First Option trimmed the drying/dieing fruit trees and their water basins and left the surrounding area spotless. And they fixed the broken irrigation system which had multiple issues!

First Option Landscaping repaired a broken sprinkler line that ran under a slab. They were quick to respond and do the work. When the work was completed they buried the lines and conditioned the area to look like no work was done. Great job all around.

Had First Option work with my lawn for about 8 months. We selected the monthly maintenance service which includes front and back yard. The company did a great job with trimming trees/removing waste, but everything to keep the lawn healthy (I.e fertilizing, any seed, aerating, taking care of weeds) is not included in the hefty maintenance cost. Only trimming trees every once in a while and mowing your lawn is included in their expensive monthly plan.

We used this company redo some back yard mess, their crew put in all including a complete irrigation system, new hedge and lawn along the fence. My favorite thing regarding them was the different questions I asked were always answered willingly and patiently.

Dont waste your time. They apparently dont know how to use phones. Email only. They promise to come by for a quote but never show up. They give you an imaginary quote on nothing that you asked for and then never reply when you correct their mistakes. NEVER go with your first Option, always look for a reputable company and choose them.
