Mark and his crew installed a 1000 sqft putting green over the course of 2 days. I was really happy with how they were focused on the detail and able to accommodate my vision of the area. I sought out a number of different contractors for the work and I was very pleased I went with Mark on the job.
After comparing a few quotes, I went with Mark, because he is local and was more knowledgeable then the others. I had a Gunnite pool removed last year, needed landscaping. I wanted fill, Loam, final grading, new grass and fire pit. Mark came out in spring to plan the job. I also added an irrigation system, and we added this to the job. Hydro-seeding was done in late May. It was a very challenging early summer for planting. The grass did struggle, but Mark was there for great follow-up, including a summer weed treatment and fall overseeding and fertilization. This is about 4 months after I paid Mark for the job. I was very impressed with this. If You want somebody who won't abandon you once they have their cash, Mark is the guy. He's a real pro. Knowledgeable, easy to work with, and will make it right as necessary. I was impressed with him, and would use him again without hesitation.
We would highly recommend Mark and his team for your landscaping needs. Not only did Mark install a beautiful putting green in our backyard, but he put in so much extra work to get it done before a fundraiser event we were hosting for Parkinson’s Disease. We were under a time crunch and he was so accommodating to our schedule and it really meant a lot to us. Quality work!!!
We had a great experience with Mark’s Landscaping. Mark’s team installed a 20’ x 40’ 4 hole synthetic putting green with sand-trap. Friends, families and neighbors love using it it’s been a big hit with everyone. Never mind the quality of work, which was exceptional, but Mark is great to work with and was hands-on throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for any project no matter what the scale. Fantastic! Mark and his team arrived on schedule, and completed the work in my yard in 2 days. Not only does everything look amazing but they were quite possibly the kindest, most respectful bunch of contractors I have ever had work at the house. They cleaned up everything before they left and all we had to do was enjoy our gorgeous new yard. Highly recommend!
mark and his crew did a fantastic job installing turf for a floor inside a party tent at my farm. they were extremely professional and easy to work with. I used mark a 2nd time for another special job. again, he did all around great work...plus he is pleasant to be around. I highly recommend mark's landscape & design.
Mark did a wonderful job for us, installing a roughly 8' x 25' backyard dog run. He was very professional and easy to work with, good natured, fairly-priced, and on-time, and the artificial turf was well-installed. It's very level, and has stayed perfectly in place, looks as good now as it did last summer even after winter weather. Highly recommend Marks Landscape & Design.
Mark installed Turf on a roof under very tight timeframes and I was very impressed by the Professionalism of his team. Mark kept his word and I would be happy to do another project with him.

The workmanship, professionalism and courtesy of Mark and his team was remarkable. Mark was on site and working with his team every day of our project. He was incredibly honest with regard to the timeline for doing the project and for starting the project. He actually started earlier than originally thought which we were delighted about. On more than one occasion, I asked questions while the job was going on and at no point was I made to feel like a nuisance for interrupting their work. We had an idea of what the cost was going to be before the quote came in and it was exactly as expected. If you are considering laying artificial grass in your yard I would HIGHLY recommend using this company.
They went above and beyond to turn a space that was unusable into a backyard area that the whole family can enjoy. Highly recommend!
I threw Mark the mother of all curveballs: install a patio and walkway, in really tough weather conditions, in time for surprise 50th birthday party - and his crew came through for us big time. The work was excellent, and the party was a huge success. When its time for the front steps and walkway, Im making one phone call. Nice work Mark, and thanks very much!!
Our yard in Quincy was more of a dog-track with mud and sparse, unsalvageable grass. After a wicked winter with a mud soaked kitchen from our German Shepherd Rico, we decided on synthetic turf. Extensive research had us settle on synlawn and this is how we discovered Marks Landscape & Design out of Stow, MA. We were pleasantly surprised that he was willing to travel as far as Quincy. Unpredictable weather, oppressive humidity & a job that more than doubled in size, he was still somehow able to complete the job in under 2 weeks. I would also like to mention that he is on-site every day, and incredibly skilled at de-escalating nerves when they take over his client! We chose Marks landscape because we ve heard so many great things about them from our neighbors. One thing that we appreciate the most is that he is so easy to get in contact with! (Some landscapers are never available to talk and they never return any calls) we live in a newly developed community in Bolton so our lawn was almost non existent and his team laid out additional layers of loam and hydroseed. My husband, Mark and I are really glad we chose to work with Mark and we cant wait to see how our lawn turns out! Thank you Mark
