His detail to my yard is magnificent. My yard hasn’t looked this amazing. I have an acre of land and he has given me so many ideas.
Was behind one of their drivers at night. The trailer lights had apparently been severed at the work site. They still choose to recklessly drive with it and endanger lives instead of leaving it for repair. Also no visible license plate on the trailer.
Jason came out to install our Christmas Lights and did an excellent job. He was on time, fairly priced, and put them up with ease in a really quick timeframe. Would highly recommend any one in the area to hire LTL for installing your Christmas lights. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
We hired Lake Tapps Landscaping after reading all of the great reviews and were very disappointed. They chopped our established Japanese maple tree down the middle instead of carefully pruning it. They didn’t even bother trying to plant 6 plants in a straight line in a flower bed. See photos. They also cut the hose of our drip irrigation system so it no longer works, and left all the debris in a corner of our property instead of hauling it away. We fixed most of these issues ourselves but wasted our money and time and will definitely not use Lake Tapps Landscaping again.

Jason has done an awesome job taking care of my lawn! Jason started with lawn clean up which included digging out tons of overgrown weeks in our back yard. He was on time to start the job, and finished in a few hours. He worked hard, and the areas he cleaned looked FANTASTIC!! Jason did so well, he is handling all of my landscaping. My lawn is looking great, and is always taken care of on time. Jason is very professional and communicates proactively. Jason does not honor his contract. I am 73 and I am still trying to clean up the mess he left me. I paid him in full, he refuses to come back and hit the areas he missed.
used them for like 3 weeks. Asked for a review pointed out a couple of issues (using our yard waste and not blowing off driveway) and received no longer in their service area e-mail and they cancelled. Best part of the story is they are called Lake Tapps Landscaping and I live on the lake. The overall service in general though was fine.

Jason is awesome! He s very personable and easy to communicate with. He s a hard and efficient worker with an eye for detail, and his prices are reasonable. Hired them to make a paver patio. I was very appreciative of the rework they did when I was not liking the start of the project and any other items I brought up. They fixed them to my liking and the end product looks great.
