Customer MICHAEL WINTER your yard WAS complete! MY company PULLED weeds including your wife's flower bed AND sprayed and WE have pictures of before and after. We were going to come back and respray if it rained and it did not. Yes you paid CASH because you did NOT sigh up through lawn love, you asked for a QUOTE ONLY! There WILL be a lawsuit for defamation if the review is not taken down. ALSO you PAID MYSELF AFTER the work was completed and me AND YOU walked your entire property and YOU were pleased with the work. You were told you have to maintain the yard weekly but you thought that would be free service and it is not free for us to come out and work. You got an HOA fine because you didn't want to PAY to maintain the yard. That is part of landscaping. You have to either PAY someone to maintain YOUR yard or DO IT YOURSELF!
We hired a landscaper (SKY LANDSCAPE, JIMMY and BRANDI ALVARADO) to spray and pull weeds. The landscaper sprayed, took the money, and did not return the following week as promised to pull the weeds and complete the job. Lawn Love denied any responsibility and refused to help in any way other than reaching out to the landscaper. The landscaper told them that the job was complete and despite my documents, pictures, and text messages with the landscaper which showed that the landscaper was LYING, they sided with the landscaper. Their satisfaction guarantee is worthless. Be aware, the landscapers will ask for CASH rather than going through the app. Lawn Love then claims that the transaction is not through them and they have nothing to do with it, even if everything else was done through the app. DO NOT RECOMMEND LAWN LOVE!
Despite my concerted efforts, I have been unable to receive satisfactory service. The last three service providers arrived with cars instead of trucks, and their equipment was stored in the trunk. One provider left midway through the job, and another returned two days later. Upon thorough inspection, it became apparent that they had not cleaned up after the service. Despite multiple calls to Lawn Love, their response has been indifferent. It appears that they may be accustomed to their providers delivering subpar service. Considering the billing rates, it seems service providers are unable to make a viable profit, which provides some insight into the situation.
Scheduled to have them come out and landscape our front yard. They never showed up and they didn’t even call to let us know they weren’t coming, we had to call them to find out that the guy wouldn’t be coming until the following day. Waited all day again for the guy to show up the next day, and he still never showed up. When we called to cancel the service we did not receive an explanation or an apology. Extremely unprofessional and a very bad impression. I would not recommend scheduling with them.
Very professional, good attention to detail, and communicated with me before and after the mowing job was done. I'm very pleased with the service and have scheduled the mowing service to continue every two weeks.
Juan did a wonderful job. Yard was decent so the price I was quoted online was in the right frame for what I needed. He shaped all the shrubs and bushes just the way I said. It was wonderful. I finally was able to work on my closet this weekend. Next time i will add weed control to service as well. I like you can add services for different visits depending on what I need.
These people are a joke. We had an appointment for Saturday. The guy finally showed up close to 5pm and told my wife he would be back the following day because our yard looked like a bit more work than he was anticipating. We even told these folks the money wasn't a problem, we just wanted it done and knew it was more than they could guess with their computer system. We were very kind and reasonable. He never returned as promised nor did he return our communication. Now it has been more than two days and still nothing. Are you kidding me? If you're expecting something reliable, or something to come to fruition, look elsewhere. Don't waste your time.
Super easy, super friendly, very efficient and very well priced work. I have them doing regular mowing and weeding for our rental property near the Biltmore area and I am really glad I found them. Their website is awesome; very simple and intuitive. Submitted a request for a quote, got a call the same day and set up our first appointment in minutes. Now I don't have to worry about property yard maintenance anymore. Great.
This company lists several services on their website and say they have crews in AZ. But when I called they said they cannot do the other services unless you have a lawn to mow. We, like most homeowners in AZ have artificial turf.
They dont communicate when they will come by. They dont do a good job and they wont let you cancel. Their platform is from 1960 as well.
Wouldn t allow me to get sod installed without adding on mowing and other services. I m in need of sod and that s all this company is doing a terrible job up selling with foreign back office answering centers and failing to secure baseline business by disregarded customers landscaping needs. You should avoid unless you want to be up sold and denied if you don t want the upsale!
Next visit (February) please trim the tops of the purple grass plants.
Terrible customer service. Nobody ever showed up for 3 different scheduled days. They just kept rescheduling.
Doesnt seem like they focused on detail on weeds. They took out the big ones but the small ones were trimmed and not taken out by the root. My yard still looks like a mess.
Our yard was barely done. All of the weeds are still here, just shortened a few inches. The grass and weeds will be back to 6 inches and higher within a week. Were not paying to have someone just stand in the yard again.
They were very professional, asked questions and communicated what they were going to do, my yard looks beautiful! Thanks Randy, and assistant!!

After being rescheduled 6 times in one month and getting numerous promises and discounts to stay a customer, I finally cancelled my account with them. They dont follow up and do not seem to have enough staff to handle the work load. I am extremely disappointed. We found out later that the person in are area quit. They should have told us earlier. I wish we could give them 0 stars.
Do not use this company if you want the work completed, done right, and in a professional manner. If you want poor service, poor work, in complete work, then use this company. We scheduled this company via Thumbtack and was told they do mow and edge all lawn areas. Weed-wack along fenceline, if present. Blowdown the driveway and any other hardscape. . . and to bag and haul away. This is what we needed. The employee did none of the above. After following up with the company and giving an opportunity to correct the problem, they failed again. They blew the leaves and debris into the neighbors yard, the worker causally walked around the yard and blew random areas (we have it on our cameras), but did not actually blown down the hardscape. For lawn care, the mowing job left our grass looking worse than when we had them come out.
The first time I used them was to remove some bushes early spring. Super knowledgeable. Just had a front yard mow and the boys that came did an amazing job I immediately set up bi-weekly lawn maintenance before they were done.

I have had Eric Pappas come do trimming and yard cleanup. He does good fast work and gets things done.
Very disappointed in their service. I was quoted one price for a biweekly lawn service, and the following week they raised it apologizing for their mistake. They also left a mess in the pool (took me about two hours to clean), and no blowing was done which should have been included in the price according to them. I was willing to work with them and give them another chance, but changed my mind when they raised the price. Very unprofessional.
Killed planted plants without asking if they were weeds, didnt trim shrubs well, pay low to its contractors so quality sucks, instruct workers to just cut the front lawn if the gate is locked even if people are home and had unlocked the gate, charge for 6 inches of grass even if it is just some weeds that are above six inches. Terrible.
They dont even deserve a start!! This is a third party company who outsource the work you need to other contractors. I was billed 160.00$ for and incomplete job. Contacted the company spoke to Jake, Reneah, Veronica all said they would take care of it but never did. Once I spoke to Sarah I realized they are all read from a script all said the exact same thing and never returned my call. After waiting six weeks I mad a threat to stop payment if my services wasnt fixed after a week they sent out a guy who told me it was his first day on the job and doing lawn care.. He did a horrible job and I still stop payment because Jake said the use nothing but the best with ten plus years of experience. Just so happens he sent the guy with no experience!! Have your kids or grands do your lawn if your going to use LoveLawn 100% sure they will do a better job!!!

Worst place ever, rescheduled constantly and no showed all the time than charged me for long grass charge when they rescheduled over and over. What did they think the grass would stop growing until they decided to show??? Never go with the company!!
It probably depends a lot on which pro ends up coming to do your lawn. In our case, the original one they assigned us kept rescheduling over and over. I think they assigned us a different one, they finally came and our lawn has never looked so good! The price was very reasonable too. I wish I had before and after pics to post because the difference is really astonishing.

Received quote for $47 turns into $79. Call multiple times for clarity and get the run around each and every time. Mike did a good job but the customer service and knowledge of their services are sub par.

Horrible scheduling - they rescheduled my service 3 or 4 times before I just told them to forget it. First time we requested service they said 2 guys for an hour - we got 1 guy They are not a dependable service - if you dont mind not being able to depend on what they say they are ok.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! These people are lazy and dont keep their word. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday and when their guy showed up not only was he rude, but he decided he didnt want to clean up our yard and left with out informing us. When I called to talk to someone they claimed that the person who came to our house would be blocked from our account and they would be sending someone out on Sunday to take care of the yard. Its now Sunday and not only has no one called me, but I had to call them and find out that they scheduled us for a completely different day than what was promised along with a completely different price than what was promised. The receptionist refused to let me talk to a manager and told me that it would be impossible. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Absolutely atrocious. We were under contract with them for a few months on a bi-weekly basis. Started off mediocre and went downhill from there. The yard never really looked completely clean, and whatever debris was picked up was piled up and left in a remote corner of our lot. We would get emails pointing out very basic things that needed to be cleaned up, for an additional fee - for some inexplicable reason, cleaning all of your yard is not part of your Lawn Love yard cleaning service. When I shared my concerns with the Lawn Love corporate office, I was basically told to deal with it. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
