Used Edies Tree Service to have 3 trees removed and a couple others trimmed up. The pricing was good, they showed up on time, and were very professional. They double checked the areas to trim, which I appreciate since we only wanted some specific portions removed on the trees that we were only trimming. Would recommend, and will use again.

We used Eddies Tree Service to remove four palm trees (including stump grinding) from our yard. They came recommended and we went with them even though their quote was the highest of four companies. We asked them to cut the trees at a time when we would be home, but they said they didnt work Saturdays. After they were done and we returned home from work, two stumps were quite visibly left in the ground. We called them back and they got very aggressive on the phone, saying that was the best they could do. We insisted they come back out so we could show them the issue and have them do a better job. They came and spoke rudely, telling us the exposed roots of another tree would get damaged. We asked them to grind the stumps carefully away from the roots. They were clearly frustrated at being told their work was not satisfactory, and handled their equipment hurriedly and roughly to grind the stumps further. As a result, on one stump they cut the pine tree roots. Throughout, they maintained a hostile attitude. We do not recommend them because of their total inability to talk in a polite and friendly manner to customers to resolve any issues.

Several years ago we used Eddies Tree Service to come out and trim a tree in the backyard. They did an excellent job then. This month, we decided instead of having the tree trimmed again we would just cut it down because it was planted over our gas line. We obtained 3 quotes. One was from a very well known company, but their quote was $700 more than Eddies! Another quote was less than Eddies, but that didnt include grinding and he didnt have insurance. So, we went with Eddies. They came out on time and did the work as promised. They were VERY careful cutting the limbs hanging over our roof and fence. They did a great job grinding the stump too. We couldnt be any happier and so glad we used Eddies. I strongly suggest anyone who needs tree service make sure the company has insurance. Be careful of a low quote, theres probably a reason for it.

These are a fast, good and very friendly. I called on Monday, they came on Tuesday to give me an estimate and came on Wednesday to do the work. They finished in less the an hour and did a GREAT JOB!! Would definitely use them again if needed a tree removed.

On, October 22, 2021, I called Eddie s Tree Service because my oak tree in front was huge and needed to be trimmed. I spoke with John, he gave me a reasonable estimate and I decided to use their service for the first time. I was very impressed! John and his crew exceeded my expectations. They did a fantastic job and removed all the debris as well. I would highly recommend their service. Satisfied customer.

Have used Eddie s Tree Service twice now. The first time was to remove a large fallen limb in the front yard and most recently to trim a tree in the backyard. Both times they were efficient, professional, friendly and well-priced. They showed up when they said they would, trimmed the trees beautifully, and cleaned up all traces of their work. I also like supporting local businesses, especially ones as good as they are. Will use them exclusively for all future trimming.

They did an excellent job very professional and were done within 2 hours. I have a 60 foot Ash tree that needed a major trim. Limbs were hanging down to the ground the tree was a hot mess! But, now the tree is standing straight up! And gives me so much sunshine through out the day. I definitely will use Eddies tree service again. Thanks Eddie, John, and Jose!

I have been using Eddies Trees for 15 or more years. They are very professional. They carry insurance so if an accident occurs that they are liable for, their insurance pays, not mine. The fact that they have 32+ years experience shows in their finished work. They know how to make a tree look beautiful.

We had them cut 2 very tall oak trees and 2 very tall palm trees. The did an exceptional job. Their prices are so much more reasonable than any other tree service I called. They are very efficient and communicative from the original call to set an appointment up until the entire job was complete. The trees look awesome and the clean up was outstanding. Extremely satisfied.I understand why people have used them repeatedly for years; add us to that list!

These guys came highly recommended by a neighbor, and seemed friendly on the phone. I sent pictures about my issue, and when they came out to price the job, left quote at my door for trimming service and not for main service we had needed. No problem, just called them back up to explain and they said they would be out later that Friday to give another exact quote. They never did come out or call again and it s been 2 weeks. Bummer, cause I would have happily paid for the service.

Eddies Tree Service just did a great job! My trees were so thick that light wasnt getting to the ground & the grass was thinning. They thinned the trees for light, cleared any branches getting close to the house, raised the canopy, & cleaned up everything for a very fair prices!. Ill definitely call them next time!

Eddies Tree Services has taken care of my trees for a few years now. I have two very large trees (an ash and an elm). The elm, especially, gets very top-heavy and branches start lying on my roof and hanging very low over my neighbors driveway. Eddie and his crew trimmed, thinned and shaped my tree fantastically! The trees look great. I was pleased to see the safety precautions that were taken to protect the welfare of the crew, my property and my neighbors property while the work was being done. And, they cleaned up so well, you would not even know they had been there. If you need tree work, Eddies Tree Services is the ONLY one to call. Prompt, courteous, professional, fair pricing, great work and cleanup.

My husband and I have worked with Eddies Tree Service for many years and they have always done such a great job for us. Not only do they do such great work but they are so friendly, prompt, trustworthy and knowledgable to the tree business. They have always offered such great advice on things for us and have always been available to answer any questions we have always had. Communication is huge for us and I give them five stars on that for sure! If you are looking for a phenomical company to take care of your trees then Eddies Tree Service is the company for you! They come very highly recommended.

DO NOT USE!!! Eddie is not a trustworthy person. I contracted with him to remove bamboo and he did the worst possible job. Less than 50% of the roots were removed and the shoots were not sprayed. The bamboo immediately recovered and I called Eddie to make good. He committed on 6 separate occasions to come around yet failed each time to turn up. He wasted my time on each occasion

Over the past few years we have called them out three times to cut back our trees and remove a couple trees. They are quick, do a fantastic job of grinding down the stumps, and clean up the yard when they are done. (They were even forgiving when I forgot to send a check out in a timely manner after my surgery) I highly recommend Eddies for tree trimming and tree removal services.

I called Eddies Tree service when my neighbors tree split and fell into my yard just across a new fence and grazed my new roof. (neighbor was going to do nothing). Thank goodness fence and roof were not harmed (amazingly). Eddie came out that same evening to look at what needed to be done, gave me a quote, and came out very early (before his very busy day) and took care of getting rid of all the large limbs and took away as much of the tree as he could that was over my side of the yard. Very satisfied with their service.

After setting an appointment they called me 3 hrs to question my rental status...we are an active duty navy family stationed here in Houston..Its sad that because we are renters we get categorized...it has nothing to do with the people we are..also he seemed hell bent to let me know that they dont do jobs under 200dollars....this job is well over that...its sad that we come back to the states after serving so many years overseas and all we do is get screwed by the people we serve unconditionally...I will make sure everyone I know of this companies business practices

Great Service! Called and got an estimate on same day (Sunday!) and they performed the service next day (Monday). Cut down the two 20 trees, ground the stumps and removed the debri in less than 30 minutes. Will use them again!
