Very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable in their work. The job they performed was not as costly as I thought, comparing to other quotes. I highly recommend this company.. I highly highly recommend this!!!!! Just let them upgrade my system and they showed me step by step how to operate the new system. Highly highly recommend this company

I had a sprinkler head that broke while doing renovations to my yard. I called one morning and asked if someone could come out and fix the one head. John came out the same day, later that afternoon to replace the sprinkler head. So happy he was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule. He even took his time and explained the operation of my sprinkler system to me, since I don’t use it often and had limited knowledge. John is very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Our irrigation control in the ground was run over and started leaking so bad we had to shut off water to the house. Thankfully John was able to come out same day and fix it. He was very professional, he explained what he was doing and his pricing was very fair especially for the amount of work he did. We are very happy with Carolina Sprinklers!

The owner himself came out and repaired 4 of our broken sprinkler heads. Each sprinkler head repair was about $20 and of course he charged for the labor. Very reasonable cost considering, and asked if we were military. I never think to ask for a discount but he asked me instead and when I said yes, my husband is, he gave us a substantial military discount, which is appreciated. He asked me how I found his business, and I told him another local company had recommended him and then I looked his company up and saw the reviews. We talked a little bit about why he has some negative reviews on his page, and he said that you simply can't please everyone and that he always does his best to make sure everyone's happy, but not everyone lets him know when there's a problem, and instead will just leave a bad review. I am the owner of my own business as I am an entrepreneur myself and I can definitely identify with that. I felt compelled to write a review for him because I feel his pain on that, but also he deserves a good review because he did an excellent job and was very friendly and professional. I plan to hire him again to install 2 more sprinkler heads in the near future.

Moved to Sumter a couple weeks ago (military move). Wife noticed the irrigation valve at the new house sounded like it was leaking underground so she turned it off and called Carolina Sprinklers. (I did not know about the problem) The guy came while I was home, seemed nice enough. Wife came to door since I had no idea why he was there and showed him the issue. I stepped back inside to get ready for work. That was a mistake. Within 3 minutes he had turned the valve on and off. The sound went away. He told the wife it was probably "just grit in the line" making the noise. He then spent the next 7-8 minutes writing up the invoice, and was gone within 11 minutes of showing up. Huh... Wife came in and told me she just paid the man $76 for 0 parts and about 1 minute of actual "labor." Wow. Needless to say I am not happy. In fairness, if he left his place of business for this housecall only and went straight back, that is about 36 minutes worth of driving and should be compensated. I'm happy to support the local economy, but even so, really not a good first impression and not remotely worthy of a positive review. This experience begs the question, if this is what he'll ask on the first visit of a new customer for an apparent non-issue, what would he do with a major project involving parts, labor and nobody standing over his shoulder? I wonder if this review will cost him more than $76...

I wanted John to tie a spiket off of my existing well pump, so I could use the colder well water to cool my brewing wort. He did a very clean job, and ran everything under ground, installing a shutoff valve in case I want to shut off the spiket in the winter. They relocated a sprinkler head that was placed in a poor location, and they also secured an AC drain line to the wall. Overall very satisfied!!

Was rushed... left a mess, charged for labor and parts - while he was completing the bill one area lost pressure and a pipe broke. He could not or did not have time to correct but I was still charged for both labor and broken part?! Very disappointed with service. I will 'not' call again for services. He left parts through out the yard... see photos of parts left all over yard. I did receive a return phone call back from the office apologizing and said would send a 40. refund. She was very nice and sounded sincere.
