They did not perform the services on the inside of the house , said he would come back he never came back , I was still charged as if he did the services , when I didn t pay because who pays for something they didn t receive , no phone calls nothing they send $70 to the collection again before they even came to remove the traps that they never laid down , he even came to the house and was surprised the traps were not down due to him forgetting he never finished the services , will never recommend again 0 stars if I could give

I thought I would have to tear up my yard but James at Weed Man educated me what my options are which did not include tearing up my yard. His solution saves me quite a bit of money. I highly recommend Weed Man & will be continuing their service next year to avoid future problems.

We used to fertilize and apply weed control to our yard ourselves. But after the first application we d always fall off schedule and fail to due the summer, fall and winter prep applications. We started using Weed Man last year and our lawn has never looked better. They even resolved our creeping Charlie issue, which is very invasive. They have great communication, always letting us know the day before they come and are really helpful. When I talk to them, I feel like they really value our business. Then if there is problem and if I have a concern ....they are very diligent in sincerely fixing anything that needs fixing. so I prepaid for a grub application, they said it was a regional problem and I believed them...but then the lawn turned bad in several large areas and they came the day I called and the lead manager guy got on his hands and knees and was diagnosing the problem immediately...it was bugs...and more than grubs so I took their suggestions on the big bang bug killer, it came with a guarantee, little more expensive but got my lawn looking ....great again. Not kidding many neighbors said my lawn was looking spectacular throughout the year.
