Russell Landscape in Sugar Hill

This company has been servicing my community for some time now. I used to be on the HOA board when we received complaints that the landscaper had allegedly damaged various articles on the resident's property but there was no submitted evidence so they were left to make repairs at their expense. Today a landscaper named Ruben was recorded intentionally pulling up buried fiber which terminated the internet service to my home from the damage to the line. There are multiple other services in that cluster that have likely been interrupted but we've yet to determine this. When I confronted Ruben on a 3-way call with my neighbor, he initially denied the act. When I notified him that it was recorded and appeared extremely malicious he said that if ATT buried the lines it wouldn't have happened. (The cable in the video is clearly buried and uprooted.) I told him that he has interrupted our service and that ATT will charge for the repairs associated. He said that he had done it before and that ATT would not charge me. I dealt with this situation from my place of work at the emergency department. I can't express enough how disturbing it is that this was intentionally done and acutely now brings into question what else has been purposely damaged in our community by this person and his cohorts. I filed a police report and the cost of the damages will likely be reported by ATT tomorrow to follow up. If you conduct business here I'd highly recommend considering protecting yourself with recording. Had I not had cameras rolling today, I'd be financially responsible for his vandalism.

Hire drivers capable of driving the speed limit in there trucks- dudes driving down trickum at 11 mph right this second - wouldn’t hire them out of the ignorance they allow from there employees. If you hired them then you should train them and teach them to respect other people…. Update! I tried calling the number provided and to no one’s surprise no one answered my call and I’m sure I won’t get a follow up lol 😂 let’s all band together and not hire companies that at the heart of it don’t care! If we stop putting them to work, then wventually they won’t be around to continue in life’s shenanigans

I live in Sterling on the Lake in Flowery Branch. Starting January 2022, Russell has been doing our landscape maintenance throughout our subdivision. The quality of work provided is not the best as we all expected from a company that has been in business for 30 years!

We are required to pay for their services (or lack there of) as part of our HOA. Grass clippings are left all over lawn, which kills the lawn. Our bushes haven’t been trimmed once this year by them. We have trimmed our own 3 times already. They mow right after it has poured down rain. We have dead areas of grass due to mower tires skidding. When brought to their attention they tried blaming us. They are the type of company that blames the customer. If you get to choose your lawn care service, don’t go with these guys.

Another landscaping company that could care less. Seems to be a trend these days. Crew is lazy. Seems like all they are concerned about is how quickly they can get in and out. Half a$$ grass cutting, they don’t edge anything. I’ve emailed the company with not reply (big surprise). It’s a shame we give our hard earned money to these companies. Take your business elsewhere.

I am a renter and this company claimed to have arrived and was not there as indicated. Then, lied and said they were here. I called and the phone continued to go to voicemail. No one works there. I encourage you to not use this service AT ALL!

They show up at 7:30 AM and rev their two-stroke, gas-powered leaf blowers for over an hour right by people's windows. It's really annoying for the residents but it's dangerous for the workers! Please be more considerate of your employees' health and hearing. They don't even wear earplugs. Honestly having this noise so early in the mornings is the worst thing about living where I do. Can't sleep or concentrate to work when these leaf blowers are around.

Though I’ve seen some of their work, I’m here to thank them for being very friendly and kind. Kevin saw I was trying to plug my flat tire and he came over and helped. Very friendly guys. I would definitely give these guys a call for any landscape needs. You know you’ll be treated with respect.
