NewLife Lawn Care Services in Stockbridge

Rather disappointed in this company lack of professionalism and responsiveness towards their customers. I was billed back in december 75.00, but his company did not service my lawn in Dec. They usually resume my lawn service in the Spring, however, after two unanswered emails and a voicemail, no response from this company. If Chris,the owner, did not want to continue servicing my property, okay fine. The proper thing to do as a businessman would be to say that, "We are no longer choosing to service your property." I just hope he realizes that you can't be afraid of dealing with customers in a timely manner that may have issues with service or lack thereof.

I called 2 “highly rated” lawn services prior to calling New Life. They were both non responsive and did not follow through. I called New Life and the phone was answered immediately. The representative was very friendly. I was given a quote the same day (very reasonable price for the work I needed done). Once I responded to the agreed price, the work was done expediently and FAR exceeded my expectations. Their work is phenomenal!!! Their payment system was electronic, simple and very convenient. Look no further, call New Life for your lawn care needs. I know I will definitely use them again.
