Patrick is very knowledgeable with irrigation and with all AZ plants. He sorted out schedule, evaluated system and made great recommendations. The work was completed ahead of schedule. The outcome was excellent. With his knowledge base, excellent work and Integrity (I thought I needed to replace sprinkler piping he said that wasn t necessary) I would recommend them to everyone. The project which they completed was deep root fertilization for trees. An excellent recommendation.

Came on time, seemed to listen about what I was dealing with . I was not able to see how much he really sprayed my yard . This was my first service with them , I saw more scorpions before the one month guarantee and the ants were back quickly as well. We are in the middle of a pool construction so I will give them a second try just to be fair . I am hoping this next service will work better. I have used Patrick s home solutions for pest control now for about a year, pests issues have been resolved so far . They are responsive when I have had issues . Patrick fabricated a 2 section steel pole, welded top and bottom pieces, and sleeved it 3 into the ground with rebar reinforced concrete. Its going nowhere! I have high winds and the aluminum poles I purchased on Amazon (regardless of wind claims) simply wouldnt hold up. This pole looks great and is fairly easy to raise and lower with locking pins. I HIGHLY recommend his work, and for a fabricated pole, the price was very reasonable.

We got a call from a bogus company that said our pigeon wire had been breached by pigeons and offered to give us a quote to fix it. . We called Patrick s Home Solutions that installed the wire around our solar panels to inspect it. I don t have the techs name but they came right out and did the inspection. Everything was fine and they reminded us that we have a great warranty. We couldn t ask for more and are still thrilled with the company. 10 stars!!

Been with Patricks Home Solutions since February 24, six months later got reminder for pre-emergent application. Set up appointment and they arrived as scheduled. Zech very professional and completed job. From first application in February to now we had no weeds. Highly recommend.

I was debating between 2 and 3 stars since a piece of my equipment went missing but I settled on the latter. My tech used my hose to fill up his water tank before servicing my property and when he was finished the shutoff valve that was on the end of my hose was gone. I have a feeling he didnt realize it was there and when he unscrewed the hose from his truck he left the valve on the tank. He called and said he did not remove it but was not near his trick to confirm. He claimed he was going to check and get back to me but so far he has not. I am not inclined to use Patricks again after items of mine go missing. Thanks.

I first met Patrick when I hired him to put netting underneath my solar panels due to the pigeons. I have also used him to rid my house of cockroaches and ants, and hang lights in my trees. He is a one stop shop and is very reasonably priced. He is very dependable and stands behind his work. His wife Laura works with him to schedule his appointments and tend to the office. They both are very professional and very kind. They always return my calls immediately and has never failed to do the work requested. It is so nice to have someone I can trust and depend on.

Communication, availability, and the price was great! The only issue I have was the nozzle leaked quite a bit so everywhere he sprayed had drippings that we had to clean up throughout the house. Update: they did great second time around.. we still had ants but Zech did a thorough search around the house and found the issue! He eliminated it at all cost! I really appreciate the great service!!

Hired to do pigeon removal. Romario did such a fantastic job. They thought it was gonna be 4 hours and ended up staying all day. They washed off every roof piece and made the house brand new. Extra credit for power washing the ac units that had droppings on it. Raked up back yard and washed off driveway. Went above and beyond! Couldnt say enough great things about there perfomance

We had them out to work on a pigeon problem we were having. They text us prior to arrival with a photo of who was coming and they showed up on time as promised. It was nice to know the ETA instead of a 2-4 hour window. The photo of who was coming was also helpful. Very professional & quite knowledgeable about different options we could try. We booked the service and had the work done shortly thereafter. Only one item was backordered (not their fault) and they returned just 2 days later to finish the install. Its only been a few days since install so I cant comment on how long the products will be effective but so far - no pigeons. Patricks Home Solutions was very professional, reasonable priced and dependable. I would strongly recommend them!

Very good work. Could improve on communication. Was told ETA between 7 and 8am. No word until noon. Work was completed timely and well done, but debris put in a neat pile, and left with no word as to when it would be picked up. When it was still there the next morning, I left message, no response until a couple hours later, when return call received, debris had been removed by MY Landscapers. Just suggestions for improvement. Will still refer the company.

I chose this company because theyre local, they answer their own phones, (no central answering service), and they were able to come out the same day! No required contracts or committments. Just sprayed for my ants! They sent Zech- he was super nice and got right to work. He was calm and confident. No sales, no pressure, just taking care of Business. I liked that and will call again if the pests return. They do offer preventative plans and I may need to schedule a 3 month cycle. Im antless and happy. Thank you!

General weed and pest control.

I called Patricks Home solutions on Tuesday March 5th at 2:12pm. There was no answer so I hung up. At 2:29pm the same day, someone named Jamie called me back and said she was returning a missed call. I explained what was going on and how I needed someone to come out as soon as they had availability. She was nice and explained everything to me. I was going to have several things done and do a scheduled spray each month as well. We set up my first appointment for the coming Friday March 8th with someone coming between 12:30-2:30pm. Shortly after I hung up with her, my vet called and said the only day they could get my cat in to deal with the fleas and tapeworm was that Friday at 3pm. Otherwise I would have to wait until late April. I called Jamie back same day March 5th at 3:30pm and no answer. I left a voice message explaining the situation and that I needed someone to come earlier Friday and if they couldnt I would absolutely need to reschedule and asked them to call me back ASAP. 2 days go by and there is still no return call. Its now March 7th and I call at 3:27pm but there is again no answer. I leave a voice message stating I have been waiting for a return phone call and I need to resolve this or reschedule since my appointment is the next day. I had seen in their website that they charge a fee for same day cancelations so I decided to also text them as well. I sent a text at 3:34pm. At this point Im frustrated. I need a company that is going to be as responsive as Jamie was calling me back the first day but not only are they not answering the phone, they arent returning my calls and now text. So I text them again and said to cancel my appointments and I will just go with another company. No response. The next day Friday at 8:37am Jamie is finally calling me back. I wasnt able to answer right then. She then sends a text apologizing for missing my calls. No apology for not getting back with me at all. No explanation why, but she says she has cancelled all my appointments and if I need to reschedule to call them. The same day at 6:28pm, I get a text from someone named Heidi confirming my appointment for the next Tuesday. Seriously? Apparently Jamie did not cancel all my appointments or there is a big communication gap with the people in this company. I told her to cancel all my appointments. I need a company that is going to answer their phones, that is reliable, that has good communication with me and within their company. Im a new customer and this is how Im treated? I can only imagine how it would be further on. If they are doing this with a new customer, I imagine Im not the only one who has had these issues with them or will have these issues with them. Im loyal to the companies I have services with, but not when from the start they are unreliable like this. I would not recommend this company.

I had Patrick and Team extend my patio with pavers, and create a sitting area by my pool. They also planted several plants that I wanted. Patrick but you thoughts together and made it his vision. I love what they did and how pretty my back yard is.!

Patrick and his experienced team of professionals have been my go to experts for pest control and irrigation maintenace, along with an upgraded installation. Please note that I never seen any pests and the new irrigation system is top notch. Since its installation three months ago my plants are thriving.

I had Patricks Pest and Plants do irrigation replacement and do a complete rework of my courtyard with pavers. I love my new courtyard and hope to have them do the same for my back yard/patio. I highly recommend them and have already done so the neighbors who have contracted with them.

They have been applying pre-emergent to our property for several years. We have had good service from them and would recommend them.

I scheduled to have both weed control and yard maintenance work done. The maintenance work I scheduled for December 12th and waited around in the morning wondering when they were going to show up. It was about 10:30-11:00am when I called and asked what time they generally come, because all I had been told was they would come in the morning. It turns out they had taken me off the schedule for the day because they are no longer doing yard maintenance, but they didnt call me or communicate this with me at all. I was really disappointed and frustrated by this because I scheduled this day on 11/28, so 2 weeks had gone by where I could have had any other business do the work. But I specifically chose Patricks because of the good reviews and excellent communication I had with Michelle via email about the products they use and whether they are pet safe. The work for the weed control was completed on December 3rd and they sprayed the whole front & back yard.. its been almost 2 weeks now and we still have several weeds that have not died, and a few new ones sprouting, so Im not sure whats going on with that. We are now having to deal with our HOA because we planned to have this work done on the 12th and I had to find another company to do this, so another week goes by.

Purchased a new home that was being built, noticed the bees in a palo verde tree on the property and informed our builder, TLD, they said they would take care of it, but changed their tune after closing. Called Patricks Pests and Plants and had them taken care of in one day. Great people to work with, and great communication. Theyll be my go to for this property moving forward.

I use Patrick s Pests & Plants for both pest and weed control. They are AMAZING! We had a tick issue in our yard last year that we couldn t get rid of. My poor dogs were miserable. Patrick and Laura have provided the best customer service from day one. We moved here a couple of years ago from the Midwest so there were some things we were pretty clueless on. Patrick put our minds at ease and helped with everything we needed and pointed us in the direction for the things that were not in his scope. Laura is always great at responding to any question or concern and if she doesn t have the answer she gets it pretty quickly. Patrick informed us of the poisonous plants in our backyard that we were unaware of, he fixed and replaced our irrigation line when it broke, he installed pavers, turf, misters, a sun shade and a daddy long legs on our water fall to keep the birds away. We had a major scorpion problem when we moved here and he worked diligently to help reduce amount. I was not sleeping at night worrying about scorpions in the kids bedrooms but after he sealed our house we haven t had one in the house since. When he came to for routine pest control he noticed some termite colonies which we probably would not have noticed on our own. Every employee that has come out to do service has gone above and beyond so we always know we are getting the best care. We are so grateful to have found them and sleep a little better knowing they have our backs!

With our new home build in Surprise we kept finding a TON of scorpions. With small children and pets this was a huge problem for us. Googled pest control in my area and loved them from the first interaction. All of the staff are wonderful. Patricks weed control came and sprayed my yard for some very hard to kill weeds. True to their word they came back and sprayed when some weeds made a repeat performance in my yard. They are the best and will call again if I need them.

Weve been using Patricks Pests for a while now and they are fantastic. Laura and Patrick are very responsive to requests and are attentive to their customers. They consistently show the importance of the customer and an overall concern for our experience. At one point before I became a customer, I contacted them about an issue I was having with a tree and Patrick called me back and spoke with me at length about what my issue was and what could be done. This occured without any promise of money. To me, that shows that they generally care. They are also reasonably priced and dont require a month to month contract like other companies do.

I have used Patrick and his team on Several of our rental homes, but more importantly I use him on my personal home. When moving into a new home a few years back we had scorpions and it terrified us having small kids. He came out and now comes monthly or Bi monthly depending on time of year (his recommendation). I could no longer sleep from the crowds of pigeons sleeping underneath my solar panels. They would wake me up super early in the morning on my days off and it sounded like they were inside the roof. Patrick was quick responding to me and came by to take a look and was very professional and shared alot of his knowledge with me. We scheduled the work to install wiring around the panels to keep the pigeons out and the results have been incredible. We had a major pigeon problem with an excessive amount of bird droppings by our front walk way and door and Patrick did an amazing job getting rid of the pigeons!
