They have beautiful perennials and annuals. As well as vegetables, trees, and garden supplies.

The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful! They helped me choose the correct products and loaded everything into my truck.

I have been a loyal customer for four years. Traditionally, every fall, I contact Shannon Lawn and Landscaping to schedule an irrigation pump-out, a process that has gone smoothly in the past. This year, I reached out on October 6th and spoke with a representative who assured me that I would receive the necessary paperwork via email to sign/pay immediately after our conversation so that I may be added to the schedule. Regrettably, the promised paperwork did not arrive. Consequently, I followed up on October 18th to inquire about the delay. I spoke with Robin, who explained that she was awaiting confirmation from a technician regarding their availability for servicing my irrigation system. She promised to provide an update by the end of the day but failed to do so. As a result, I had to contact them once more on October 19th to seek clarification. During this call, I was informed that I would be placed on a waiting list, and the soonest I could expect to hear if my service would be added to the schedule, would be some time in November. This was attributed to my failure to sign the automated renewal email in the spring, which included services I did not require. When I inquired about potential alternatives, I was advised to consider seeking assistance from another service provider, as Shannon Lawn and Landscaping would be unable to provide a definitive answer until sometime in November. It was also brought to my attention that this years policy had undergone changes, information that was apparently unknown to the representative I initially spoke with. Although Robin maintained a courteous demeanor during our interactions, her tone came across as somewhat condescending, and I felt like my concerns were not being taken seriously. I must express my disappointment with the level of customer service I have encountered, particularly considering my consistent patronage over the past four years.

I called multiple times trying to set up a consultation and spoke with someone in the office. They said their design team would call me back but never did. Would recommend.

I can t say enough about Shannon. They just completed our annual cleanup, pruning, weeding, mulching, etc. Phenomenal! Professional and talented crew. Our property looks amazing thanks to Shannon. Highly recommend them.

Avoid this business at all costs. NEVER SHOWED UP for first appointment, BLEW OFF second appointment even after confirming over telephone. Very rude and unprofessional workers. Owner was very rude on the telephone. OVER-PRICED and BAD SERVICE expected anyways. Workers are late to the job, UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT USE. FIND ANOTHER BUSINESS. RESPONSE: Responding to Michael, John, or Christine Shannon: So you are asking me to reschedule a third time after having me wait around 2 days and waste several hours of my time and then claim to not have the correct email or correct phone number. You obviously could have looked me up and called to get in touch instead of posting these passive aggressive review responses and not even apologizing for wasting my time 2 days in a row. Really NOT professional....

Shannon helped with the irrigation system in my backyard project last year and stood behind his work after completion. He has always been professional and a pleasure to work with and now he is coming through for me again on short notice to help with a leak on another system he did not install.

My wife and I went to Shannon for ideas to redo our front of house landscaping. We were met with a knowledgeable, professional staff. They completely understand the business and worked with us from plan to completion. I along with my wife would 100% recommended Shannon. I wish I could put 0 starts. The customer service is completely bad, and the website is wrong. They say they do fence Instalation but when I call I just got someone angry on the phone, then she hang up. Call again and same issue. If you put something on your website regarding a work you do. Make sure you do it. If not take it off so customers dont waste time here

Shannon Lawn & Landscaping did a complete makeover giving my house the curb appeal it needed. Donna designed the low-maintenance plantings with the understanding that I am not a very good gardener. John installed a beautiful new walkway. The project finished with removing a tangled dying mess of trees on my property along the road. Shannon Lawn & Landscaping was responsive from the time of my first inquiry to the day the project was completed. The crew arrived promptly when they said they would, and they were kind and professional. I will remain a loyal customer.

Have used Shannon Lawn & Landscaping for regular lawn services and special projects for the past several years. They are great to collaborate with on projects, give notice before arriving, give details of work to be performed, give confirmation when work is completed, and their work is always excellently performed and very neat. Very reasonable rates. Like their garden center too.

We recently had Shannon Lawn & Landscaping out for a second job on our property. They cleaned away overgrown bushes and trees in our back yard. We were so impressed with how much space we gained by the removal of all the brush. I originally thought we should save some of the forsythia, but they were right. It looks so much better with a cleared area. We gained several feet of backyard space once the grass grew in. You can tell they are perfectionists with their work. We had a few patches in the front yard missing grass due to sewer line work and tree removal. The crew threw some fresh soil and seed on the areas at no charge!

Strongly recommend avoiding this company. We required a new landscaper and so naturally we went to Google and this company came across our search. What seemingly a professional organization at the service, they are anything but. The first issue is when. We signed their contracts to mulch our yard - 3 weeks later there was no sign of them after commitments were made to be there in about a week. They did not bring enough mulch to complete the job and required a second visit. During the second visit my wife and I left, when we arrived back home our back window was broken - in precisely the same spot where they had been mulching. I emailed them to make them aware in a non-confrontational way. Shortly after I received a call in a most defensive, arrogant way that shocked me assuring me that the owner told me there was no possible way it was them, also lying and ensuring me he was here observing when he was not. If they had broken my window, no worries, I understand things happen. But their defensiveness, arrogance, and lack for any customer empathy is despicable and they should not be in a service business. Also, if I were considering doing business with this firm I would verify if any of these Google reviews are authentic.

Our yard and brook were just completed yesterday. Our project began a couple of months ago with an acre of weeds, overgrown vines, poison ivy and general disarray. (The yard was a huge project for us since we relocated from the west coast the end of last year.) Mike and John came recommended to us, and were so fortunate at what a blessing theyve been to us. Appointments and estimates were done promptly. Emails were even answered in the evenings when we had questions, long after theyd closed for the day. Every worker, be it sales or management or crew, was refreshing to work with. When large jobs such as ours take place, a sense of humor is almost necessary (which my husband and I have both found over the years). Our estimates were emailed and we were never pushed by Shannon to sign contracts and return them with a check. As a matter of fact, WE were very anxious to get started and work commenced when they said it would. As homeowners, we learned years ago that weather dictates schedules, availability of supplies that are needed, and priorities that might arise that arent under their control. For example, I had tickets for a Yankees game right in the middle of the week (and the job), and they adjusted their schedule around me and returned the day after. You wont find that very often! Mike and John (as well as the rest of the staff), are good listeners. Our project - recreating a 100-year old brook on our property, involved many pictures, nature ideas, measurements, boulder selection (that would be in the same color family as our existing stone wall), several workers, and open minds. After our brook was completed, I looked at it the next day and decided that perhaps a few boulders should be moved and some river rounds reduced. (Musical boulders isnt fun, believe me!) A crew came out again, including John, and tweaked rocks and boulders until it looked like a beautiful, natural, brook. Weve had so many people stop to see it that I think folks thought we were having an Open House to sell our home! The nicest compliment weve gotten was from a woman walking who thanked us for giving the neighborhood such a beautiful gift. If Google had an option for 10 stars, wed give them 11. Thanks again for restoring our property to its original beauty.

While we have been customers of Shannon Landscaping for only two years, the transformation of our property has been phenomenal. After struggling for years to beautify our lawn, Shannon has in only two years completely renovated our 1 1/2 acre lawn with their year-round fertilization/pest control program and a complete top-dressing and seeding, as well as installing an irrigation system which has made our lawn look spectacular. Shannon Landscaping did an outstanding job of planting a series of bushes and one evergreen tree, as well as removing several bushes. The preliminary discussion and advice were very helpful and they worked with care and knew what they were doing.

Shannon Landscaping recently did a complete overhaul of my front yard (including masonry work on steps and walkway). They were extremely professional throughout the process, and ensured I was satisfied with the work every step of the way. I told them from the beginning that I didnt want my yard to look like every other yard in town, and I wanted low maintenance easy to care for plantings as I dont have a green thumb. I receive compliments on it daily and couldnt be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping/masonry work, their team is top notch (special shout out to Dylan who dealt with all my questions along the way, hes a gem!)!

After doing a major home renovation and addition I set out to find a landscaper that would be attentive, reliable, reasonably priced that also would have a good vision for my property. This was no small task considering we have a 10,500 lot and it needed everything from lawn, plants, sprinklers, drip system and trees to a driveway, walkway and back patio. I was referred to Mike and John Shannon from a good friend and called him based on my friends experience and my personal proof is in the tasting inspection of my friends showcase property. Mike got back to me quickly and met with me within just a few days. He listened to my needs and gave me several options that hit different price points and design options. I chose what fit my needs and budget and Mike had a crew out to my house within days. I cannot say enough about Mike, John and their crew. They worked fast and efficiently and were very careful to clean up after themselves after each day. We stayed on budget and I love seeing how all of the plants and flowers have come in. It truly turned out just as I imagined. Shannon Lawn & Landscaping recently installed an irrigation system, back patio, and front flower bed for us, and we highly recommend them. From start to finish, they were timely, professional, and attentive to every detail. We appreciated that Mike did not try to oversell us a system that we didnt need. He gave us several options to choose from, and we are very happy with his stone and flower recommendations. The crews themselves did an awesome job. They communicated the daily schedule and progress, and cleaned the yard up every day. They even used blowers to fluff where heavy equipment had matted the grass down. Despite trenching the front and back yards to lay the pipes, there is minimal damage to our yard - and they carefully seeded the areas and are monitoring the re-growth. We love our new sprinkler system, patio, and flower bed, and couldnt be more pleased with the customer service from Shannon Lawn & Landscaping.

Having had bad luck in the past with another business that tried to grow grass where a tree stump was removed, it was a pleasure to see the attention to detail that Shannon provided. The other contractor just laid seeds and nothing grew except crab grass. Shannon did a great job of dethatching, aerating and topdressing the effected area. The dethatching even removed the crab grass that was growing. Great work so far and highly recommended.

Shannon Lawn & Landscaping are awesome! We had our entire lawn renovated. They spent 3 days working on our lawn, taking their time making sure they did a good job. They even came back to touch up some of the areas that did not grow as well due to lack of rain, without us having to call them. It has been about 1 month and our lawn looks outstanding. The entire Shannon team is professional and do excellent work. Dylan is knowledgeable, responsive and very patient. He takes the time to explain everything. The owners, Christine and Mike are great too and so is their entire team! I am looking forward to continue having them maintain our lawn. :)
