Landcrafters Landscape & Lawn in Stony Brook

These clowns just completed a fall cleanup in my neighborhood and left a huge pike of leaves across the road with a traffic cone. The created a dangerous situation. I think that says all you need to know about these people. Stay away. And if you’re reading this come clean up your mess.

These are the most careless landscapers. They mow my neighbors lawn. Our driveways are next to each other and I have peonies in cages on my side of the driveway. They weed wacked all of my peonies in their cages. Thoughtless careless thugs! I’d give them no stars but you have to select a star to post.

Ive been using landcrafters a few years now and Joe has been the most professional person I’ve dealt with him this industry. He is fair, responsive and reliable. The guys always make sure my property is above and beyond. I’d recommend to anyone in the stony Brook, Setauket area

So disappointed with this company. I used them for 2 years unfortunately. I was excited for the affordable price, that was the draw. But my grass was destroyed and chewed up by their ride on mowers. When I first brought this up they claimed the grass was too wet. Therefore, we always made sure the sprinklers did not go off for two days before they came. Somehow, magically, the grass was still too wet (yea right) and they cut it anyway and continued to harm my lawn (this was after I just had expensive sod laid down - and yes we waited the appropriate time to have it cut). They gave me some credit back so I accepted it. The lawn continued to look bad and chewed up but unfortunately I was sucked in by the price. We then bought a new swing set, around 2,000 dollars and each week we noticed all 4 posts were getting chipped away. Eventually it got so bad I was worried it would break so I sent pictures and told them. Joe said he would give me a free cut. I certainly was not going to ask him for $2,000 so I just said okay and a month later stopped my service with them. Joe has called multiple times to receive the last payment which I told him I thought was ridiculous considering the destruction of my $2,000 dollar swingset. He said we settled it up with the free cut and I agreed to that. I said yes I did agree to it as I knew asking for $2,000 would never happen. I said I will send the last payment, but I am also writing a google review. He accepted that. So here is my google review.

Fantastic landscape company! Transformed our outdoor space beautifully. They were professional, creative, and attentive to our vision. The results exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for all your landscaping needs.

I recently had a lawn maintenance by Landcrafters, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I was initially worried that the cost would be too high because it was my front and back lawn that needs the maintenance, but they did a great job of explaining everything to me and answered all of my questions, so it ended up being an excellent value. The workers were incredibly friendly and professional, and they handled everything with care. I would definitely recommend them!

Landcrafters Landscape & Lawn did a phenomenal job on our project. The entire process, from initial meeting to completion, was seamless and easy. Landscape our back, side, and front yards following the building of a new garage. This included removal of existing trees/plantings, soil prep, and new plantings. We would highly recommend Landcrafters!
