The folks at NEW have done a great job of working with me to take good care of my lawn this summer. They are going to finish the year by aerating my lawn after it stops raining and were willing to wait until it actually rained. Thanks again.
Since the new owner has taken over the quality of work has significantly improved. It took three tries (two under old owner) but we finally have a pretty nice lawn. There is still a bunch of weeds growing in our landscaping and we have quite a few dead plants but that work was performed by the old owner and crew.
We are working with Josh and Roxy on a project and they have been incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. Excited to see it all come to life! Also very appreciative of the owner, Kevin helping us out with snow removal in a pinch during the big snow storm. Highly recommend N.E.W for any landscaping needs you have, big or small. Jesse top dressed our front lawn, which had been in fairly poor shape. I watered regularly for about 3-4 weeks and then finally started getting some rain. Now after 7 weeks, lawn is looking very nice and am happy with the results.
NEW was terrible at communication, quality of work. Very unprofessional. I hired them to do a complete lawn in January of 2022, locking us in spring. But they kept pushing us off till July. I asked if it was too hot to do grass, and they said it will be fine. We were watering all day long, July-September. Lawn didn't come in, lots of weeds, poor grating, boulders and asphalt chunks all over. Just a complete mess. Fast forward a year, they sold the company without notification. New crew is just as bad. And when talking with the new owner Kevin, he assures me the old warranty is void, just ask his lawyer. When i told him this is extremely frustrating as a homeowner, and dont you care to loose a customer? He doesn't care since he is well known in the community. I would never recommend this company.
These guys ay N.E.W. are so darn prompt, nice, and professional! For a bunch of "young" folks they have a great, old school work ethic. Whatever you're putting in their coffee, keep it up! Oh, and thank you for making my lawn look like I spent 1000's!!! LL
I placed a call and within a few weeks they came and cut-back all the tall grasses, and plants; pruned dead branches and removed all the messes. The team was friendly and fast. My yard has never looked so good after a fall cleanup. Thank you!
I had reached out to New Landscaping to have my yard dethatched, it was short notice but Kevin got me in, The techs showed up and got to work they were very courteous and professional and I am very pleased with the company and the end result I highly suggest them !! Larry

We recently finished an extensive landscape/hardscape project with N.E.W. Greg and his hard working crews went above and beyond to turn our pool area into the backyard of our dreams! We were thoroughly impressed with the professional and timely manner in which the project was completed and look forward to working with them again on any of our future landscape/yard service needs.
Good people to work with and cant beat the mulch mania prices! Very happy with the service and product quality. Mulch held the color really well, customer is very happy and so am I! Great job, Ill be back!

We use NEW Landscape and Lawn every year for our mulch and they are excellent. They offer a discount if you get your mulch during the month of May and their customer service is exceptional.
Worst investment of our lives. Our contract stated the job would take 1-2 days weather permitting. In total the project took roughly 4 weeks (5 ½ working days) Weather and staffing shortages were used as a reason: however, there were several, dry, sunny days and your crews were not present at our site. In fact, twice your crews came to our jobsite and removed equipment to be used elsewhere. On top of that, the work was poor. It took a few rounds of emails before the owner came to survey lawn and send a crew for repairs. Incredibly disappointing experience, the worst part of building our home.
