We used Total Lawn Care when we built our house. We were able to meet with them and go over the designs and change what we didn’t like. They listened to us and executed it perfectly. They landscaped the front and back of our home along with hydro seeding our yard. They installed beautiful landscape lights and irrigation as well. Poor service this year. They were paid for pressure washing (half) in April and did not show up until June and did a poor sloppy job leaving moss in the old patio pavers. The pavers never looked clean. They did not complete the resanding for over a month and the weeds had to be retreated. It took over 4 phone calls with reminders asking to get the job done. The sanding did look nice but is already coming out and cost over $1,000 . I have a very small patio. They charged me for a weed service I did not request and then they were only on my property less than 5 minutes. I had called the office within 5 minutes of seeing the sign placed to complain as I never saw a person doing a treatment. The office secretary although pleasant, yelled at me for being angry with her and calling so often to complain, but I had difficulty getting return and follow up calls. I took pictures to show them. They dump dropped/spread the treatments and I had large burned out areas with chemicals still in clumps in the front yard. They never showed for the paid fall treatment. My neighbors noticed the poor work and said they would not be calling them for yard work. I won't be either next spring.
