I d like to thank Jordan at All Turf for always being a great technician in lawn service, he s responsible and always a joy to speak to regarding lawn care. I m extremely pleased with him as our lawn treatment technician.

I wasnt home when Bryan Bandy, the tech, came today, but my wife was. She told me that he was the most courteous person and even offered to pick up the dogs toys in the yard. He explained what he was doing and could not have been more professional.

2 years ago my tall fescue grass has been flourishing when I used all turf for my monthly lawn treatment, aerate and seeding. Now its an embarrassment. I seeded and aerate my front yard with them on 10/2/25 and Ive seen little development and more weeds taking over.

A shout out to Meagan and Nick for being extremely proactive yesterday ! I sent Megan pictures of my yard and she sent Nick out immediately Nick diagnosed the problem and now I am on my way to getting this straight I love this company I have been with them for about 5 years and now all of my neighbors use them Our yards are the envy of the neighborhood Thank you so much for being human and taking care of me !!!

Eli was PHENOMENAL Answered specific questions around Lawncare, best practices, etc. really took time to help me under some things and not just do a job.

Like many folks this year, our lawn has been quite distressed by the lack of consistent and meaningful precipitation. We werent sure if a PGR program was right for our lawn. Alex, our assigned technician, helped us make the right call. Rather than pushing additional services on us, we agreed that now was not the right time to start PGR. He also took the time to walk me through some of the signals he was using to diagnose our situation. We appreciate his knowledge, transparency and honesty. A+!

Have been using All Turf for many years. Excellent service & very knowledgeable. Recently had a tech Brad Seaborn out to do monthly service but noticed a possible fungus. He changed up the plan and returned a few days later to spray for the fungus. He could have just done the scheduled treatment but went above and beyond to make sure we got the correct treatment. I ve never considered using a lawn care service because I thought they can t do better than I can myself. After fighting dry spots, dead grass and weeds for 8 years, I decided to reach out. We started the service in March and it has been better than I could have dreamed. Lush, dark green grass. No more bald spots. Best of all NO MORE WEEDS to pull. I can t recommend these guys enough. I couldn t be happier with this service. Miraculous is probably too strong a word but I don t know how else to describe how I feel about their service.

I have to give a shout out To All Turf Swanee branch and especially to Freddy my technician! They respond immediately to texts and concerns. Freddy explains what he s doing the day he comes and listens if I have any concerns. He s very thorough and friendly. I appreciate employees that go above and beyond!

When the service was taken they promised everything they will do once service started we have to do everything by following them do the service. They say come once a month but you wont even find when they come and go, may be they are faster than wind like just in words not in work. Had aworst experience and person served doesnt had any knowledge on what they do where I have to call that also to inform and they wont cover all areas unless u see them else they just park vehicle and go and you will get your bill on time. Not up to the mark and what they promised.

We have used All Turf for several years in the treatment of our lawn, as well as our trees and shrubs. Our lawn s appearance is the best it s ever been. Dalton has been our tech over the past few treatments. He has taken the time to discuss what he was doing with that days treatment, as well as provided feedback and suggestions moving forward. I have had All Turf for several years and would recommend their services. The customer service has been great and would like to give a special review for Mikael Ard. Mr. Ard has been applying my lawn applications for some time. He is very knowledgeable and is always willing to take his time and answer any questions I have. I have had other lawn services in the past and the individuals applying the chemicals did it as fast as they could to move on. Mr. Ard is definitely not that way. He makes sure the application is done right.

Allturf has done an excellent job on my yard. As a new sod they treated it with care and ga the best advice on what needs to happen for the grass to grow and fill in well. There were so many weeds and large bare spots in the yard. Now a year later there is no weeds and all the bare spots are filled in, except there there is an issue with drainage.

I highly recommend All Turf. Their technicians and managers are friendly and knowledgeable, and their treatments are effective. In the first year, they helped me get my sod growing and knock out the weeds. Four years later, they help me maintain a healthy lawn I can enjoy and feel proud of. You wont regret hiring All Turf!

I have been an All-Turf customer for six-years. The periodic treatment for occasional infections and weed control, under my monthly service plan, has kept my lawn s appearance among the best looking in my neighborhood. Response time to all request have been prompt and address timely. My only concern is experience level of the average service technician due workforce turnover that s affecting all industries including All-Turf.

I ve been with All Turf for 4 years now, we ve had a few hiccups over time but they ve always made it right. I ve even had the managers come out to my house a few times to check out my concerns. I do enjoy working with them and I know every year they ll take care of my lawn and I don t have to worry about dandelions or my lawn being affected by my neighbors not taking as good care of theirs. I ve had issues in the past where the sprayers aren t fully spraying the lawn because I religiously check my cameras to ensure the work is being done right, but I ve had the same sprayers out for the last 1-2 years and they also check in to make sure everything is okay with the service and I ve had no issues with them. Definitely recommend and a pleasure to work with. Love that I can also text them to ask lawn questions and they respond, lol.

He pulled up some great plugs with the machine and also took the time to use a hand tool for areas that were too small for the machine. I ve been a customer for 2+ years (3rd growing season) . I am very persnickety about my lawn. Finally, I have a lawn that on a 1 to 10 scale is a solid 9. All Turf has much (most) to do with that. If you will cooperate and take their suggestions (watering, cut height, etc.) they can help you attain your goals. Still, you need to meet your technician (all are knowledgeable and way too kind to speak to you at some length and share knowledge) then listen and sift through suggestions made. Like most things, it takes a team. Meanwhile, when I have a problem, a weak or brown spot, I call and share a pic. Someone is quick to respond. To date the 3 issues I have had (army worms last year!) were correctly diagnosed and ATTACKED immediately. I suffered less than my neighbors. So that also counts in All Turfs favor.

These guys are easy to work with, I love the text reminders, and my yard is in great shape!

I switched to ALL TURF and my yard is amazing! My technician MASON sprays my yards (3 sections) very thoroughly and I spoke with him directly about ants. He had such a positive attitude and huge smile. It showed me he takes pride in his work and my yard shows it as well!

Ive been using All turf for 4 years. During the onset and peak of COVID, they worked with me to have all my services done on Fridays due to it being my only day off working at a hospital and having dogs. Luckly, I no longer have to work 6 days a week, but I keep my Fridays. Well, this Friday, I got to watch Troy service my yard. I was outside playing fetch with my dog when he arrived. Nice start to what I hope is a successful journey. We were not getting the results we were looking for with our previous company, attention to detail was not a high priority (gates left open (we have a pool, big fine), fertilizer left on pool deck and driveway). Our first encounter with Mikael was a nice surprise. Upon arrival he rang the doorbell, introduced himself, stated that he didnt want us to think strangers were in our yard. He explained what he was going to do, asked specifically about a certain section of the yard and our walkway. I hope that this professionalism is the norm going forward. Ive been with All Turf for a couple of yrs, and my yard looks great thanks to them. In the summer time, my friends always say how nice my yard looks. I also like the fact that they let you know when theyre coming out. They have very reasonable prices for their services.

I watched this guy do half my yard through my ring cams and windows. I called to let them know what happened. They claim they tried to contact the tech, told me they would call me back and never did. I then get an email with a bill for services LOL. Yeah, Ill pay HALF since he only did HALF my lawn OR you can send a different tech to finish the job- then I can cancel and hire a different company

Harold Hembree (Branch Manager) worked miracles on my grass. Not only is he a super nice guy but he is very knowledgeable. My brand-new Zoro Zoysia installed by another company died over the winter of 2022. He has consistently come out every month to do special treatments on my grass to save it. I honestly did not think the grass would come back. It was completely brown, and the roots had separated from the soil. Im happy to report my grass has come back and is looking good. Because of Harold, I will only use All Turf for my grass maintenance. Harold, thank you for all your hard work!

I chose All Turf for its Lawn Care Program earlier this year. Every month, Codie Looman (my AllTurf technician), services my lawn. Codie is fabulous, patient, personable, and knowledgeable. Every visit, Codie takes the time to clearly explain to me: 1) what he is doing on the visit, 2) the purpose/benefit of that visit/service, and 3) what I need to do following that service. Some technicians are good and thorough while others are always in a hurry and do A not so thorough job. I also have some weeds that continue to come up.

All Turf has maintained my Lawn for the past 13 years, they did excellent work, keeping my lawn out of weeds and growing grass in deep green.

They have no problem reaching out to you via text and email about a bill due but if you do the same, unresponsive. They also shared a bill that was in my name with someone that is not on our billing account.

When I have a problem with my yard, they re on top of it often the same day. Impressive response time. Haven t had to pull weeds in years either.

I had a different technician service my lawn every month since I became a client in Dacula(April 2022). One no-show appointment (not weather related) that wasnt addressed until I called. I even had my lawn aerated by All Turf. I trusted them based on previous reviews. All technicians were very young which is not an issue but clearly they lack proper training when the results are poor. I had a manager address some of the quality concerns and from our conversation it was pretty clear there are training issues. My new sod was sprayed way too early which caused it to struggle. My final straw was seeing the technicians coverage v manager coverage. He was on his phone (texting or social media not actually talking on it) and after a few days you could tell his zigzag pattern. Also spraying in 90+ degrees probably didnt help. I was told a new Dacula office is opening and the employees are new. Thats awesome but I will not have my lawn be part of the experiment until All Turf gets it together. I really like to learn and be a part of the whole experience, which is what they sold me on when initially speaking to a sales rep. Nope not that kind of company; or at least not in my area.

I had there service for 8 years and weed gone worst. They always rescheduled for the service thats due. Always cancel and ask for rescheduled. I dont know what there doing with my lawn price is great but service horrible.

We had them for 8 years and very disappointed. With the service we received as of late. We canceled because they kept canceling appointments and our weed problems got worse because of it. Guess they didnt care about long time customer. Too bad

UPDATE 7/27/22 After posting this review last year, they came out and actually started doing a better job. Obviously, it didnt last as Im right back to where I was last year, only worse. The weeds, and there are many different kinds, are once again taking over the lawn. I expressed this in no uncertain terms to the guy that treated my yard just yesterday and it apparently fell on deaf ears. Needless to say, Im looking for a new lawn service. _______________________________________________ Started off good but like all lawn services they get lazy. My yard is completely inundated with weeds of all sorts. A couple weeks back I stopped the fellow that showed up and expressed my disappointment and showed him tons of weeds. He said hed spot treat them and that it may yellow the grass a bit but it would go away. I think it was the next day I got a call from the office and a man offered to come look at the weeds but I told him I already went over it all with the guy that was here the day before, and that so long as they actually treated the weeds (what theyre paid to do) then I would be OK with it. Of course that guy that treated my weeds that day never came back. Its somebody else now and guess what? The weeds are all back all over my lawn. The pictures dont really do it justice. They (the weeds) are EVERYWHERE. At this stage of the game, I actually think I have more weeds than grass. Pics attached. If you hire these folks, fire them after the first year and move on to somebody else.

All turf is a great company. I had some problem with the work done by previous technician, and they did a follow up service with a different technician, and they changed the technician to do the service, the new technician Eli is very responsible and knowledgeable, gave me several advices and answered all my questions, Im very satisfied with his answers.

They are amazing! They listen to my needs and provide service promptly. Highly recommended and will continue using them.

We have had great results with All turf! They target specific weeds and use certain fertilizer throughout the year. Recommend them above any other company! I see a huge difference in our lawn compared to neighbors that use other companies.

Its been a year now that we used All Turf Lawn Care services and so far we are pleased with their job well done. The technicians come on time. I always get text messages informing me of the upcoming lawn treatment. The note is always left at the door with explanations of what was done and what is required from us. For example, theyve treated for a weed control and it requires lawn to be watered so the chemicals will work through. This way we know that All Turf did their part and we should do our part as the owners so to keep our lawn green and healthy. I like their quick responsiveness to any questions we have as well.

I had been with All Turf for years and the service was very good especially the weed control and customer service was very responsive. That was then, this is now. they missed a key pre-emergent service and as I write this my lawn is full of weeds - my HOA is not happy with me. I called, and emailed, and asked that a supervisor come out and discuss the issue with me. In the past this was never a problem. After four or five days of no response, I hired another lawn service provider and hope to see a big improvement. All Turf has grown a lot since my early days and maybe they just havent scaled up to match the growth. Very disappointing.

My experience with this company has been excellent. From the young man who initially came to my door and signed me up to the actual gentleman who treated the lawn, everything was top notch. I spoke with a gentleman name kent, he was very friendly and explained all my questions where I understood everything clearly.

Kendry, of All Turf, has been treating our lawn for about three years and has done a wonderful job. He is always friendly and professional, and answers all of our questions. I have been using All Turf for my Fertilizer/Weed Control for several years and have always been happy with their service. Recently I contacted them about a weed problem that wouldnt go away in one area of my yard. I called the Suwanee office and explained the situation. They sent a manager out to evaluate and treat the area. A couple of weeks later, the manager came back out to inspect the yard. He had determined the product they were trying wasnt going to fix the issue, so he re-applied with a different product. I started seeing improvements in less than a week. He then came back out to check and treat again, without me having to call to schedule. The weed issue I had is totally gone now. I was extremely impressed with the speed and attention that Harold gave to my weed problem. Many companies give lip service to problems and you have to continually follow up. I made one phone call and they took it from there. I highly recommend All Turf as a company.

Just signed for All Turf and we were impressed for the first time ever we saw how the tech work so diligently on our lawn. I was informed from Jim that her name was Caitlyn. Seems like we got the lawn treatment this time. I will always recommend them. Kudos to Jim and Caitlyn.

Buyer beware! All Turf Lawn Care has no satisfaction guarantee, and Jim G. in customer service just told me no manager there will speak to unsatisfied customers. I requested a partial refund for months when weeds grew unabated because the company did not spot treat them to kill them, and I was left hanging for three weeks without any follow-up to my request. Then was told there was nobody there to escalate the issue to. Poor service from top to bottom.

I have been a customer for several months. Brandon Stidham is the reason I chose to use All Turf. He is helpful and very knowledgeable. My lawn has improved so much since All Turf started taking care of it. I would recommend them for anyone in the Atlanta area.

I have tried many different lawn care companies and in the beginning it seemed like my lawn was doing well. After about three months I would notice that my lawn would have a lot of weeds and I have even caught one company on my Ring (I won t say the name) arriving, leaving a door tag and leaving without treating my lawn. I finally decided to give this company a try and I have been with them for a few months now. My lawn looks amazing! I am especially pleased with my technician Carrington! She s very knowledgeable, pleasant and takes her time to explain to me what she s doing. She actually makes me feel like she really cares about my concerns and loves her job. New review on Feb, 2020: Id like to thank Mr. Aaron Ziller for the lawn care service he did on Feb 7, 2020. He applied the chemicals neatly and thoroughly on back & front yards. ------ Previous review only one star at the end of 2019:I have been their customer for 5 years. In 2014 when I enrolled in, the service manager would reach out to me when I had a concern about the lawn. For recent years there are so many weeds. I called, they told me to manually pull the weed out. This spring after receiving a service notice for the 2nd application in 2019, my mom told me that the technicians didnt spray. She was home all day that day. I guess it happened before, its just I didnt know. I called. They denied it at first. Then I called again. So they arranged another service. After that, I didnt receive a service since then. I called two months later. But the service was scheduled on a severe storm day, so I called them to hold. Since then I have struggled to get my service on schedule for another 3 weeks, because they are too busy with other customers. Once I paid the premium, they just spray my lawn only in early spring and in winter, when they are not that busy. But when its summer when the lawn does need the spray, they just dont spray at all. Im going to cancel my service. Ive made up my mind.

We had an amazing technician (Zack King) that took extra time to explain the three different types of grass our rental company had installed in our yard. They do good work my yard has improved so much since they started to treat it

I have used several lawn care services over the last seven summers and I have found All Turf to be the most effective. I began using their services in March of this year. They try to send the same specialist each month who takes an interest in your lawn and who develops an understanding of your needs. For example, I have an ongoing problem with nutsedge weeds. The specialist comes each month prepared to treat the problem. Not only are they least expensive of all the other companies I have used, but there is no extra charge for additional services such as brown spot fungus treatments. When I call, they come. They are always prompt, professional and consistent.

I have had their service for about a year. The chemicals they apply do not work for weeds or fertilization. They assure retreatment if you are not happy. But they will not show up in a timely fashion and retreat. They will give you the run around. Nick (our area manager) is knowledgeable but cant control service technicians. Jim (the owner I think) is bottom line oriented and does not care about customers. We have standing instructions for technicians to call us when they are in our property. Service techs do not call. They are supposed to leave an invoice on the door. They do not. Long story short - do not use them unless you want to be frustrated. Your lawn will not look good...you will be paying $50 each time for NOTHING.

Joseph Bishop is our technician and has been amazing all summer. He cares for our yard like it is his own. He has stayed in constant communication with us and has gone the extra miles to get control of our dollar spot fungus. We are still battling it but he hasnt given up!

All Turf is not a weed control company. They are a weed feeder company. They make sure that your lawn is well treated for the weeds to grow. Such a miserable weed treatment. I thought it was only me who got such a poor service but I heard and seen the same poor service in my neighborhood. At least they should stop placing the placard after their treatment. After two escalations and treatment, weeds love my lawn. Thanks to All Turf three long years of weed treatment.

This is the worst weed control company ever. After paying for a full year and having more weeds in my lawn than the previous 5 years combined I decided to cancel service. They came out 2 more times and billed me. Sent me to collections because I didnt want to pay. I think they feed my weeds for a year instead of trying to control them.

After deciding not to use service and cancelling service. I found another company that did not damage my turf, And I could see immediate results. I called to discuss my account (I was delinquent but took the time to call to resolve) and to let them know I would pay my bill upon my next check, instead of saying thank you and asking what that date would be Jennifer states well my last call was your final so I will be reporting you to the credit companies. Glad I made a decision not to use them anymore. They definitely do not understand good customer service. All Turf may be a good fit for some but not for me.

After being a customer for several years - our lawn had started to look bad. Bad enough that our HOA sent us a letter. After speaking to the tech and manager - they informed me they no longer treat centipede grass. They had not fertilized or weed control for two years. They told me they applied pre-emergent only. I paid the same and got less or no service. The tech was embarrassed - hooked me up with the manager - he was useless. I asked for my money back - NO is what he said. He said he could come out and look at my yard - I said NO. Cancelled their NO service - have another company taking care of my lawn - best it has looked in years - in only 2 months. Run from All Turf. Don t waste your money.

Been using this company for a little over a year now, and my yard has never looked better. I inquired about what I have to do on my end to help get the best results. I have bermuda grass, they recommended weekly mowing and watering. It has really turned my yard around.

I have two properties that were struggling when I signed up years ago. Now, they are both pristine. It took a full year at one property to see dramatic results because the grass had been established in the 70 s and was never treated before. All Turf was great at keeping me informed on the entire process.

I had an issue with grubs on the property and Nick came out within 24 hours to apply product. He followed up 2 weeks later to check on the progress and the grubs are gone! Thanks Nick!
