I m been very happy with the service I have received from Dog Gone it, not only is it the most reasonably priced service out there, but they did an awesome job at keeping my yard clean, always punctual and professional. It s so nice to have one less thing to worry about!

After years of service they can no longer deliver service to me for lack of ability. They are still soliciting business on their website but cant accommodate their past customers. They may have grown too fast for what they can accommodate. Your website clearly lists Parma Heights as a city that is serviced by your company. I did not move so according to YOUR website I should be able to receive service so either you have no idea what your own website says or your response is a lie. Which is it? You serviced my yard in 2018 and 2019 which is after you claim you shrunk the area and still have the area listed on your website. Your response is a lie and your upset you got a bad review. Read your OWN website or update to reflect you no longer service Parma Heights. At least be honest in your reply...

They came over to do a winter clean up. I have 2 big dogs so the was a lot to pick up! Their quote was in line with the estimate I was given on the phone. They called, and courtesy text me when they were in my area. They did a fantastic job and highly recommend to anyone who lives their pets, but hates this task. It was worth every cent! I had reached out through the website for an inquiry for lawn cleanup - 2-3 months worth due to the weather. Within 2 hours, I had a phone call, followed by a text conversation since I was at work. Tom quickly stopped by my house, gave an quote and got to work! All within 1 hour of our conversation! I m definitely considering weekly cleanup thanks to his quick response & very friendly demeanor! He did an excellent job too - he even brought in my garbage can from the front yard after the garbage collection that morning!!

I cant thank Tom and the team at Dog Gone Its Yard Duty enough for all their help taking care of my parents yard clean up. Between health issues and a busy schedule, cleaning up the yard always seemed to get pushed off until last minute and usually ended up becoming a huge mess and creating problems. We all know as dog owners, once the snow melts all the brown dog gifts in the yard pop up and begin to stress us out because we all want a clean yard for the upcoming spring. Tom and his crew are wonderful. They have been letting my dogs out and picking up after them for 2 or more years. My greyhounds look forward to them coming, and nearly pout on the days Tom or Shel dont come! If they identify a problem with the dog (accident in the house, or a tic or something yucky in the poo) they let me know right away, and try to remedy the problem. These people are genuinely nice, caring people that look after and clean up after our 4 legged friends as well or better than I do. My only regret is not finding them sooner! And every day they send a message with pics of my dogs. Adds a smile to the work day.
