I have never been disappointed. I live on 3 1/2 acres. I m thankful that Naturescape does such a great job on my lawn.

It was rough going at first. Getting them to show was a struggle. I had to call several times before they arrived. When they did, their product did seem to work reasonably well. My lawn had not been serviced for a few years, so I get the fact that it takes time to see results. After complaining about their poor response and writing a mostly negative google review that has since somehow disappeared, the regional manager called me to discuss the matter. He seemed concerned and promised he would follow up, which never happened. The local supervisor did call the same day. Since then, their service has been better, and my lawn does look better than it did initially. Ill probably give them a chance next year. My first review was a one star review and I indicated I probably wouldnt use them in the future but since then its better, so I now give a 3 star review. I still wonder what happened to my initial review. I didnt remove it. UPDATE: 6/28/22 Since my last review theyve been much better; more responsive and timelier, and my lawn looks much better, plus their prices are very competitive. UPDATE 6/29/23. Theyve been reliable and my lawn looks better each year, so I upped to 4 stars.

I talked with Jen on the phone. She was very friendly and worked me into their schedule quickly. Which I very much appreciated. The person that came out (Luke) to apply the mosquito spray did an excellent job and was very thorough. I would definitely recommend Naturescape to anyone and will continue to use them and checkout what other services they have!

I have been using Naturescape for 3 years. Their service is amazing. After years of not fertilizing my lawn, their first application killed all my weeds. My lawn is weed free, green and beautiful. I get my notices by text and anytime I have a question they answer the phone right away and help me. And for my acre of lawn their service is the same price as me doing it myself for the multiple applications. Thank you for your great service.

I used them for aeration and they destroyed my lawn I have a service coming to repair the damage ( $570) and when the service came they asked if nature scape did the aeration. I asked why they thought it was nature scape nature scape, they said they saw them doing a yard down in Kenosha last week while it was raining and that customer can expect the same results

*UPDATE SINCE ORIGINAL REVIEW*.Got a call from the head office, apologizing for the service I received and was assured this was not their standard practice. The guy showed up on 5/24. He leaves the blade so high that within days, it looks as if my grass has not been cut. We are now at 6/2 more than a week later, same problem. Grass has not been cut again. Called to see if I was on the schedule. Was told that I was not on the schedule for today and only if he can get through his other jobs, would he cut my grass tomorrow, otherwise would not be until 6/6, which would again make it two weeks. This is the first year of asking Naturescape to mow my lawn and they are awful. I should not have to contact them every two weeks to find out why my grass has not been cut. This entire process should be transparent to me, cut my grass, send me a bill, repeat. Called another provider who has agreed to squeeze me into their schedule for tomorrow and I will be using them for the remainder of the season. Just started using their lawn mowing service this year. They came out twice (5/4 & 5/11) but then nothing. I called to find out when they would be coming as my grass was getting rather tall. I was told they come every 7-10 days and I was assured they would come 5/20 or 5/23 at the latest. No one came 5/20 and even though I called the morning of 5/23 and was assured that I was on the schedule for the day, still no one came.

We have used this company for many years, will continue to do so and to highly recommend. They are prompt, professional, employ knowledgeable staff, and are quick to respond to needs that arise. I had a terrible weed problem and after one summer of using their service I never had weeds in our yard again. Very professional, never had a problem or anything and we still continue to use their service.

We were in a bind to get our lawn mowed, did a quick google search to see all the different options in our area. NatureScape had the best value, so we gave them a call and we were told (on a Monday) that Friday or early the following week would be when they could come. Thursday, we get home from work and everything is done! Our backyard was an absolute jungle that our tiny mower couldn t handle and now it looks absolutely gorgeous. You have gained a lifelong customer! Thank you!

I have been using this service for about 10 years. They used to be wonderful. This year I have a bunch of weeds. I have called 3 times for them to come out and no response. They doubled their price just about this year and it s worse! Certainly won t be using them again!

Mosquito service is good.

I paid for the year at the start of the season. My yard needed an aeration, however, the machine would not fit thru the garage door. Later in the season the yard required a 2nd aeration and over seeding. I requested a no charge for the aeration since they only did the front yard the first time earlier in the year. I had no problem paying for the seed. He refused. He stated the 169.00 aeration fee is the same no matter the size of the yard. It ended with him saying he would give me free seeding. I wonder if because I paid in full at the start of the season they were not w illing to reimburse me. After talking to my neighbors they agree my request was a reasonable one. Also, I had to call numerous times to get an answer to my request. I mentioned that and he did apologize. However, 169.00 to just aerate the front yard is ridiculous. I still think I deserve half of the charge back. It is not my fault your machine did not fit thru the garage door.

After buying our home, our yard looked terrible. There was more weeds than grass. I called Naturescape for weed killer and fertilizer. They guarantee to kill all of the weeds. After a couple of weeks, there was still some clover left. They came back and sprayed again for free. I am very happy with their service and I have been using them for years now. I would like to add that before the first spraying, there were so many weeds that I wouldve been shocked if they killed them all in one application

She was able to get service to my home in less than 2 weeks from signing up and we are already seeing improvement in our sad sad lawn. We cant wait for it to look pristine again. We are pleased with the service thus far.

I hired this company to bring my lawn back to life. My lawn was ridden with dandelions and clovers and just looked drab and lacked life. I am so glad I hired them !! My lawn now is the best looking lawn on the block and people are asking me what made the difference. My clovers are gone as well as the dandelions, not to mention it is so green and alive now! The staff was very easy to work with always accepting of receiving details I needed performed with my lawn and I have never had any issues with billing. I have to say I am pleased with the quality and professionalism. Dealing with a company that makes your life easier and more beautiful is a blessing these days because sadly it can be hard to find. My mom is elderly but at 81 years old she does still live on her own and does most everything including taking care of a 1 arce yard. The only thing she cant do is the lawn care part. Im her son and I do all the lawn cutting but dont want to do the weed control. It just gets to be too much. Thats when I hired Naturescape. The rest is history. Their products work great. You could see a clear line between my yard and the city property. My yard had no weeds at all and the city property was covered. We also got the mosquito spray and I thought it was great! Of course you still see a mosquito here and there... but we couldnt go outside before we had it sprayed. After it was comfortable with a very occasional bite. Well worth the money we spent. Their staff is always very pleasant.

We have been using Naturescape in Sturtevant for several years now. Weve used several services such as mosquito abatement, fertilizer and weed containment and box elder treatments on the house. Ryan is a terrific technician!

Not very happy with the lawn program from them. Started off with alot of weeds and had to ask for a respray only to be pushed to the next application. We still have alot of clover and other broadleaf weeds. We have been watering our grass and the neghbors who dont have a lawncare service, their yard looks a lot greener and more healthy then ours. Just not meeting our expectations. I uploaded pictures for review also. Updated photos 7/11 they were back out 7/2 and redid fertilizer and weed killer. Our house sitter water twice daily plus tge rain we got over the past week. I added new photos. We were out of town for the week but you can see how green my thr garden is, needs to be weeded and thats my grass next to it.

I have had great experiences with the Sturtevant Naturescape company. I have heard horror stories from neighbors with other lawn care companies and have recommended naturescape to them. After using the company for a few years, I tried for one year to look after my own lawn and quickly realized while I know a lot about flowers, I know nothing about lawns. So I am back as a customer and even when we have had some pretty harsh winters and summers my lawn looks great.

I used them for fertilizer and weed control. After the first application it was clear that they missed spraying a large partition of my yard with weed control. I called to express my concern. They said they would have the manager call me to discuss, I received no call, but they sent someone to spray again, also missing the same parts of my yard. I called to complain again, asking for a refund. I was told I would get a call, never did, but they sprayed a 3rd time, still missing the same spots. I find it amazingly bad that this happened, especially with me calling to ask for help on it. Very sloppy work, unprofessional due to no follow up call, and hoping it would go away... all I wanted was to get what I paid for. I gave them 2 stars only because the fertilizer was good, otherwise would have been -1 if possible. Sad.

My neighbors beg me to stop, best lawn in Union Grove! If you take the time to know your lawn care company , they learn all the little things that your lawn needs to thrive. Yeah being able to grab a beer on the bike instead of pulling weeds......its a no brainer. I give em 5 stars, hell yeah!

NatureScapes service and lawn care results have been excellent. We have been using them for years with the same service and lawn appearance year after year. We originally contacted them due to weeds, and poor lawn condition. All issues were rectified and we plan to continue to use them into the future.

Scammers

Getting them to come and do treatments is ridiculous. Two times now they have not shown up.

If I could give them no stars I would! Naturescape is a terrible company to work with. I first contacted them for the mosquito spray. 3 weeks went buy and they never showed up. They did charge me tho. I called the 4th week and canceled and requested a full refund. I havent received the refund yet and they showed up a week after canceling and sprayed my yard. Clearly there is no communication amongst themselves. They say I am not being charged for the spray and my refund will be on its way soon. We will see!

The issue we had with NatureScape was handled in a timely manner by the owner and was not their fault. They have provided the information we requested and worked with us to resolve the matter quickly.

I have had their service on and off for 7 years. Tried another company. They did not compare with their service and commitment. I have not had any issues with this company at all. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They have always tried to accommodate my needs.

AVOID!!! They wrecked my backyard with their machine, but promised to come back and fix it. They never did. I called and emailed time after time with no response. Still ended up paying for it and have a wrecked yard.

I am a long time Naturescape customer in other locations. However, in this case I had a hard time getting somebody to come to my house. I confirmed with their office that I was in their area (Sturtevant, WI). However, after repeated request spanning over 4 weeks I finally gave up. Although I never received a date or callback from the manager on when they would to my house for lawn treatment I did get a bill. Can you imagine - they billed me for over $100 but didnt even bother to tell me when they would be servicing my lawn. Time to move on to TRUer, GREENer pastures.
