I have used Palmetto Landscaping on several occasions for projects at my home. Each time was a pleasant experience. Recently, after pouring my concrete patio, an unexpected heavy rainstorm damaged the project. Palmetto immediately removed the patio and replaced it. All contacts with the staff and crews were professional and courteous. What a blessing!

I wanted to extend my existing patio, after consulting with Kevin Cone and Jason Moser they came up with a great design plan to replace existing concrete slab and add a paver patio that would compliment the space and slope of my backyard. I cant say enough great things about this whole process from concept to installation, The install crew was fast and efficient, in and out in 3 days left the yard cleaner than it was when they got there and the quality and attention to detail is second to none, Palmetto Landscape and Design takes pride in there work and it shows, Jason was on site checking progress and making sure I was happy with the layout and how it was coming together, I will definitely be using them again on future projects. We hired Palmetto Landscaping and Design to do a major makeover of our backyard. When I say it was a major project, I mean that everything (except for a large tree) had to be removed and rebuilt/replanted. I had a vision in mind for what I wanted, which included a Butterfly Garden, a Meditation/Zen area with a fountain, and a regular landscaped area with different plants for color and beauty. I explained my vision to the company Planner, Jason, and he patiently worked with me to bring it to fruition, making suggestions along the way to make it even better. After each tweak, he provided me with a new rendering of what the yard would look like which helped me immensely in terms of seeing what the final result would be. The rendering also served as a guide for the landscaping team. They advised me that the project would be done in a week, depending upon the weather. The work was scheduled to start on a Monday and on that date 4 trucks and some heavy equipment arrived to begin the project. A team of 5 people worked relentlessly to demolish the old concrete patio and begin putting in the new patios. Every day was the same thing with a different area of focus. As predicted, the project was done by Friday. Along the way, the project oversight manager, Drew, made sure to talk to me if there was any deviation from the renderings, even when the change made absolute sense (e.g., the rendering showed grass behind our shed, but would have been impossible to mow so they used mulch instead). I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this company from the Planning & Install lead, to the on-site project lead, Drew, and the landscaping Team Lead, Benito. Even better is that they stand behind their work! I had some questions about a few of the plants and found an issue with my existing sprinkler system after the project was completed. Drew was back the day after I contacted him, and all of my concerns were quickly addressed & resolved. My new backyard matches my vision perfectly!! Do not hesitate to use this company if you have any type of landscaping needs, you will ABSOLUTELY get what you pay for.

Kevin and the Team at Palmetto Landscaping are the best. We used them to install sod and plant Azaleas and Hydrangeas in two beds that they also installed. The Install crew was amazing, the brought a skid steer in to the backyard and you couldnt even tell they were there after they left, except for the beautifully installed sod and bushes. I would definitely use them again, and recommend anyone else to do the same !

Update: Since we had a downpour last week, (July 2024) our backyard was flood free!! Great job Palmetto Landscaping and Design!! We had them put in a drainage system with a sump pump in our backyard as we have a very very bad flooding problem. I cant tell yet whether it is going to be the solution or not as we havent had a huge rain yet but hopefully it will. The crew that came to do the work was very professional and did a great job. The only problem that I had was with communication as to when or if they were picking up a check from us or if we were supposed to drop it off as they started the project. We paid 1/3 up front, 1/3 when they started the job and the balance when the job was finished. Also, we were not aware that the electrician was coming and he just showed up a day or so later when we were on our way out of the house. We had to change our plans to accommodate him as he needed to access the inside of our house. No one made us aware of the date/day he was coming. But, as far as the work that was done, we are very satisfied.

We highly recommend Palmetto Landscaping and Design for any aspect or scope of a yard project. We hired them to create a beautiful backyard. The scope of the job was large and included designing and installing an outdoor kitchen with grill, a sink with hot/cold running water and pizza oven. On the other side of the yard, they designed an outdoor fireplace and seating area. We are on a deep water creek, and needed to beautify the landscaping on the water as well. From the initial meeting, they were professional. They listened to what we wanted and presented designs that were in line with our requests. They are realistic in identifying how long each phase would take and alerted us if there was a problem so we could address it together. The workers always showed up on time and worked diligently. Engaged with Palmetto Landscaping about 18 months ago. First for landscaping then for an irrigation system. Some plants from the landscaping were not healthy and died. Despite the guarantee it was like pulling teeth and over a year to get them replaced. They kept dropping the ball. The irrigation system was poorly installed with heads sticking out too far. Again, they had to be called to fix it. They came to fix but some still are visible to this day.

Recently, I contracted with Palmetto Landscape and Design to install some underground gutters for my property. The estimator, Jason Mosher, recommended a perfect solution set for our drainage issues. He designed the scope of work and assisted with the HOA approval process. The office staff was also great to work with. The crew showed up early on the start date and came with a caravan of trucks and heavy equipment to get the job done. The crew consisted of seven Landscape Professionals and they proceeded to tackle my job with vigor. By three o clock pm all the work was completed, and you could barely tell trenching had been done. All in all, 7 downspouts have been diverted to underground drainage emptying behind the rear fencing next to a drain catch basin. Job well Done!! In my mind, Palmetto Landscape and Design is the gold standard for all Landscape and Design work. All my future landscape or lawn needs will be accomplished by your wonderful company. I recently decided to change yard maintenance contractors. Since Palmetto Landscaping and Design was already taking care of my house at Folly Beach, I decided to use them. I am really happy that I did. We are having part of a wedding preparation at our house this weekend and wanted the yard nicely prepared. Even with the very wet weather we have had, Palmetto worked around all of that and the yard has never looked better. Elix and John, account managers, are real professional and happily handled all of my need and requests. I highly recommend Palmetto if you are looking for outstanding customer service.

Im sure they do good work but while doing a neighbors yard they were notified where the property line was and not to go past it but unfortunately they did. They cut down a big portion of a bush in front of our house. When confronted they told us to call the number on the side of the truck.

Update: I changed my review to 3 stars since they came out and took care of the warranty issues we had no questions asked. Long story short, we have been waiting 2 years to schedule warranty work, they are not responsive, and they are not loyal to past customers. Read on if you re bored. We invested a lot of money through them t do our front and back yards and everything looks great. They were more expensive at the time, but we thought we would go with a local company since it has bit us in the a$$ in the past. But when we wanted to do a small outdoor kitchen add on the prices went through the roof and they still did not provide an estimate on what we actually want to do. I would have gave them 5 stars a couple of years ago, but since then they have not fixed warranty issues that we have tried to schedule for 2 years. End of rant.

Their careful attention in designing great beds with healthy plants that provide color and texture have complemented and showcased my home. I was very impressed by the responsiveness and the quality of the landscaping work done at my house. WIthin a few days of my call, the landscaper came to my home and listened to what I was looking for, and what plants I was interested in having in my backyard. I really didnt have a concept of what it should look like, but JD drew out a wonderful plan and included everything that I told him I wanted. After putting my deposit in, I was put on the schedule, and in just two weeks my landscaping was done. I am very pleased, and cant wait for everything to fill in.

Our back and front yard were a blank canvas. Their landscaping designer came to our house and listened to our ideas of what we liked to see. He took that info and provided a perfectly detailed drawing of what could be done in our yard. We asked for a lot and he came through. It was clear that he listened to what we did not want as well as what we preferred. Palmetto Landscaping and Design crew came out and installed a pergola with a swing, a gas firepit, and a paver patio area with an outdoor kitchen as well as many linear feet of paver walkways to and from all areas. In addition they installed a variety of palms and coastal grasses that complimented all the above mentioned work. Jason and Benito were very helpful getting to the finish line and completing the task. They provided status updates all along the way. Could not be more pleased with outcome. Many neighbors have already complimented us on the beautiful results.

The company just left the private drive that runs the side of my fence line. They delivered mulch at the back entrance for the residence off foxtail court. I went outside and notice the mulch was blown on my grass, I advise a worker and he said we would take care of it. I came back outside, and the mulch was still on my grass. I call the company and a young lady called back very quickly. Then shortly after the same person called me back that was on the property. He was very nasty and carefree, he advised me that it was only sandy stuff left and the rain would wash it away. I advised him that I have pictures and the only thing they needed to do was rake the stuff off my lawn. This guy tells me, He did not care who I sent the pictures too P.O.A or whomever nothing would come of it. that he would continue to have a great day and for me to have one to and hang up. They also left a mess in the street where the mulch was off loaded. I will let everyone I know including my fellow Law Enforcment Officers, Church members to stay away from this company. I will forward this to our P.O.A and surely will the mulch being on the grass hurt anyone? of course not, but whoever understands the standards that the P.O.A hold us to in maintaining our properties, hopefully can sympathize with me, when some company comes along and make work for you. FOLLOW-UP I must mention that Alex the rep mentioned above called me back at 4pm 5-18-2023 and did apologize for our earlier conversation. He offered to send a team back to make things right. I advised him that I already had went out raked it up and re-edged. I also advised him that I appreciate the apology it is fully excepted and that alone is good customer service.

Unresponsive to calls and e-mails about follow-up work, estimates, and appointments. Maintenance worker simply arrives unannounced, and proceeds to enter the backyard to do the work; we have a dog, however, that wouldnt appreciate the visit. Lucky she hasnt been out on those days and times... Not safe or professional behavior.

Nothing against them, I didnt use their service. I needed some dirt dug up and removed and they said they werent equipped to do it. They have mowing equipment, i needed light duty earth moving done. Nothing against them, my needs just were not in their wheelhouse.

Over promised and under delivered Personnel charges led to.a dramatic decline in the quality of service we received. Service then devolved to crews doing the absolute minimum and, even worse, over time, to a level that was unsatisfactory. The final straw, our efforts to address these issues with the person we considered our account representative were completely ignored.

Im writing to say how pleased my husband and I are with our new landscape upgrade by Palmetto Landscape & Design. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Mr. Kevin Cone, Kim Couto, and the entire Install Division. From start to finish, Kevin and Kim were responsive to our inquiries and accommodating of our homes specific needs. Kevin emailed us a virtual preview of what the finished design would look like. It was true to the picture. We were allowed to select the plants used in the install ourselves and given a firm date on which the work would start. What we loved most of all was that they worked within our budget to give us an outcome we could both afford and be happy with. The installation team arrived early on the day of service with a full crew, smiling, courteous, and ready to give our front yard the makeover it so desperately needed. After giving the plant-beds a good de-weeding and trim job, they fixed our wobbly stone fence so it wont ever tumble down again.The lush, healthy-looking flowers and plants gave our house an instant facelift. They left the sidewalk and yard free of any debris, so that now our house has the curb appeal weve always dreamed of. We were beyond thrilled at the finished product! The guys brought us out a Palm tree and it is wonderful. We live clear down on Johns Island. I will use them exclusively for our palms from now on.

Long wait time, great work

On September 23, we met Steve from PLD at our house. While he was a good listener, he talked about possibly doing a larger project than we had in mind. But once he understood that we didnt need under paver drainage lines, he was happy to modify the design. The project contract was signed Nov 2021 and deposit of 1/3 given. The start date was set up then that fit with their schedule and ours. To my surprise, the actual start date was the exact date previously decided- Jan 26, 2022. A team of seven came and wasted no time getting into the job. They were incredibly hard working. During excavation the house water line and an irrigation line were broken, which we were warned may happen. The house water supply was repaired within two hours. The other could wait as it was not in use in January. Whenever there were questions, the team leader came to me. He wanted to be sure I was happy. In the early few days, we met the job superintendent, Jason. He gave us his cell and asked us to call, if there was any concern at all, 24/7. It was clear to me from the beginning, that this team was going to install the pavers exactly according to my direction and in a very precise manner. In several instances, we made changes to the original design, either at their suggestion or ours. I was very happy that these changes did not incur further labor costs, just some material costs. In addition, we wanted to change our irrigation from sprayers to drip lines. PLD made that change to our four zones for no charge! The end result is beautiful. We have had multiple compliments from friends and family. While the project was expensive, according to my previous hopes, we are extremely pleased overall. In addition, the project used less material than planned for and this was reflected by a reduced final bill. In November, I had planned to withhold 10% until after I was completely satisfied with the installation, but I was so happy with the results that I did not withhold any money. I highly recommend this company for your hardscape project!

Apparently instead of dealing with unhappy customers, they just delete your review. Our HOA uses this company for our landscaping. Not only do they not do satisfactory work, they also damage personal property. I ve left a similar review and contacted my HOA. I ve received NO response. Half of the time they leave streaks of uncut grass, don t edge, or don t blow the driveways and patios. Now, a few weeks ago they broke the wheels on my grill. Instead of rolling it out of the way, the slid it damaging the wheels. Now I have a 1 year old grill with no wheels. I would not recommend this company.

You get what you pay for is true with Palmetto Landscaping..... Worth every dollar spent Professional and great work ethic. Patio exceeded expectations and highly recommend. Showed up on time, worked hard and finished on schedule.

Previous review: these guys did an awesome job on a front/backyard overhaul and install of the landscaping, as well as an install of a new driveway into sitting area. The work was of very high quality and I am continuing with their services to keep the landscaping in good shape. August 2022 Update: Ive struggled with the maintenance side of this business. The communication has been a challenge, including no-shows, no calls back, etc.. It seems like theres a different point of contact in the office every time Ive tried to reach them. The staff who execute on the installation and even the maintenance are great people and do great work. I am hopeful that they will meet the commitments of the services that I have already paid for.

Update, 3 years later after they cut our water main and repaired it we are having to replace our complete water main as it was a shotty fix. Several hundred dollars in water bills and over $2000 in a new main as well as a compromised meter connection by one of their workers I am not so happy anymore. If you want them to install an irrigation system be prepared for massive expenses afterwards.

Turned our mess of backyard into paradise

Palmetto Landscaping and Design had been servicing my mother s yard for a number of years and she spoke very well of them. However, since her passing my experience hasn t been that great. On March 9th one of their employees drove through the front part of the yard (see pictures). They informed us that this could take up to 5 weeks to come back out to fix it. I explained that we are in the process of selling the house and need them to come fix the damage that their employee caused asap. I was told I would receive a call back on March 18th, but as of March 24th I have yet to have received a call. We have tried to call multiple times and have left a number of messages. Our real estate agent has even reached out to them about this issue. As of March 24th the damage is still there.

Dont waste your time. After signing a proposal to service my lawn (fertilizer, weed control, etc.), I had to call to remind them come out and perform the service. This did not happen once, BUT TWICE! I never called a third time and they never showed up again. Unprofessional and unresponsive. Its too bad, because Kevin seemed sincere and ready to engage. Promises, promises. UPDATE: Kevin contacted me regarding my review and was apologetic to my concerns. I decided to resume my lawn service and explore some additional services. Stay tuned for further updates.

Palmetto graded, installed Belgian Block border, Tremron Block apron and the remaining drive way in gravel. The crew was on time, very organized and maintained tidy worksite with no damage to existing landscape. It was a pleasure to observe talented tradesmen at work. Finished on time at a fair price. Contracted with them for a 10 thousand dollar job to enhance and bi-weekly maintenance for our yard back in April. Due to availability they could not start the job till June. After a few calls to them we at least got them started with regular yard Maintenance in May. Come the week before our scheduled start date I called to confirm everything which they said was on scheduled to be done. June 7 rolls around and NOTHING no show, no call, no answer or return call when I left a message instead later in the day they emailed my husband to say sorry you were inconvenienced we will be there tomorrow No Thank You!!! Customer Service no matter what the price of the job should be a priority WE EVEN TALKED ABOUT THIS DURING OUR INITIAL MEETING. Huge fail never again.

Paver installation to widen driveway

I worked with Palmetto to build my dream outdoor living space. I had an idea in my head and worked with them to design it and build it. It turned out even better than I imagined. At first I was worried about the price, but after seeing the detail and the quality of the work. It was worth it. I am so glad to be working with them on the next phases as well.

Contacted to inquire about having them design our backyard. Never heard back. After about 2 weeks, called instead of emailed just to have a very uninterested gal answer the phone. She did explain they dont sell their designs and do require 100% install of their designs. Would have been nice for them to respond to my email and let me know. Definitely wont be coming back for any future work that we might want to have done.

Palmetto Landscaping did an incredible job on our lawn. The workers were fast, friendly, professional and meticulous. They seemed to care about our yard as if it was their own & go the extra mile. Our yard has never looked this good! I would highly recommend them!

I was referred to this company by a friend, little did I know its owned by a high school classmate. I used them for a Hard Scape project and after Jason Mosher came out, showed us what could be done and provided the estimate, we immediately scheduled our project. I dont usually submit reviews but felt compelled to write one on this company and crew. I cant say enough about the quality of the work not only with materials and design but with the crew that worked on my project for 4 days. They were always professional, accommodating, and very hard working (even in pouring ran - they didnt stop). Andy and his crew went above and beyond and I would highly suggest them on any hard scape project. Palmetto Landscaping & Design creates some beautiful work and to say that Im overly happy with my final project is an understatement. I would suggest them to anyone! My attached pictures speaks for itself, but its definitely more beautiful in person! We just had Palmetto redo our backyard. Paver patio, Pergola, Irrigation etc. They did an incredible job. From Steves design, to Andys meticulous paver install, Doug and the carpenters on the Pergola and Alfred and the landscape and lighting crew. They all did an incredible professional job. And Jason, who oversaw the entire project was a pleasure to work with. We cant thank him enough. He made sure everything was perfect and and that we were happy. We cant recommend them enough!

Buyer Beware! We contracted with Palmetto in the spring time of 2021 with a wait time of 3-4 months until the project could start. No problem, the prices seemed reasonable and the sales guy (JD) seemed knowledgeable after reviewing multiple quotes. We contracted for hardscaping, sprinkler installs, full sod installation, driveway widening, and landscaping of the entire front. We paid and waited for our day (emailed from Dustin who well get back to later) and the project was to start on a Wednesday. Well, here comes Tuesday morning (wrong day) and an email from Dustin letting us know the crew would be there shortly. This should have set off immediate red flags but alas, we asked them to give us a few hours to get home and ready for the project. The crew showed up on day 1 and seemed to progress with Alfers help (who was apparently our project manager we thought). They made quick work of at least a third of the project and asked us to inspect as they went. So far so good! Well Alfer was needed at another job so he couldnt come back and left 3 younger gentleman to finish 2/3rds of the job which is when the poor quality work started. The job lasted too long because they understaffed it, Alfer having to return on a Sunday quite unhappy to finish and clean. Needless to say along the way, multiple things broke, the job was left unfinished and they destroyed parts of the yard that werent even in the project (who doesnt lay down particle board to walk on when making 5000 trips through a yard?). Sprinkler heads were leaking, the grading in the back yard was all off, the bubbler system in the front had a massive hole around it for kids to step into, they didnt bother to sod the digging for the sprinkler system and plenty of other things Ill spare you the details on. It was after the job was done that we started to try and communicate with Palmetto, finally getting a call/visit from Jason Mosher. Jason seemed on the ball and let us know he was supposed to be quality control on our project but couldnt make it those few days there were here. This initial project was 8/25, our first contact to them was on 9/16 to get them back out here to fix it, and now were at 10/27 with no end in sight. If you scroll down you are going to see another review who paints a disturbing picture of Dustin Dillard (apparently the customer service/scheduling guy/Jasons boss?) and his lack of communication skills. I have no idea how this guy has a job in customer service or in any customer facing role because I cant get any answers from him. This very much seems like a company that once they have your money, they are fine moving on to the next job while you deal with the mess they created. Please dont do business here, youll regret it. Im happy to speak with any prospective customer about our experience and Im sad Ive had to resort to writing online reviews.... Buyer beware.

BEWARE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and LACK OF CARE for past customers. This company installed my sprinkler system in 2014. In 2016, one of the zones stopped working / leaks and I called for help since they know how they ran the pipes. I called 3 times in 2016 and they said we ll call you. NOBODY CALLED. I called again 30 days later and they said the same thing. NOBODY CALLED. I called again in 2017 before summer and the same thing. And again 3 weeks ago - and NOBODY CONTACTED ME. * QUALITY of work was also shoddy - I ve been using my garden hose for 3 years - now I m going to call a company that cares about its customers. Update 2019: I found the leak and fixed it myself. Still never received a phone call.

The landscaping crew did a awesome job at everything they did on my landscaping job. BEWARE when it comes to warranty work the customer service is very poor. I have called an emailed this company over 6 times over the past 2 months but still I have not heard from the home office or project manager about what the will do to fix the area in my front yard where the water is not reaching the area that has turned brown from lack of water. I think its a very simple fix but the could care less. :Update the issues I was having have been corrected!!!

The owner met with me and listened to my ideas. A plan was submitted to me quickly using some of my ideas and then some. The crew arrived and implemented the plan superbly. We are so thrilled with the 6 stations they put together for us in our front yard. We have secured them to do the back yard and know it will turn out just as wonderful.

These guys were an absolute pleasure to work with. I recently had a major project in my backyard and they did an unbelievable job! Dustin did awesome overseeing all of the work. He also offered up design ideas that we couldnt have done without. Dustin truly cares about his customers and it shows in his work. I will definatly use them for more projects in the future. We had a patio with pavers installed in our backyard. There was a communication hiccup, but they made the effort to apologize personally and make it right, which I completely respect. They did a beautiful job on the patio, and now our family can enjoy time in our backyard!

The team from Palmetto Landscaping and Design just left and I can t express how thrilled I am with their work. I have a small back yard that includes 4 flower beds, a stone path and a grassy area for my dogs. My pups had completely killed all of the grass over the last few years and it was time to show the yard some love, however I was having a hard time finding someone to handle such a small (it didn t feel small to me, it felt overwhelming, lol) project in a professional and timely manner. Well, then I called these guys, and that changed big time. Palmetto Landscape and Design re-did my stone path, mulched all of my flower beds (even the ones in the front because they had extra mulch! I was blown away by that!) and re-sodded the yard space all for a super reasonable price, and on short notice. A crew of 2 gentlemen came out (I wish I could remember their names, but my house is a zoo today so they slipped my mind) and did an excellent job. They even suggested moving an azalea bush that I have to help with the flow of the space and I love it s new location. They were both polite, professional, hard working and seemed super knowledgeable. I could tell they took pride in their work. Overall, I m beyond impressed. My project wasn t a big one and they could have easily blown me off or half-assed the job, but they didn t. I would gladly recommend these guys to anyone looking for some yard love, no matter how large or small the project. Give them a call, you won t be disappointed!

Issues and problems being addressed...

Palmetto Landscaping just completed a major overhaul of our back yard, transforming an empty grass plot into a replica of an English garden. This was a large, complex project. They installed 32 trees, hundreds of plants, tons of soil and mulch, river stones, paver walkways, a large stone planter and fountain, a gorgeous gated pergola entryway, an irrigation system, and an intricate lighting system within the project area and uplighting of the large oaks that line our driveway. This was a complex, difficult project and we faced challenges along the way, as will happen with any construction of this scope. Throughout, the entire Palmetto crew, from Kevin the owner on down the line, were professional, creative, patient, exacting in their work, and forever polite and upbeat. Every time we ran into an unexpected challenge, they came up with a creative solution. These are smart, talented professionals who were great to work with. We ve signed on with them to do the continuing maintenance on our entire property. Big shout-outs to Kevin, Stephen, Steve, Doug, Sean, Elix, Oscar, Philip, Jose, Raul and the entire gang, and sorry if I forgot a name or two along the way. Thanks, guys!

If I could give a NEGATIVE star I would. This is the WORST customer service on the planet. I have tried to find resolution with this company and cant even get a return phone call. We hired David to draw some plans for our new house. He totally missed the mark, did not even put a basic island in the front yard to reduce the amount of grass that we asked for. The design he sent us could have come from the Lowes garden center. It is ridiculous that I tried to reach out and find resolution and all I got was David offering all excuses all the time. So, if you want to hire a company that will NOT do what you ask, and NEVER return a phone call and just email you a whiny list of excuses, this is the company for you. As far as I am concerned this company has ZERO ethics and atrocious customer service. PS - Even the owner Kevin will not return my phone call. Adding this.... this is the kind of professionalism they offer this is an email I received this morning from David: Wow, really classy review you left on our website. I bet you had fun scrolling thru all of the great reviews first. Lol. Ill have at least 5 other customers do reviews just to disrupt your false accusations. Because they know how well respected we are around here. Your review really made me laugh so if you thought it would upset me or my boss, you did the exact opposite. And youve officially blown your chance at getting a refund now. I was going to have my boss call you until you decided to try to make me or the company look bad. You couldve gotten a refund and a free design but your anger and lack of knowledge when it comes to landscape design got the best of you. Horrible customer service. Even called multiple times and they said I ll have your quote by the end of the day. David, who came to look at the house/ give me all the info never gave me anything. They need to hire more people / fire some as well. Would give a neg star if I could.

Had David come out to look at some stuff i wanted done for my yard. A French drain and some other things. He said I would have a quote in about a week. 4 weeks later and still nothing. I have multiple voicemails / emails saying I will have it to you by the end of business day and then 3 days later nothing. The customer service is very bad here. I have called to speak to the owner and still haven t got a response from him. Don t recommend using them. Very disappointing

Similar to others who have posted here, I had David come out and take a look at my yard a few months ago as I had an issue with water building up in my yard during heavy rains. He seemed to be a great guy. He shared an idea that he had for a french drain which would deal with the issue. He assured me that he would get back to me soon after our meeting with a quote. After about 4 weeks and repeated calls to his phone (where I left voice messages but never received a call back), I gave up on this company. Hopefully your experience is better!

This company went above and beyond. There were a couple of clean up issues the workers left after my patio was laid, but Stephen, one of the managers, came out personally the next day and took care of everything and even discounted my price. My patio looks great and adds value to my home.
