My wife and I were new to North Central Oklahoma and hired Tru-Green for their lawn care, tree & shrub, and mosquito services. We pre paid for a one year service plan that we did not receive entirely. Along comes a renewal bill ?? When confronted about the discrepancy, they admitted to the mistake, but were unwilling to complete the services or credit back for the missed and incomplete services. Their stance on the situation was oh well . Apparently, we threw out $1200! Our yard is no better off than when we started. I do NOT and will NOT recommend them to anyone!

Always happy with this company. Wed had severe problems with camel crickets an box elder beetles. This years thanks to TruGreen they are only a memory. Also no crickets this year. An our ant problem is gone. Cannot praise this company enough. They have also gotten rid of our yellow jacket nests n wasp problem. Thank you. I highly recommend to anyone with lawn problems or pest problems.

Tru Green has made me very happy by killing the insects that were devastating my yard. They always come when they say they are the price is fair and theyre getting the job done and very courteous and respectful.

Definitely not worth the money, very first service was good. Then it became pretty shotty. No communication, they wouldnt tell me when they were coming. There were times they only did half the property and said they did all of it. I even got skipped one month and still charged. They have tried sending free services the last 2 months and they also ended up not doing anything. You can buy the all equipment they use for what they charge in one month and do it yourself for the rest of your life.

My lawn has gone from about half weeds to almost non-existent weeds in just a few months. The lawn is thicker and healthier than I expected in such a short time. The best part is, all I have to do is mow and TruGreen does the rest. Well worth the money I dont think I could even do the treatments myself for this price.

Weeds never died. Was charged for treatment that never happened. Canceled service. Phone calls will not stop, I have asked repeatedly. Im sure other people have had good luck with this company, I have not.

We have used TruGreen for a year and a half and our lawn looks terrible. The grass is dying and the weeds are flourishing. For this service we pay almost $200. each visit. We have 2 acres. TruGreen guarantees that they will come and retreat your lawn, if you re unsatisfied. They have promised to come twice and have not shown. This is the worst service I ve ever used.

before Trugreen started our lawn was sparse and dull.. Now it is full and very green.. The cost of the treatments are in line if you were to do it your self.. Heres to a greener lawn

I walked by my back door and saw a young man spraying our backyard. One of my cats came running across the yard and into the house, going directly through the area the young man had just sprayed. I asked him who he was and why he was spraying, and he said he was spraying from TruGreen. I told him we do not have a contract with TruGreen and he asked if he was at 304, and I responded no, he is at 302 South Abbey Lane. The young many was very apologetic and immediately stopped spraying, proceeding to the front yard. I looked at my rabbits, who were in the area he was spraying, closed the door and went to the front of the house through my garage. My second cat came running across the front yard, into the garage and I let him in the house. I asked the man what chemical he just used, and he listed off a brand name I asked what were the components or active ingredients of the chemical and he said he didnt know. I asked if he sprayed my front yard that my cat had just gone across and he responded yes. I told him again that I needed to know what chemical was sprayed so I could check on the safety of my pets as well as the fact that we had just sprayed both yards a week prior. The young man became indignant, and repeatedly said I already told you itll only kill the weeds. I mentioned my concern for the rabbits and cats exposed to the spraying as well as any excess residue in the soil due to spraying one week after I already treated the lawn. I showed him how clearly the house number is marked on the curb as well as the garage. He called his manager, and while on the phone with his manager and while standing next to me said I was flipping out and was a spaz. I was neither, and not once called him a name or degraded him as he did me. I called the local TruGreen in Stillwater, Oklahoma, and my call was handled by a national call center. The representative on the phone was very kind, but she also could not find for me exactly what chemicals had been used. She tried calling the manager while on the line with me, and the Stillwater location manager did not answer the phone. She stated she would send him an email and have him contact me, which has not yet happened. I then went to the TruGreen Website and there is zero safety or manufacturer information regarding your chemicals used on lawns. Your WebSite does not even list the chemicals used. The young man who sprayed did not even offer or have an MSDS. I have yet to hear back from the local manager.

DO NOT USE! I am so incredibly disappointed with this company that it is hard for me to put it into words. So I decided recently that I needed to find a lawn company to take care of the weeds and overall look of my yard. Now our previous homeowners used TruGreen and the yard looked great, so we decided to give them a shot.... Big mistake... I called TruGreen and went through the process of the high pressure sales tactics of Trugreen and signed up for there service. I told them I have .7 acres of property, I had a lot of weeds, and I needed it to be treated. So they put me on their schedule and initially I felt really good about using them because I felt like they would take care of me. So the worker arrives on the day that was scheduled and he tells me that he only has a backpack sprayer to spot treat my yard. OK STOP! Think about his for a second, you bring a spot sprayer to my house to spray a .7 acre property full of weeds. Do you understand how stupid that is? When you can bring out a machine that would take 15 minutes to spray my yard??? So I talked to the worker and told him I WILL NOT allow him to spot treat my .7 acres in 97 degree temperatures. So he directed that I call Corporate and have them schedule a service for the machine to be brought out to spray my yard. So I called Corporate and they apologized and said they would have it taken care of ASAP. So the next service comes up and wouldnt you know it they bring the same backpack to spot treat my yard. I was furious, and told the guy the same thing I told the last. I proceeded to call corporate again and this time I was extremely unhappy (but still professional). They apologized and gave me a lame excuse that the request for a machine went to a worker and not to management, and that they would have someone out there ASAP to spray my yard with a machine. She said she sent a message directly to management and assured me it would be taken care of.. So today was my scheduled day to get serviced... and guess what. SAME FLIPPIN ISSUE! TruGreens Corporate is TERRIBLE, the Management is TERRIBLE, and I seriously cannot believe this company is so utterly terrible. This was my FIRST service and my FIRST time using this company, and they cant even do ONE service right. I dont blame the workers, because it is the managements fault. I will NOT use TruGreen and will cancel first thing Monday (its currently Friday night). I WILL NOT recommend this company. I WILL let everyone know not to use them because of my experience. Management for this branch should be ashamed of themselves. Quit now before your branch gets shut down.

Looked at Home Advisor for lawn repair, TruGreen was the only suggestion. Received a call back promptly, but was told they wouldn t give me a quote for service. Not impressed, to say the least. I am not going to go with a company I don t know, and can t get a quote from. I have a lot of potential yardwork and landscaping that needs to be done. I ll just take my money elsewhere and not use this company...ever.

As always, I have been very satisfied with the services that I have gotten from Trugreen. The staff has always been great and will take the time to answer any questions I have asked.

Ive been very happy with Trugreen since they now use Scotts products. Also, the specialists who service my lot have been very responsive, especially Michael. My lawn looks great in comparison to the lots around me who dont use a lawn service.

We had the best lawn Tech recently. He was here to spray our lawn for ticks. His name was Adam and he not only did a thorough job but was the friendliest most considerate Tech we have ever had.

Come out regularly and as much as necessary and really did a great job bringing back my yard. My yard was full weeds in April, and now in June is virtually weedless and very green lawn. I am very satisfied and happy with your service.

TruGreen has done an outstanding job on my lawn. It has improved the appearance 100 fold! Anytime Ive had to speak to the specialist or person via telephone, they have been very positive and upbeat and have answered my questions with enthusiastic professionalism. I will continue to business with TruGreen.

I yard does not look any better than 3 years ago. I had the shrubs, bushes, and yard service. I have had 2 trees die and the yard looks bare.

Applications have been applied this season and the weeds are still there in spots. Chickweed and clover are around our fences, the perimeter of the yard, and scattered in the yard. An extra application will be applied. People are very helpful when you call about problems and always aim to please.

The gentleman providing the service is quiet and efficient. He left my paperwork securely in the door unfortunately I didnt have any personal interaction with him. Quiet Efficiency!!!!!!!

The service is good; our lawn looks as good as it can in hot, (usually) dry August. Your representative found a way to lessen the weeds and unwanted grasses that resulted from our wet spring so we are now okay.

I am very pleased with the way my lawn looks now. It is very thick and healthy looking. I am never home when the work is done, so I never meet the specialist. If Ive had any problem with the lawn I just call and its taken care of. I would recommend the service to others.

They are doing me a good job each year. I have no fault with your applicators and I dont need to complain.
