This is a tip top company run by very educated people. Their equipment was very new and the work was phenomenal. I havent seen a landscape company like this in a number of years. And their knowledge of designs and schematics were on point. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have used this company for over 10 years to service my yard and do projects. Excellent company and Steve is very talented in his landscape designs. Todd is always very responsive on the maintenance side of things and resolves any problems quickly and efficiently.

Steve and his team did an excellent job on our firepit area, walk way, and landing. They also installed bushes and a Japanese Maple tree. From the initial call to the installation everything went smoothly and turned out beautifully! You cant go wrong with Steve and his team!

We ve used Southern Elegance for a couple of projects in the last 5 years. I m very happy with the results. The experience I enjoyed the most was: 1. Presales process: they showed up to quote the project! A common issue when shopping for providers. They provided a quote within the timeline promised. They set expectations early and drew the vision. 2. Execution: the team is highly professional and they are show up at the same time daily. They are laser focused at completing the job on time. Also, they actually know what they re doing! I didn t have to worry about anything. If I asked a question, they addressed it and made sure quality was never compromised. 3. Completion: this was a key one for me as they cleaned up DAILY! When the project was done, we were exactly how we needed to be. They fixed any damaged landscaping, they had everything clean! This allowed us to enjoy our new outdoors and be proud of the investment we made. I highly recommend these guys.

Great company!! I love my landscape plan. He incorporated every plant I wanted into his plan. He sent a detailed list so I could look up each plant. Installation was very professional and crews worked hard. They installed my sprinkler system too. My circular driveway, which they designed and installed with pavers is awesome! Very honest and trustworthy.

Southern Elegance has been our regular landscaper for almost two years now. The prior company would not show up, yet still bill us for services. Our contacts had Southern Landscape have been consistent and reliable not to mention responsive to any extra services we have needed. We especially love Todd who has been so great to work with. We are a commercial propter and great landscapers in the past have been hard to come by. Southern Elegance has been amazing.

Steve provided a great plan for our new sidewalk, steps and landscaping. His team was professional and focused on doing top quality work. Very happy and would strongly recommend.

This company has a contract with our HOA unfortunately. Being that they are on our premises every week, I called owner Todd to see about getting an estimate for some additional work. Todd promised he would come out and give an estimate. A week goes by, no response. After no estimate, I left a message for Todd the following week. Again, no response. The next week I spoke with owner Steve York at the company. He also promised he would come out and give an estimate. Again, he did not give an estimate that week. So, I decided I would make one final follow up call the following week. This time, Steve acted like I was the problem. Classic gaslighting. I was surprised. He was not only reactive and rude, but he lied again saying that he was going to come out. 5 weeks later, still no estimate. Incredibly unprofessional. If they are too busy or do not have enough workers, they should not make promises they cant keep. And never should a company be rude to potential customers if they want to stay in business. My opinion, do not waste time calling this company. They are not only rude and dysfunctional but also unprofessional and clearly unreliable. There are plenty other companies that are happy to have your business. In response to Company reply below: Although, Steve (only after he saw our review) states that he sent an estimate to me on 6-23-23 at 329p. This is complete laughable fabricated B.S. No estimate was every sent to either of my emails or to my spam. That is a fact. Even if he had sent it at that time (which he did not) it still would have been 4 weeks late. In my opinion, he is only concerned about trying to protect his reputation after the fact with more lies; instead of simply treating customers with respect and following through with what they promise. If you look at some of the other reviews, you will see that this is a continued pattern with Southern Elegance. I only take time to write this, to hopefully save someone else from being disappointed.

I have worked with Steve and his team on many projects. Their professionalism and attention to detail set them apart from their competitors. I m always looking forward to working with this company- 2 thumbs up

Highly recommend Southern Elegance! From start to finish the experience was smooth and the work done outstanding. We now have a beautiful retaining wall and landscaping. Luis and crew were prompt everyday. Attention to detail is their strong point. We will be using them again for sure!

These folks put together some landscaping for us and it looks great. Very seamless with the planning and scheduling process. Cost was quite satisfactory. Would definitely recommend.

The product and installation were first class. My fault ( I didnt ask) but we should been informed on the maintenance and the protection of the products.

We have a large hill beside our house that was covered in weeds and eroding, causing drainage issues and killing the grass in our yard. We had a feeling that we would need a retention wall, but beyond that didnt know how to tackle this improvement project. We asked Eddie and Steve if they could design something to solve our issues and make the area less of an eyesore. They absolutely transformed the space and we are really happy with the result!

Southern Elegance installed three retaining walls and redid my back yard to help it drain better. They did the jobs quickly, did really good work and cleaned up everything when they were done.

Steves design and his willingness to work with us on overall cost was refreshing. Eddie and his installation team worked on this project for almost three weeks and during that time he offered a few small changes that really made a difference in the overall appearance. In addition to all of the landscape work the team designed and installed an 8-zone irrigation system. We were extremely pleased with the job the Southern Elegance team did and we would strongly recommend them. Thanks Steve and Eddie!!

I started working with Steve back in March 2021 initially to do a partial backyard makeover. I interviewed a few people and I just felt like Steve was so much more personable and really listened to us and our needs. We selected him and the rest is history - weve done a full backyard and just completed now a front yard make over - its taken some time to do the whole home but it has been worth it. Mike, the main supervisor on two of the projects was amazing to work with and again proved to me why I chose Southern Elegance is they really do care about the customer. I would recommend Steve and his team at Southern Elegance to anyone!

Beautiful venue but the people who run the place are rude and only concerned with money

Our patio and koi pond are absolutely beautiful.

They are FANTASTIC! They did our irrigation system. Fabulous work!! Two small issues, that were resolved the next day. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!!

We are EXTREMELY PLEASED with our full landscape design and installation. Steve at Southern Elegance worked closely with us on a creative design for a full landscape plan with an expansive hardscape patio, areas for grill, hot tub, outdoor dining section and lower level fire pit. Also included landscape with sprinkler system, beautiful trees/shrubs, sod and fencing. Their landscape team was prompt and came daily through out the project. I was impressed that they were flexible with our modification requests in the middle of the project. I own my company and customer service is always a focus, therefore I am tough critic. This team did an excellent job and I am glad to highly recommend them.

This service is always reliable and one thing I dont have to worry about...it just gets done. I have always found Steve York to be friendly and helpful. I have no idea what the problem was with one of the other poster, but I have had lots of work done through Steve as well as weekly lawn care and Steve has always been respectful and the jobs get done and done well. I would highly recommend this company.

In one word HORRIBLE They seem to show up whenever they want and and race around and hack The lawn up when I told Mr. Steve York that they were doing a s*** job he just walked away and never came back great customer service not
