goes to show what a bunch of lying, no-good people you all are. Not only will I never use you again, I will use my own personal experience to drag your business name through the mud. I tell people to save their money and just use Scotts and you'll spend less and get a better yard - win/win. I have lost faith in your company, your quality, your people .... I really do NOT think customer service is a concept you really have in the forefront of your business model and it shows. I gave honest, real feedback with pictures to support it and you discounted me. I hope your business suffers because of this bad review. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Here are a few key reasons why you should avoid them: 1. **Ineffective Treatment**: After 7 months of continuous service, my lawn was still full of weeds. Their treatment simply doesn t work. 2. **Poor Customer Service**: I requested advance notice before each visit so I could unlock my fence. I received one call, then nothing. They even charged me after coming when my gate was locked and I wasnt home. 3. **Unfair Billing Practices**: I wasn t informed of how billing worked when I signed up. After canceling the service in August, I was hit with a $127.45 charge out of nowhere. Despite emailing for clarification, I received no response. Now, they re harassing me to pay. 4. **Shady Review Practices**: A technician came to my door offering a $10 credit for a 5-star Google review, and even pressured me to do it on the spot. When I refused, he rudely left mid-conversation. This is a clear violation of Google s review policies, and I no longer trust their reviews. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company!
Had what I thought were armyworm problems. I talked with Cole at ULC. What a great guy-efficient, polite, knowledgeable-the best ULC employee i have dealt with to date! He got with his Manager and the person who sprays my yard-they figured out what the problem was and it was much simpler than having armyworms! Thanks Cole!

If possible I would give Unlimited no stars. Cancelled service after continued billing issues, harassing and constant phone calls, not servicing the back and side yard after talking to the techs. Called and they told me that I had not talked to them before via phone and had not talked to them several months ago when I called to cancel service. Actually told me I was wrong about talking to them previously! Incredible. Reasons to cancel incl: - incomplete applications to entire yard - no notification of rate increase of 31% !! - continued weed growth - inaccurate billing and crediting account - inability to fix issues - harassment in paying due to their internal systems.

The worst service I could hire to eradicate weeds and mosquitoes, the company does not provide the service it sells, the mosquito service is every 4 weeks and they appear on the sixth week and the weed service is every 6 weeks and they appear at 8 weeks and finally they make double charges and cannot make refunds.

Showing NO single service from your company was done! As a result of the foregoing. Please totally cancel my service with unlimited lawn care. I will also be disputing the credit card charge for the non-existent fertilization service that Steve from your company claimed to have done on my property. Issue 2: Before putting my service on hold, they burnt my lawn with their weed killer. I emailed pics to HelpDesk11, I received a call on that almost a month later. Terrible service. Never again.

This company has really gone downhill. Our yard looks terrible with weeds throughout. They initially did not respond to multiple inquiries and when we called to ask if a technician was coming to treat our weeds, we were answered with a snarky response. We are no longer using this company and will be hiring a new one. I would give them 0 stars, however a minimum of 1 is required by google.
I completed the Request a Call portion on their website. I was looking to start services on my new lawn. I never got a call, but I did start getting emails requesting I rate them. It wasnt a once or twice email this is the 5th email requesting a review. Im not saying their actual lawn services is bad, Im just disappointed that it has gone down this path.

This is a shady company I used in the past and then cancelled due to high cost and poor quality of service. Out of the blue I received an invoice for an aeration which they state is because even though I cancelled fertilization and weed control they are claiming aeration is a continuous year to year service unless proactively cancelled by the client. This is in my view a shady deceptive business practice. Avoid this company at all costs there are better more cost effective companies out there.
In the beginning they were great! My lawn had no more weeds. After a year it went down hill. My lawn is full of weed eventhough they come out every month. My lawn care people said they are not doing anything and that I should change company. Canceling my service today! P.S. good luck getting through customer service! Bern trying to cancel my service but I cant get through. I called their local office and they transferred me to customer service which I was on hold for 30 minutes. I gave up!! Will try again today.
