On my last scheduled treatment the technician found some fungus growth in my grass. He returned a couple weeks later and applied a fungicide to my lawn. Great service!

Before signing up had great conversations with Todd. Expected great customer service but didnt get it thereafter. Tina who answered the phone as if couldnt be bothered was abrupt when we asked to change their appointment as we had already told the tech at the last visit that Thursday was the day our lawn cutting service came. Tina interrupted me. She was obviously very irritated with us and said that wed have to wait 2 weeks before they could reschedule. This was not what wed been told before. I said that I wasnt prepared to wait and said not to reschedule. After that I tried numerous times to contact Todd via email to get his take, as Tina was the gatekeeper, but never heard back. Apparently they dont care at all about customer service. BTW, was told would have one regular tech, but nope, different guy both times.

I recently had aeration and overseeding services done, performed by Jordan Remillard. I was very please with his professionalism, from introduction to completion of the task. Jordan came out to my home to do the late-summer aeration and overseeding, and he was terrific! He checked in with me before starting the job, explained exactly what he was going to do and asked if I had any concerns. He took special care to generously seed by hand the bare spots in the yard, and once he finished he walked me through the watering instructions and left me feeling great about the job. Switched from one of the larger lawn care companies to Turf Pros and if my lawn could write me a thank you letter it probably would. I have no idea what it would say and honestly I find the idea of a lawn with that level of language comprehension a bit terrifying but its probably not something I need to worry about. For now. I seldom do reviews on service companies, but Carrier is an exception because I ve truly seen exceptional results with my lawn. Have used other fertilizer companies over the years and also done it myself. Results have been mixed, with weeds still popping up, crabgrass, insect damage, or a failure to fill in. Somehow, Carrier has managed to succeed in every area. I mean, like it s hard to find a single weed, even on the sidewalk strip. Even the sections of my lawn with bent grass that other firms could never get rid are now completely gone. It s amazingly thick and green as the photos show. And all of their guys are extremely polite, helpful and professional, which is often not the case with other companies. HIGHLY recommended!

As a property owner for close to 40 years I always thought I did a pretty good job with my lawn. 5 years ago I hired turf pros to take over the fertilization of the lawn the results have been remarkable. Excellent quality, service and very reasonable considering the outstanding results.

Worst lawn care experience ever. Owner of the business ignored me for weeks after saying they would come look at the lack of progress. The last application of fertilizer ended up killing most of my lawn and replaced the good quality grass with crab grass. I called to complain and was met with an attitude and hung up on. I would warn others to stay as far away as possible.

Ive struggled for years to find a lawn fertilizing company that Im happy with. The results weve experienced with Carrier Turf Pros is by far, the best we have ever had. They were even able to get rid of an African Violet infestation that other companies tried and failed to beat over the last 10 years! Their communication is excellent, they are extremely professional and the products they use are nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend them!

We treated our own yard for years , spending too much money purchasing fertilizer at big box stores and our lawn was fair at best. Then last year we started the season with a yard full of dirt and no grass . The grubs won !! I have used Carrier Turf Pros for the past 5 years. They took on my 30,000 foot lawn without irrigation following a relentless drought and a lawn that looked dreadful. They were very careful to apply the correct treatments to avoid more damage and nursed the lawn back to a magnificent, lush lawn in a season. Neighbors told me looked better than a golf course and they were astounded,when walking barefoot, they told me so this is what a lawn is supposed to feel like. Many thanks to the professionals at Carrier Turf Pros. They always were available when I had questions and more than happy to discuss next steps when I spoke to the tech after the applications. Turf Pros have been the only lawn care.company that has been able to eliminate crab grass from my lawn. After having tried several other lawn care professionals none of them have been able to made my lawn look as nice as Turf Pros. Everyone at Turf Pros I ve had any dealings with have been professional, knowledgeable, they ve done exactly what they said they would do, they communicate with me after a treatment with comments as to what I might need to do, water more, raise the blade on my lawn mower, sharpen the blade or any other little thing I can do to help the lawn grow to the best of it s ability. After just one year, under their care I am so pleased as to how my lawn looks. If what Turf Pros has done to my lawn this past year is any indication of what they can do moving forward than I expect I ll have the nicest looking lawn in town very shortly.
