Mannys Lawn and Landscape Maintenance in Surprise

Whoever is in charge of marketing/distributing business cards is wasting their time and cannot read. We have a giant sign by our front door that says no soliciting. We will not be doing business with Manny's because they either cannot read or think the rules do not apply to them. If/when we do need landscaping, we will purposefully avoid them. Additionally, the neighborhood I live in is littered with your business cards (you're wasting your time, money, and materials).

I wouldn't use these guys if I had a choice. My HOA does. They do the least amount of work possible to get by.

As president of our HOA, I can not say enough good words for Mannys. Their service has been EXCELLENT! If you or your HOA is considering a change, contact them. We are over the top in satisfaction for the work they have done and do for our HOA.
