Their receptionist, Barbara, is very RUDE!!!!! If you dont like dealing with people then maybe you need to find a new job.

Crew is awesome...their primary issue seems to be from office scheduling..mowing contract not fulfilled without explaination...expected full amount when billing statement arrived.

The limbs from my neighbors pecan tree (40+ feet tall) draped over my house. My yard, roof, deck, and gutters, were constantly filled will pecans and leaves. Chads lawncare trimmed the trees limbs and best of all they didnt kill the tree. They also cleaned up all debris. I will be using this company in the future.

They are DEPENDABLE. They do what they say they are going to do. That is a huge plus in The Villages. They show up as scheduled.

Very unprofessional group. When I had my evaluation done (Mark), it went very professional and pricing was very good. First cut and crew was very pleasant and professional. Then 2 weeks to follow I noticed my front nor the back yard hadn t been cut or edged and the original evaluator (Mark) had said they would be doing weekly cuts. I then decided to call and see if there was an acct/billing issue. I spoke with Barbara and she said they had reported that they cut my yard but couldn t access the back. I then explained that there wasn t any cutting or edging front/back and asked if I could get another appointment with the evaluator (Mark) and she said the following day at 4pm with Mark. I called a week later and Barbara explained that I was irate and had canceled my service when we spoke last.(?) When I explained I hadn t canceled my service and why would I had made an appointment to re-evaluate she said I beg to differ Sir . Then said we no long cut grass in your area . Barbara might need to be re-evaluated at this business! Also my guess is they have enough work to match their work load, and new accounts are not important. A good company, but hard to get them. I get my weeds pulled by them and they said they wouldnt have anybody until November so now its 2 months already. Im getting a new company that wont be able to come in a few weeks. I found Chads to be a bit expensive for weed pulling.

To start off, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY DUE TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM. I had service with this company for over 6 months, Im truly not happy how we had to end things. I received a call after being told that I would be on auto-pay 2 months later that I owed money to them and so I checked my account to confirm the payments were taken and it was it was one bill they had not received payment on which was prior to me setting up my auto-pay with them( I would figure they would have told me that one more invoice was open but they DID NOT...2 months it was then brought to my attention) I then spoke to Barbara and she blamed the previous Office Manager for this so I told her someone should have called me sooner especially with COVID-19 every penny counts so I ended up paying my FINAL BILL of $150.00 and now Im in search of another landscaping company. Great thing theres many companies out there.

Great guys!!! they mow my neighbors yard across the street. It look so nice and always manicured. They are very polite always wave when I am out mowing my own yard, I love to mow! In fact, I will mow other properties around my house to keep it looking nice. Today they stopped and gave me an ice cold bottle of water with a very cute smile from a very polite young man. Thank you....your kindness did not go unnoticed and deserves a 5 star.

I had just bought a house That needed a lot of work outside ,everything was over grown Chad came to my house gave me an estimate and we discussed what he was going to do.Chad and his team were very professional And they did exactly what we discussed and more and I would definitely use him again, His price was fair And The quality of his work was excellent

My mother used Chads for a few years and I m glad she found them. They are beyond reliable. We ve had the same crew taking care of our place for over two years. It s nice to have a group that you don t have to continually go over stuff with. I like to have my lawn cut taller and they remember this fact. Always polite. Cheers

I needed to constantly remind the supervisor to trim around the sprinkler heads. Finally cancelled the service on September 30th. My lawn usually got serviced on Wednesday or Thursday but, not the last week of September. Guess its my bad for telling then I was terminating the end of September a week earlier. Live and learn.
