In early August I started contacting local companies with high ratings looking for seasonal, residential snow plowing to ensure that I would be secure for winter. I’m writing this review for anyone that may unfortunately do the same thing and make plans with this company. After They agreed to take me on this season in August (via Todd), I was just sent a text message (not phone call) mid-October stating that they couldn’t honor our agreement. At this point, I’m hard pressed to find other means for the season and this is not a minor inconvenience. I hope you learn how to better account for and plan your business to limit the impact on others lives. Gas prices and staffing were worse in August, no excuse.

Todd far exceeds reliability and provides exceptional customer service and professionalism. He has taken care of our many landscaping needs, weekly lawn maintenance and snow removal.
