Having been busting my butt to level my heavily clay based yard, after stripping 5 years of unmanaged gardens out of it after purchasing the property which hadn’t even maintained, and in getting it ready for lawn prior to winter arriving, we had a freak run of great weather so managed to barrow in 8 cubic meters of top soil on a whim after months of chipping away at clearing out and levelling the yard.
