Absolutely ridiculous, a manager of a local business whom we cannot shovel our parking lot ourselves due to it being too big. When we have a winter storm with multiple feet of snow and we have to call numerous times to have our parking lot plowed and they ignore our calls time and time again after telling us they’ll come and take care of it. When you choose to ignore your paying customers, it does not set a good tone for professionalism. Absolutely do not support this business.

I had to call this clown 4 times , He was going to come over and give me an estimate !! He said he forgot ! Than I called and told him just to come and do it , He said it was going to be $30-35 . I said fine . He said he would be there Wednesday or Thursday and I said great ! Here it is Friday and he never came ! I am a cash customer with cash in Hand ! His ad says excellent customer service ! I call B S ..... You can run all the Adds you want BUT WORD OF MOUTH WILL DESTROY YOU !!!!!
