All Scapes (Jarod) did a great job in bring our irrigation system up to perfect working order. It had not been used for 7 years. Jarod walked the property, located problems with solutions and now have a renovated up-to-date fully operating system better than the one we first installed at our new property 25 years ago. I will use AllScapes OH again. When I first called them,and asked if they could update our system, Kate replied Thats what we do. Very happy with the final results. Jim, Stow, OH

Excellent customer service

AllScapes irrigation service provider is knowledgeable, friendly and conscientious. They have repaired, maintained and modified my lawn sprinklers for the past several years. Once when a repair was not done correctly they corrected it immediately.

Very unprofessional! Would never recommend!! I scheduled a flagstone walkway last spring 4 months ahead; Kate came, drawing/contract signed; I sent photo of the mosaic type I wanted; asked two weeks ahead of Sept. scheduled date if the crew leader could come by to look over things to be sure we are on the same page and was told it wasn t necessary. When Trevor showed up with a young helper they started laying large pieces instead of the smaller variety of pieces as mosaic as I requested. Trevor said he doesn t like doing mosaic, but he did start using variety of sizes. The job was to be completed next day. His helper only showed up then and became unfriendly when I asked for some pieces to be fixed and to finish the grouting. He said he couldn t do that and called the office. Next thing I know he leaves and leaves all the mess they started. I then get an email from Kate saying that I was micromanaging and they could not work with me and that they have pulled off the job and what I paid upfront covered the work they did! Debris was left everywhere, including multiple pieces of flagstone, wood, crushed limestone covering the majority of the walkway, as well as tore up my back yard and neighbors access to my back yard! No attempt to even clean up anything except their equipment! I am a single woman in my late seventies with some physical limitation, so leaving me with a terrible mess I feel was not only unkind, unprofessional, but also unethical!! Maybe the high demand for landscape contractors during Covid months pushed them to their max trying to fit many jobs in limited days and they were overstressed. However their poor work and insulting, uncaring attitude should never be acceptable ever!

Trevor and his team were phenomenal! I had grass planted on a new yard and front landscaping installed. They were on time, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and just great people to have working at my home! The yard and landscaping are so beautiful and I am beyond happy with the design and look they created for me! I will definitely be using them again for my landscaping needs! Very glad I called them!!

Beware if you hire this company. They do not tell you that they subcontract the work and tell their subs to do the bear minimum. We hired them to do three properties and all three properties have never looked worse--lawns look terrible, bushes not trimmed properly, and weeds abound. When you call and bring it to their attention there is always an excuse--example...I called because our lawn was overgrown and had not been mowed--I was told it was due to weather. The amazing thing is all of our neighbors yards had been mowed and they live in the same weather pattern. When the bill came I noticed I was still charged--the explanation was that when they came they had to mow twice because it was so long!! One season with Allscapes is enough!!

We have had great experiences with AllScapes. They are always knowledgeable, professional and on time. They knew exactly what landscaping we needed according to how much maintenance we wanted. They maintain our yard, and every year we are impressed with the outcome. Highly Recommended.

All these good reviews! I just wish they had shown up for the appointment they set and confirmed so that I couldve had the same experience. Showing up is half the battle. No call no show following a confirmation. I had to use a half day vacation to be home so they could provide a quote. Now they wont return my calls.

Luke helped me pick out the most gorgeous plants when I redid my front and back yard. He is extremely knowledgable and chose plants at my desired level of maintenance. Great communication, great price, and great service!

There are a lot of landscaping companies out there but AllScapes gets my highest respect because they are priced great, patient when talking to their customers to ensure all concerns have a well thought out plan to address the concerns. The work that they complete is spot on perfect. I could go on and on about how highly I respect them but instead, I ask that you simply place a call to them yourself because you will see that they are different and genuinely care about their customers. Theyve earned my business for life.

These guys did such an amazing job hanging Christmas lights on the high part of our roof. They got the job quickly and did such an efficient job. All the the guys were so personable and professional. Would highly recommend!!

Allscapes is amazing! We have been using them for years Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter! They are extremely affordable, always on time and couldnt be easier to deal with. They have done everything from mowing/plowing to large projects (Re-doing patio and re-designing our yard).

I had someone from this company parked on the side of the road that I live on and they were across the street giving my neighbors an estimate and I had noticed that the trailer that the person was towing was in my yard and first of all there are no parking signs all down the street and second of all we had had a lot of rain in the past couple of days so my yard was very wet so his trailer had sunk down in my yard and left a huge rut and when he was approached about whether or not he was going to fix it we had an argument and he ended up on driving off and left a 35 ft long 6 to 8 inch deep rut in my yard when I called the office I once again received no help so I called Tallmadge police department and they took a statement and informed me that that was my property all the way to the street and that the best thing to do was to take them to small claims court I got a estimate to repair the rut and it was $1,200 from two different companies.

I have used AllScapes Ohio throughout the years and have always been extremely happy! Kate and Trevor take the time to listen to our needs and make helpful suggestions that dont cost an arm and a leg. The staff Ive encountered have been courteous and hard working.

Needed a company that could tend to our lawn-mowing needs as well as keep our driveway clear in the winter. Allscapes has been great to work with, very flexible, with good prices and courteous employees. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

AllScapes did excellent work on our project which included: 1) Almost 275 feet of edgers and pavers around the flower beds, 2) New shrubs, 3) Installing mats and gravel in the flower beds to replace the mulch, 4) Re-contouring the lawn and hauling in tons of top soil to improve drainage, 5) Installing a catch basin to drain a low spot in the yard and 6) Planting around 10,000 square feet of grass using erosion control netted straw. The results look great and family and friends were impressed. Also, AllScapes prices were very competitive. The office and field staff were very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them.

My wife and I had a very unmanageable yard, the prior owners were avid gardeners and we had no way to keep up with it as we were starting a family. We called AllScapes out to look at our property as we needed help. They ended up bringing heavy equipment out and a crew of men and completely transformed our yard per our meeting with them and now Ive got grass everywhere and its super easy to manage. They were also very knowledgeable when it comes to plants/flowers/etc as they suggested what to plant knowing our not so greenthumbs and everything they put in for us 3 years ago is still alive and well! Awesome local family owned business and I will continue to support them. A+ !

I have used allscapes several times and they have consistently been prompt courteous and professional. They really know what they are talking about. They made excellent suggestions for my lawn including a fertilization program. I usually cut the grass myself and Trevor was able to make a suggestion to cut it higher than usual to prevent it from dying in the drought, it worked. it didnt prevent all the brown spots but, my lawn looked better than all the others on the street. All in all a great company that i would recommend to anyone!
