Very professional, on time, quality craftsmanship and materials. Very pleased. They built a gorgeous 20 foot bridge, stone steps on a slope, edging and pebbles, replaced wooden porch stairs and railings. Would definitely use again!
We had a water leak from our lawn irrigation system and Neighborhood Lawn had someone there within about 20 minutes of my call early on a Monday morning. The problem was resolved within the day, and their quick work likely averted a bigger problem coming with a bad underground connection. I really appreciate this company's professionalism and rapid response!
We use Neighborhood Lawn Care for biweekly maintenance on our yard, and after reading reviews hired them to create our dream backyard patio. We had a lot of issues to address - our backyard isn’t level and the former patio was always muddy, and a close-to-the-house tree and septic access made current patio placement not great. Neighborhood worked with our vision and created two separate patios — a more traditional paver patio with drainage, and a more modern/funky permeable patio with steppers and pebbles — as well as a new larger landing-style step. This was a big investment for us to really make a backyard living space for our family, and Neighborhood brought A+ craftsmanship, attention to detail and presentation that stayed on budget and addressed every concern. Plus they left everything pristine — patio clean, grass seed down where the bulldozer had driven, old pavers hauled off, our existing path neatly tied into the new patio — so we could instantly enjoy it. We love our new patio space and look forward to many years of enjoying it!
We have worked with Chris and the team at Neighborhood Lawn Care over the last year to solve a significant flooding problem in our yard and build a beautiful patio and landscape with stone walls, dry creek bed and extensive drainage solutions. They also installed a driveway made of permeable pavers and new front steps to our house. This is easily the most extensive and expensive project we have undertaken on our home and we are so thankful we connected with Neighborhood to work through it with us. At every step they partnered with us to diagnose the flooding issues, recommend solutions, incorporate our ideas, work within our budget and complete the work with excellent craftsmanship. I am very pleased with Neighborhood Lawn Care services in transforming my yard into nice looking one and maintainable. They were very professional and responsive. Would recommend them for any yard work. They helped in drainage and leveling the yard. Built retaining walls and did a good job cleaning up the yard to look very nice. We had some work done in our front yard and a complete overhaul of our backyard. Front yard consisted of some new sod and placements of some boulders which we love. Backyard included all new sod, new walkways with fieldstone and a area coming out of basement with pavers. Next we added a new deck 14 X 32 with a pergola on one end. We were thrilled with the results. Neighborhood Lawn Care did an incredible job. The whole team works so hard and really pays attention to all the details. We couldn't be happier with the results. We will always use Neighborhood Lawn Care for all our outside projects. You will never be disappointed with these guys.
One time in 4 years they don't show up and we call to report and they say we are lying and proceed to send us GPS they shows them at neighborhoods house. Awful customer service. Canceled service. Do not waste your time with these people.
NLC did a complete overhaul of our front yard- they took down 7 trees, leveled the yard, created tiers, and installed grass/plants and irrigation- all within just 2 weeks. Incredible! They even came out a couple times post-completion to make sure the irrigation was working properly. We are very pleased with the communication and quality of work done, and can not recommend them enough.

First time caller looking for estimate on landscape work. Lady answered phone took part of my address. Assumed I lived in Stone Mountain and then abruptly said Oh we only take projects of $5,000 or more. I then asked what residential customer has $5,000 of landscaping to do and since they are advertising in Up Close they should state that in the advertisement. Bizarre. Won t use. Wouldn t recommend.
I called Neighborhood lawn care and was given an appointment for a consultation to fix up my yard. About 1 week prior to the appointment I was told my project is not big enough for them to take on and they have to cancel my appointment. Why give me an appointment in the first place if you only accept big jobs? Funny thing is they didn t even come out to see my yard.
Called for a estimate no return call in a week and they are not just the only lawn care service that has done this ther two more that did the same. Dont know what the issue is because Ive never had lawn care before.
The backyard design an execution were wonderful. They did my backyard last year and Im Still Loving It! Chris has brought my sprinkler system up to par and I can now use it. Positive

NLC just finished our patio/paver project along with a custom perogla. We are amazed at the results which exceeded our dreams for this space. The stone-work was extraordinary and carefully crafted. Special shout-out to Chris, the owner who oversaw this 12.5 day project. He was very accessible and responsive to a myriad of questions and a mid-steam change. These guys have taken care of my lawn for years and years. They are reasonably priced and do a good job. I would like it if they had an option to break big projects into smaller pieces. They have a great eye for landscape design and are easy to work with.

I switched to NLC from a previous lawn care company that was leaving a bit to be desired. For the same price, Im getting consistent and reliable care from NLC including some additional work that I wasnt expecting, like trimming up my roses and hydrangeas. They also actually pick up sticks and limbs that have fallen in the yard compared to the old company that just piled them up along the back fence. I love supporting local businesses, particularly when theyre doing solid work to keep my yard looking great year in and year out.
NLC does a good job and communication is important to them. So far I am happy with their service!
