Our subdivision worked with Best Lawns a few years ago. Then the powers that be got a different contractor. That was a mistake! Now our property looks awful. They recently secured a contract with Best Lawns again. We are thrilled. They are here almost everyday looking things over...plowing ...cleaning up....pruning and eventually mowing. They work so hard and do a wonderful job. They are worth every penny. Hire them..you won't be sorry.

Our subdivision has been under contract for quite a few years now. Every summer fall spring and winter. I’d like to give Best Lawns this review because I realize these folks work very hard. Our subdivision in Sussex Square in Streamwood always looks amazing. Even on days where they aren’t mowing or trimming they are here picking garbage up or cleaning up all the debris after bad storms. Not many companies out there extend these little extras that mean a lot to us homeowners. Honest good hard working guys. Thank you and your crew hope our board does see the huge value you bring to us on Sussex. Thank you!

Best Lawns got our association money for whole year and really did almost nothing. They trimmed the grass less often than previous company. They didn't care trees at all. But it's nothing to compare with the time in the end of contract!!! In a time of snow storm of November 25th they simply didn't come to clean snow regardless the valid contract. If you want to waste you money, feel free to have a deal with them!

8.2 inches of snow and NO SNOW PLOW in sight. The plow destroys landscape, sores one sweep around, and no one to be found to finish the work! The park their bobcat in our private space , yet, the bobcat is plowing other developments! IF YOU’RE THINKING OF HIRING BESTLAWNS for your condo unit development, think again. They seem to over commit and do not produce positive results. Oh, they’ll come by days after and then clean up!

Just awful. After telling multiple people about the bunnies in our yard they still mowed them over today and killed them all. It was super obvious it was a bunny hole since it was completely covered with bunny fur. Your guys should have listened and should be trained to look out for wildlife. Absolutely disgraceful.
