Tender care repaired my sprinkler system recently. I was impressed with their work ethic. The staff worked hard causing as little damage to lawn as possible, They were very pleasant and respectful.I would definitely recommend this company.
Last year Tender Care drew up my landscape design & listened to my suggestions & gave advice on what plants would look nice! The sidewalk I asked for was much more than I expected! I found the cost to be very reasonable! Tender Care will bid jobs separately to work with your budget! I have been so pleased with their work that I rescheduled them for landscape maintenance & leveling my lawn! I highly recommend Tender Care for all your yard needs! You won’t be disappointed!
We are extremely pleased with the excellent work that they have done for us. They take time to fully assess your needs and try to work with you to achieve your goals. We found them to be honest, knowledgable and dependable. They are hands down the best!!
I feel like this company provided the service I asked for. They did a nice job and cleaned up nicely afterwards, however, BE AWARE THAT THEIR LABOR FEE IS $85 PER HOUR PER LABOR PERSON THAT THEY SEND OUT. Not $85 per hour. $85 per hour per 'worker'. I was deceived, but paid.
Tender Care has been maintaining our lawn for almost two years. They are always willing to work with me on any ideas I have. They are prompt to show up and take excellent care of my yard and landscaping.
I have to say I have done business with Percy and TenderCare for a few years and have always been pleased with the quality of work they perform. Today, after another day of recovering from hurricane Laura, I came home to find that they had once again made my yard beautiful. This time they went above and beyond their normal excellent service and paid extra special attention to every small detail in areas I normally tend to myself. It meant so much to me to see one more light at the end of this tunnel we have traveled. Thank you, Percy! Loyalty is rewarded with loyalty!

Terrible experience. I have been trying to get someone to check my sprinkler. They called me so many times for installation and now it s only been 6 months. It was having some problems. I have been calling for 2 months for someone to come fix it. No response
took card info on June 29th and told me someone will be mowing on Friday we are still waiting no one is here. When calling very bad customer service.

I hated the front of my house because our landscaping was so overgrown. Tender Care Lawn Service came to our rescue. In this climate of racial divide, Brent (our representative) didnt look at us as a color but as potential valued customers. Our experience from start to finish was a good one. Brent was so knowledgeable, worked with our budget, and was able to create a vision for our front yard that made our house look like a new property. Cant thank you guys enough and we would definitely recommend this business to our friends and family.
Our sprinkler system had a leaking valve that allowed water to leak out of a sprinkler head. This water flowed down the road when we used the system. The only way to stop the flow was to turn the water supply valve off. This was a real pain. Travis from Tender Care came and found the valve with his electronic widget. The valve was 8 inches under the ground. The valve was broken, and Trent replaced it. Everything is working very well, and it is very dry right now. Just in time.
They are responsive to my needs and do an excellent job every time.

We were having issues with our backyard holding water during heavy rains, which would inevitably flood into the back of our house. Percy and his team at Tender Care Lawn Service installed a yard drainage system, and now we have no issues whatsoever! Good price, and well worth not having water in our house every storm!!
