I called Ponn’s landscaping to get a quote for a very neglected backyard with dead palm fronds and overgrown grass with debris. I was answered right away by Francisco who proceeded to schedule a quote with me that same day. He was very accommodating with my request to have the work done as soon as possible and was able to come the very next day. They went above and beyond with their service and my lawn and backyard look amazing. Would definitely recommend them!
They came out and we talked about the backyard and the ideas I had in mind. After a couple days they presented a landscape design and fell in love with the rendering and they did all the planting, sod, stones and irrigation. Just in time for Christmas. Absolutely the best design and can’t wait to do the front yard next year. Best landscapers in town.
He took our money, performed 1 cut, and never showed up after. After our conversation on the phone he said that he will send us a pic every time he cuts the grass , but he didn't. He never answered the phone, we had to chase him to get the money back. He is not worth the headache, so we fired him.. unprofessional and irresponsible.
Our lawn was turning yellow. They came immediately, checked all the sprinklers and lines, replaced broken sprinklers and set the timers correctly. They are extremely nice people as well as knowledgeable. I’ve recommended them to my neighbors.
I used this company for a remodel of my yard! Wanted to have stone borders installed and a dark grey rock, I also needed 3 pallets of new sod installed. Francisco was a great communicator and met with me the same day I called. Later that night, he sent me a proposal along with his insurance and license information. Can’t thank his team enough on the reliability and fair price of his services. Highly recommended!!

Gave me a quote on a job, performed most of it. Once they received payment, they never came back to finish the job. It s been 3 weeks now and have not been able to contact anyone. They will not pick up the phone. Not professional at all! I would look elsewhere!

They removed a invasive pepper tree in my backyard. Then installed a Green Button wood Tree.
I m giving a 1 star because I called for an estimate and he was very nice over the phone and said he would come out to look at my yard and give me an estimate. I waited around he never showed up so I texted no reply then I called twice no answer and voice mail box was full so couldn t leave a message. I don t know how people run a business like this. All you had to do was call and say you can t come out.

This family business is the one to call. The big companies never did call me back or come by-twice. And I can second that her tree looks wonderful!

Here in Florida, I find it so hard to find quality work in any home maintenance services. After 11 years in this house I finally found a lawn service that not only knows how to properly trim a palm tree, but also leaves the yard nice and clean. Best palm tree trim Ive had since Ive been here.
I am so impressed with Zone Garden and Lawn. They were extremely punctual to the job and kept in touch with me throughout the day on the progress they were making. It is a family owned business and they are the kindest folks you could meet. They removed six large trees along with trimming shrubbery and relocating bushes. The safety and the precautions that they provided were outstanding. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the near future. I highly recommend Zone Garden and Lawn !!

I saw Francisco s post on Facebook Stuart Marketplace for mulch, delivery and lawn work. I contacted him for a bid to do work at our condo building. He replied the first day, arranged a time to meet and gave us a bid which was very competitive. Today his crew finished all the work (delivery and placement of 55 bags of mulch). It looks beautiful and our Bldg couldn t be more pleased. Our Bldg will definitely be calling The Zone Service again. We are happy to work with a local family owned business in Stuart, Fl.
