I hear they do nice work…I wouldn't know. Been 3 months since we asked for a quote to have some masonry work, new walkway, leveling of our back yard, and french drain installed. Must have more business than they know what to do with. 🤷🏻♂️
Can’t really comment on their quality - we had someone come out to quote an outdoor kitchen. Thought it went well. The gentleman scheduled a 2 week follow up before leaving to review. Two weeks comes by and he is a no show. I reached out and he texted saying he wouldn’t make it and would reschedule. Then crickets. This wasn’t a small project - easily 6 figures. All I can say is it was not professional. Maybe dodged a bullet if that’s how they operate their business model.
James Arch and his team at Vizmeg developed a landscape design plan for our newly built house which included a large backyard patio, grill and fire pit area. They were more than accommodating to make revisions to the plan design as the project progressed and were very easy to work with providing help and suggestions along the way. We would definitely recommend them for a large landscape design project.
Twelve of 45 current reviews give 1 star ratings yet Google gives overall 4 star rating?? Job gets started at 8am they then leave property back and forth until 8pm 12 hours for a 4 hour job-evidently juggling jobs. No supervision of results does not look good most of the time. Have had many good HOA landscapers in the past-unfortunately Vizmeg is not-hoping they improve and if so will update review in future. Not sure who is giving 4 and 5 star ratings but that is their business.
They are in charge of the HOA property where I reside. Most of the time they are sitting in their trucks not doing work. Today, they were to plow our drive ways. Instead they half plowed my drive leaving a mountain of snow in front of my garage for hours !!!! I couldn’t leave. Who half finishes a plow job of a drive way. What if there was an emergency. And I couldn’t get out of my driveway since they made the situation worse by half plowing. They also damaged our cable box with there plows. They have dented garages with the plows. Additionally, they never salt the walkways so they leave a sheet of ice in your drive and walk way. During the summer they like to mow around the mountains of trash in the lawn, instead of clearing. To think what they are profiting for a horrible job.
They always cut our HOA’s lawn incredibly short. They don’t try to make it look nice. They don’t care about lawn health. They cut on a schedule regardless if it rained/is raining creating gouges and tire tracks in our lawn. It seems a quarter of the HOA is asking them to not cut the lawn because it comes out so bad. Look elsewhere for quality lawn care. Destroyed the curb during the winter months when plowing.
My husband and I were following one of there small dumps with a salt spreader. When the road became 4 lanes we got to the right. As we got closer the driver decided it would be a good idea to move to the right just enough to cause a rooster tail of shulsh to hit the front end of our truck. We slowed down to back of and prevent any damage to our vehicle and proceeded to witness him move into the right lane just in time to throw slush all over a pedestrian. If this is the type of employees they have I wouldn't trust them.
Every people are friendly and nice and if u make mistake the manager will help you fix it theirs no yelling just talk like normal people will talk its really nice their

We use them for our HOA and they have breached contract on our snow removal! Just when we need them the most, they are a no show for every storm so far!
I am a home owner at Brighton Bay living at 2613 Canvasback Circle. Our HOA contracts for lawn and snow removal service with this company. The drive and walks are to be cleared of snow when snow is 2 or above. This winter my drive and wallks have NOT been cleared in a reasonable time (4 days is not reasonable). Today, Feb. 6, 2022, at 12:40 pm my snow has not been removed since the storm ended on Feb.4, 2022 at noon. Home owners were notified on Saturday at 12:32 pm that snow removal equipment would be here to do their job that afternoon. As of this moment, Sunday, Feb. 6, 2022 at 12:45 there have been plows, shovels or manpower on this property to do any of what they, by contract, are supposed to do. I would never recommend them for snow removal. Bette J Lyons Owner
The company applied chemicals to plants and bushes which in turn killed them. The employees doing the work do not speak any English at all. They do not use any common sense when taking care of landscaping. The mow grass when it is not even growing and dead. They did not show up to clean snow and the elderly residents had to shovel snow by hand when it was two feet high. Do not waste your money.
Husband was making a delivery to this company and they went out of their way to get him unloaded. Very efficient, professional and friendly folks.
Vizmeg is #1 hands down. This was a very large project including a very large In-Ground Pool, Patio, Retaining Walls, Pizza Oven, Complete Sod Install and much more. If you want the best landscape design, pool installation and most importantly a company that is going to do exactly what they say they are then Vizmeg is it. Make sure you ask for Domenic, rest assured you will get exactly what you are looking for, a fair price and a friend for life.
Incredible and professional experience. Honestly the best I have ever seen. I own a number of commercial and residential properties and have worked with organizations like this one many times over the years. Nothing compares to Vizmeg.

Do not even bother with them.... do not bother them if you need a whole landscape plan for new construction, do not bother them if you have a million dollar estate that needs mowed and maintenance. they are too busy to be bothered and if you call Im sure they will let you know

Pulte uses them in our Millers farm community in Copley for mowing. They would always leave behind a patch of un-mowed lawn behind my house. Today day I happened to be at home when they were mowing behind my house and I requested them to mow the patch this time. They agreed but left without mowing rather they mowed over my lawn. Very irresponsible employees.
Pulte uses this company in their home owners association. They are unreliable and unprofessional. For example when the grass is soaking wet from rain or sprinklers they cut the grass leaving divots and gouges. Our yard is now uneven in spots and no one cares. Additionally they cut our grass before the grass was even two weeks old and then they mowed again the next week. Any professional knows better. Furthermore they use an industrial stand up mower for a residential property which has island beds on the front yard. I have tried to complain and request them to stop but they hid behind the hoa and the hoa hid behind the city. I have now reached put to the city for resolution. No one takes responsibility and no one is fixing our property. There is no notice on when they change days and then the sprinklers kick on again during the warmer seasons. Now that we are deep into fall and have had frost they are still cutting the grass. Avoid this company at all costs.
