We have been Pest now customers for some years now. They are always prompt and professional with any pest issues we have had. Also think their pricing is fair.

reliable and excellent customer service. Anytime we have bug problems, a technician would show up the next day to address it.

I hate to post negative review online. But I keep receiving collection bills for the service I did not receive. I signed up for a one-year (4 quarters) treatment plan for whole house (inside and outside). The first time, they did decent job. The second time, I did not receive prior notice, but I saw pestnow truck on my driveway and went out to greeting the engineer and we had brief conversation, he treated area along driveway area, then went to his car, I thought he went to refill pesticide then will go to my back yard and inside my house, but he started car and left. I wondered maybe they had a plan - just treat side and front of my house at that time, I called office just to confirm, there was not a plan just treat part of the house, the reason they did not treat my back yard was my back yard was not open, what that even mean? I talked the engineer in person, why did not ask me to open the gate or gave me chance to ask before he left? so I called them back to treat back yard and interior. Then months late, I received a letter for late payment, which I have paid twice for two time of full services. I called the company and was told this supposed to be for the third time/quarter service, which I did not get notice when prior they arrived, not tag in my front door, no video from my ring at the date they did service. I called for a makeup service and paid the third time. Then I got a collection letter for missing a payment. I explained that I received 3 full services and paid 3 times. I was asked to speak with a field engineer, I explained what happened and let them know I did not recall (no tag, no video, of course no one asked me open backyard gate and went inside my house at the day of service). I was told they will look up their records and call me next day, but I did not receive the call, only thing I get is another collection bill.

Very professional. Everyone took time to answer my questions. I did not feel that I was being given a sales pitch, but Pestnow truly wanted to provide the best service and treatment options. Thank you.

For the two times that Ive had service, Ive never seen the person. So far, Im not happy. A simple message to me that youre coming for service would be nice instead of an email message. Not everyone looks at emails everyday. Especially if it comes thru spam

GOOD PEST NOW SERVICE

Will Martin and technician was out today and I feel confident that the mouse problem i have had for the last 10 years is being handled. We shall see. I have also had my handyman seal up a big part of the problems overtime. Lets hope there wont be any more mouse activity.

Terrible Company! I called to get my home treated for pests before my tenants moving in the home. I got swindled into paying $225 for a mediocre job. The Technician walked in and out of my property in 1 min. He sprayed the kitchen in 20 seconds and left. He pretty much indicated my home was very clean and didn t need much. My tenants found pests has they moved in as well. They DID NOT find any nests clearly, or try to move anything in order to treat the issue. So im stuck paying $225 for a mediocre job from a mediocre company. Very displeased, would not recommend

Pestnow is amazing! Helping to treat a roach infestation due to tenants/accompanying neighbor wall! Technician Kyle was amazing at making sure we stop the issue by baiting everything in the kitchen appropriately.

On this visit the technician found places where rodents could enter the house, and blocked them. He also baited rodent traps and sprayed for spider crickets in the garage and the ground floor of the house. Very professional job done with a smiling face.

A terrible tenant left us with a mouse problem we couldnt resolve with other pest companies. After a recommendation to try Pest Now, Bobby and his team got the problem under control within a year and weve been mice free for a year now. If mitigation was not done to my standard, Bobby and his team made it right.

I got an Treatment Authorization Form quoting a price. The link took me to a form with a higher price without explanation. When I called they said it was taxes. They could not supply me with an itemize bill.

In the rare instances when Ive found a bug or a mouse inside my house, they addressed the issue promptly. Highly recommend!!!

I have been a client with PESTNOW for 5+ years. They provide exceptional customer service are always courteous and professional and get rid of bugs and rodents. All around great business to work with.

I have been a customer of PestNow for 10 years. They check and spray the perimeter of the house foundation each quarter for ants, and fog the yard once a month in the summer, for mosquitoes and ticks. They are very thorough and accommodating. If I have any special issues, e.g. the carpenter bees that drill 1/2 inch nest holes in the porch framing every so often, they come out right away and take care of it. I would highly recommend them.

I have been Pestnow customer for 12 years for lawn service and pest control service, in past they used to be good company not any more. Technicians are not at all interested to hear about any issues, they seem to rushing through homes. I do no recommend this company for any kind of services.

Came home from vacation in July and realized that I had mice. Called PESTNOW and a technician came on August 12. Continue to see mice and so another technician came on September 21. Continue to see mice activity and another technician came on October 26 and now the mice are in my walls. And I can no longer stay at my house. I am now seriously considering suing PESTNOW.

I would give 0 if I could. Took time off of work waiting for their tech to come remove the raccoon trap that they ve left on my roof TWO WEEKS ago. Never came with no explanation. They tried to push it out another week. If there is a raccoon in the trap it s ROTTING on my roof. Beyond unprofessional.

Recommend technician phones reflect Company name as identifier when calling ahead. Currently, phone call comes in from unknown number and unknown(to me) caller.

We have used Pest Now for several years. Recently I found a mouse in our basement. When I called they were here the next day. Wil was very reassuring and we have not had any more activity since.

Had a technician come by for 15 minutes and he had to have his supervisor on the phone the whole time because he did not know what he was doing. Problem wasn t solved and they never came back for the 1-week follow up. I do not recommend using this service.

Horrible company!!! They sent out a crew for a termite inspection for a real estate deal. Instead, two salespeople (moonlighting as inspectors) came out, they eyeballed the house, took pictures, and started pushing me for an expensive quarterly program. They said they saw no signs of termites in their report. 3 weeks later, the first wall came down and the house is completely infested with termites on three sides of the house. This repair will be in the 6 figures to remediate. What a degusting way to do business!!! And, since they cover their asses in fine print, there is no legal recourse.

Our gentleman who comes out monthly is excellent, Friendly and helpful.

We have been using PestNow for years. The reason that Ill give them the 5 star review is because they stand behind their products. Ive had issues where the first treatment didnt work, but they will come back out and re-apply or try something different that does work.

I ve been using them a couple of years, but will be changing services now. Several quarters, I have to call them back to the house because they leave before completing the job. I ve also now noticed twice the notes indicate they perform a specific service that they do not! This is the last straw.

Very pleased with prompt response to my concern that aeration and seeding provided about 2 weeks ago had not been fully successful, possibly due to heavy rains moving some seeds. Mr Breeden came out on a holiday and reaerated and reseeded my lawn to address barren spots. He was prompt and professional and gave us further advice to help improve our lawn. His customer service was superb.

Pest Now is great to work with. We have had several different types of pest challenges this year. Pest Now techs have all been very knowledgable, friendly and took all precautions to make sure things were handled properly when dealing with wildlife. Zachary was our tech today and he took the time to find out what our concerns were and then did a very thorough job of pest control, he was so helpful!

Although the service is regular, we noticed that there are still many bugs. The reply is they will come again, and again, which is appreciated, but frankly, I am not sure if the methodology is proper. Looking for a more effective and thoroughly job.

Ive been a Pest Now customer for several years now and I always thought your technicians were great - but my service today was EXCEPTIONAL! Above and beyond what I expected and Im grateful!!

These people are very professional and flexible with the time.

Quite reliable. In my case , they provide regular help with ants, vasps and general lawn maintenance. Prices sound reasonable.

Called for rodents in attic. I asked if they could use mechanical/glue traps instead of bait. They said no. Reluctantly, I agree to the baiting. They dispatched exterminators who immediately began destroying spider webs and spraying pesticide on exterior of house. I have toddlers and pets who I do not want in contact with pesticide. The spider webs were there on purpose to help control the mosquito population. Unclear why they were doing insect work when my issue was rodents. The exterminator did a hasty inspection for entry points, filled one or two. In the attic, it was identified that the primary entry point was gable vent netting that had been chewed through. I asked inspector if they could seal this entry point (by replacing the netting). He said the wildlife department could. I immediately reached out and requested the wildlife person come. I think they stopped by, but no work was done and I continue to have gaping entry points in my attic. Next the manager, Stacy, said I needed TAP insulation as the rodents had nested in my existing. I agreed to the $3K job. However, upon removal, they discovered leaks. I greatly appreciated that JC told me about the leaks and halted the installation until I could fix the roof. However, after getting 4 different opinions on the roof, I determined that I needed a new roof and the proposed TAP insulation with boric acid (to repel insects) - was once again treating an insect problem I did not have. As the insurance claim for my roof could take up to 2 years, I asked to be billed for the removal and to see an itemization of labor and materials - and was told to just pay half ($1,500) - a seemingly arbitrary amount, with no written itemization of labor and materials. At this stage, I think that simply placing a combination of bait, glue, and snap traps myself will be much more effective than the quarterly service they offered - given how infrequent it is and how they only do baiting which, especially when placed on the exterior, can ATTRACT rodents to the house. I will eat the arbitrary $1,500 cost and seek another company once my roof insurance claim goes through.

This company is excellent. I have hired them at least four times and they have always solved my problems with pests such as ants. Very knowledgeable personnel.

Veryyyyyyyyy Baddddddddddddd I hired Pest Now for a thorough inspection before purchasing my home, and they assured me that everything was in excellent condition, with no signs of pest issues. Based on their assessment, I proceeded with the purchase, trusting that my new home was free of any major concerns. However, after moving in, I was shocked to find that both the kitchen and bathroom were full of cockroach droppings, indicating a serious infestation. This is not just a minor oversight it s a clear sign that their inspection was either poorly conducted or entirely inadequate. When I contacted Pest Now to address this issue, instead of offering to make things right or take responsibility, they denied any fault. They claimed that an infestation like this could have popped up overnight and questioned why I hadn t called them sooner. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to take responsibility were incredibly frustrating, leaving me to deal with the problem on my own. I trusted Pest Now to provide a reliable and professional service, but they completely failed to deliver. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for pest inspections and services. This company does not stand by its work or prioritize customer satisfaction.

Having been using Pest Now for almost 20 years and they are very responsive to all pest needs. Technician Donovan does a fabulous job every quarterly treatment and is always willing to follow up on every issue.

The technician indicated that Pest Now treated gnats with vinegar traps but he didnt have any. This was the purpose of the visit.

I have had you treating my lawn for probably four or five applications this summer. I realize it s been very hot, but my weed situation has not improved one bit. I ve not been happy with the results.

JC was extremely thorough in his removal of existing materials, and he took before and after photos of my attic space to show full removal of all soiled and original insulation.

PestNow has taken care of my bug wars for several years. For a nominal fee, PestNow treats the outside of my home every three months, and would treat the inside as well if I would leave the house for a few hours after treatment. The pest professionals Ive met have always been pleasant and thorough. They also offer termite warranties if you are considering a refinance. I recommend PestNow!

I have used your services for several years and was very satisfied. However, my experience this year has been different. I used to get the same technician almost all the time and the problems were resolved quickly. It seems to me that this year all the technicians are not experienced or well trained because it has taken several visits to resolve the same issue. The problem that has persisted the longest is the issue with mice. The technician that was here the last two times seemed to be much more knowledgeable and concerned about solving the problem, so I give Dave a very good review, he was thorough and helpful. However, it looks like according to company policy the technicians cant really help solve the problem if a small fix is required because they do not carry any tools that could quickly make a big difference. I had to get a handyman to come and seal the entry points Dave found when it could have been easily done by him on the spot. Your service could be much more effective if your policy was to completely solve the problem instead of pointing out what else has to be done.

In September 2024, I had a yellow jacket infestation in my basement, which did not go away even after two weeks of spraying over-the-counter insecticides. So I reached out to PestNow for help. They sent Liz for an inspection. She was very professional and recommended their basic bee/hornet treatment. I ordered the same and Dave came by a couple of days later. He was prompt and professional too and dusted both inside and out especially at the cracks in the basement where the yellow jackets were entering. He made sure there no survivors after a half hour. It has been several days since then and I have not seen a single yellow jacket. I am very pleased with PestNow - they are very professional, have competitive pricing, and it is easy to fix up convenient appointments via a phone call.

The worst company ever. The technicians are terrible. They sell you something and then tell you that the services are not covered. I called them to take care of the spiders in my garage and clean the spider webs. The technician told me that he is not a cleaning company and spent more time in his car than in my house. I made a mistake going with them. Other companies provide that service. They are very rude!

Been using them for quite a few years now when we were inundated with spiders. Spiders gone. Once a year we have an ant problem but when we call they come out whether it is time for our quarterly service or not. Quarterly service keeps us free of problems.

On 7/29/2024, our home is serviced by Mr Daniel. We are extremely happy with Mr Daniel work. Mr Daniel is very professional, and knowledgeable in his field. He explained to us clearly the problem we had with the insects in our basement and did a throughout pesticides treatment. We hope PestNow management will read this review and send compliments to Mr Daniel.

I would give zero stars if possible. The sale guy Sean sold us new attic insulation and home sealing because of a mouse problem. Aggressive/alarmist sales tactics to get you to sign. Several weeks after I had paid 5k+ for new insulation and sealing, I discovered that PestNow had NOT fully insulated the attic, leaving large areas uninsulated, and also didn t bother pulling out the old mouse contaminated insulation in some places. After discovery, the sales guy tried to tell me they were planning to come back to finish the job, which was a blatant lie, because he told me weeks before that all work had been completed, so we would pay. This happened a couple years ago, and I had decided to take my loss, but we just discovered they didn t even do basic sealing confirmed by another reputable pest company, and the reason I am now writing this review. Please use my experience and avoid this dishonest company.

I had my home serviced on 8/2/24. I chose PestNow because it was local and reasonably priced. My technician, Antonio, was very professional and knowledgeable in his field explaining everything while doing a thorough job. Appointments are scheduled in a timely manner and they are on time, and call when theyre on their way. I was very satisfied with PestNow.

Very disappointed in the service. Apartment building has had a rodent problem for months, and all they do is place bait traps that the mice completely ignore. I had a service request for today, and waited in my kitchen for hours, only to find that the technician came by, put a note on my door, and left. (No alert on my digital doorbell.) But they are collecting on their contract as though a service had been performed. The tech (Taray) s supposed to be coming returning on Wednesday. Will update this review depending on how that goes.

Were very happy with PestNow. Holden made a return visit today and the service was excellent, and no charge for this visit because we are on the quarterly plan. We really like Holden, the ladies who work in the office are great and I have met the owner whos also a great guy. We expect to be customers for life.

Technician did not check inside the bait traps, just shook then and said they still had bait in them, but dont know if there was any activity. Will try sometime else.

I had pest now complete an inspection on a home I was purchasing. The representative was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and very thorough. I would recommend PestNow for anyone seeking an insect inspection.

If you have mice and want someone to place black boxes and periodically replace the poison bait blocks, they do that. Those treatments over at least a year have not been 100% effective, though. I will start looking for companies with a different approach. I just read the reviews here and have seen only negative reviews about eliminating mice.

PestNows quarterly service seems to me to be very cost-effective. When we saw covered pests in the house, they sent technicians right away to address the problem at no extra cost. Once caution: some pests, such as squirrels in the attic, are not covered and it costs quite a bit to address them. Be sure to ask before getting services that are not covered in the contract.

I am so please with Pest and its services they come when you call. Pest is always available without any waiting when needed for the ants who think they can come anytime. One call to Pest and the ants are gone. Kevin is great and always take pride in his job. Update: Steven Rivera has been providing quarterly treatment for the last few years and is always friendly, professional and thorough. Last year, when my fence was being repaired, it was discovered that bees had completely eaten away the bottom of one of the posts. They were still very active and had quite a large nest in the post and ground. Steven responded right away and took care of the problem. Bees have not returned to that area. Recently, a hornets nest had been built above my back door, making me afraid to open it every time my dog and I went in and out. Steven removed the hornets and nest quickly and efficiently. I appreciated his quick response and willingness to work in extremely hot weather (heat index was 110). My dog loves Steven and is always happy to see him. We both are! Kudos and much appreciation to Steven and Pest Now for always providing excellent service!

The phone staff and tech crew are always polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Better still, the treatment is always effective and reasonably priced. So grateful for the whole organization.

First of all, a lying technician. If I have to show the videos of the first visit where he is seen walking around without checking the traps under the deck, I will show him still being rude and without respect for the client.

Horrible customer service. Have called three days in a row with no answer after more than 20 minutes hold time. However, after complaining, received call from a manager, who indicated they were having trouble with their phones, and gave me his personal number in the event of future issues. What was horrible became emblematic of excellent customer service! And a later call as answered promptly. Their work has always been excellent.

We moved to the area 2 years ago. PestNow was hired to conduct our home inspection and we hired them for an annual contract. Brian has been our primary technician. Fantastic work, explains everything he does and why it s needed. Avoid overdoing interior treatment unless absolutely necessary. This is just a great locally based team of professionals.

In the past they were great, but the service has really gone downhill. Many of the technicians who were there for years and who actually listened to customers are gone. The new techs are just rushing through homes and they dont even listen to your complaints. We had a mouse problem and called PestNow because in the past they had done a great job. This time, they did not even put a dent in the problem. Just a terrible experience. I dont leave a lot of reviews but I wanted people to know that this company is not the same anymore.

I could go absolute chemical warfare in my yard to kill all the bugs but we also have to consider contaminating other friends of nature (birds, chipmumks, deer, ourselves,. During a few rare instances, Dave made availability to respond to immedicate concerns. It hasnt been an issue but he insists that we do not feel shy to call as often as possible if there are persistant concerns. The unscheduled pest control services are covered by our quarterly service garantee ($99 for our property). Customer service is fantastic!

Im impressed with my PestNow service person who showed up at 7pm after a long day and long after his day should have ended, to treat my property for mice. Though he looked beat, he still investigated the property to find and stop-up any access holes, and then baited and set 8 bait stations, encouraging me to schedule a follow-up. It was service over and above the call of duty. Wish I could shout out his name specifically. He deserves a raise.

I have had a contract with Pest Now for seven years for the quarterly treatment. Additionally, we have had the Yard Guard for one or two treatments for the past several years. I called yesterday to schedule the quarterly treatment and the Yard Guard treatment. I spoke with a gentlemen (please find and listen to the call) to schedule both. I then asked the cost of each. I didnt want any surprises. He quoted a cost for the quarterly $53.00 higher than we had been paying. When asked about the difference in costs he got very nasty telling me You cannot go into McDonalds and tell them what to charge and you cannot tell Pest Now what to charge. He was very aggressive and rude. I explained we had a contract and he said, You have not had a service since 2023. You have to start over. This is the beginning of the sixth month in 2024. I cancelled the quarterly at the increased rate. I called back and spoke with a very nice young lady. (Another call to find and listen to please). She immediately acknowledged that we have had a contract for many years. She scheduled the quarterly at the same time as the yard guard. and for the same price we have been paying. When Will arrived this morning, he said he was there to do the Yard Guard. I asked about the quarterly. He said he did not have a ticket to do the quarterly and could do the yard guard only.He kept trying to show me what he had on his computer He too was quite aggressive. I showed him the electronic confirmation from Pest Now for both treatments. He basically said he could not do it because he did not have the ticket. I suggested he call someone. He said it is Saturday, you can try, but no one was there. I called and reached Jazmine right away. I had Jazmine on speaker phone with Will. Jazmine confirmed both treatments were ordered for today. Will continued to refuse to do the quarterly treatment saying he did not have a ticket. Somehow Jazmine and I were disconnected. Will asked if Jazmine hung up on me? I said, if she did it was an accident. Jazmine is between a rock and a hard spot. I told Will just to do the Yard Guard and I went into the house. Will came to the door and said his supervisor was sending him the ticket. Will was calmer and much nicer from that moment on. In fact, he seemed to be very invested in his work and what he was doing. He did the Yard Guard. He came back to the door. I told him just to apply the quarterly treatment to the outside of the house. The inside, basement, garage and attic were not done. I was extremely uncomfortable. I felt badly after all of the back and fourth but I just was uncomfortable wanted Will to leave. Will may have been perfectly innocent. It may have been an honest error on the part of Pest Now. Or, Will may have been set up? Or, is there a connection between the first guy overcharging for the quarterly treatment and getting angry when I didnt accept the overcharge and Will who said he did not have the ticket to do the quarterly treatment and getting angry when I said they were scheduled together and lets call to verify? You decide. I dont know the answer. I just know it was much ado about nothing and was extremely uncomfortable and un-necessary. It seemed like a power struggle from the get go. I certainly did not need the McDonalds information about how to conduct business. TY

Weve been customers of PestNow for many, many years and at two different homes. At our new home, I found that the number of bugs in the house dramatically dropped off after several quarterly treatments (I dont think the prior homeowners had pest control services), and were so thankful for that. This my third service the first two services were very good. The guy that they sent out this time Missed some of my windows and one bathroom. I asked him to spray the pipes up under the sinks he sprayed the base part of the sinks. He did the baseboards of my windows. The spiders were coming from the top of the windows. He did not spray them.He squirt one time and I said to him is the poison that powerful that you can only use one little squirt. His response to me was that s what he was told to do. He did not wipe the spiderwebs outside the windows around my home, my front door and windows.The two guys that came out before did all above. I asked him to check the crawlspace which he did I had to tell him to put more poison in the box that was under there. I felt like I was doing his job. It seem like he was in a big rush to do the job. I will continue my services with this company. But I will request that he no longer comes out to my home. Please send someone else. that will do the job correctly.

I am so pleased with PestNow, Ive have had no problem referring them to two of my neighbors. My technician is extremely professional and pleasant and does his best to educate me about the process of eliminating mice. I did a great deal of research and PestNow was the sole Better Business Bureau endorsed company with rates that were a fraction of the price of the other two companies that I received estimates from. Since PestNow has addressed my rodent crises, their prices have allowed me to keep them coming out on a retainer basis. This means everything to someone like me whos on a fixed income. Theyve also offered invaluable tips on how to eliminate a recent fruit fly issue!

I would not recommend PestNow for any WDI inspection due to lack of thorough investigation. PestNow conducted the WDI inspection prior to us purchasing a home. Since moving in, we have found our home to be infested with both Carpenter Ants and Carpenter Bees with visible entry points despite the report stating there is no visible evidence .

I am tenant. I found mouse in house in Sept, 2023, my landlord gave me PestNow contact information. I called PestNow, I was told that $185 is the initial service, plus quarterly service for one year. During that time, if I found mouse, I could call them to have someone come to do treatment. Sept 20, a person came, and dropped some traps, found some holes or cracks, told me to seal them (they dont do anything on that). They charged $185, because my landlord was not on site, they wanted to be paid right away, I paid the charge with my credit card. I subtracted $185 from Oct. rent. I found mouse again just a couple weeks later, called PestNow, one staff came a few day later, put more traps (this is only what they do). Then about another 3 or 4 weeks, I found mouse again, called, and another staff came dropped traps. They didnt ask me payment for the two services, which is same as the agreement they told me on phone. Early of Dec. I received a notice letter from PestNow, saying the scheduled quarterly service on 12/19, someone would come, if I was at home, he/she would come in, otherwise he/she just does something outside. I felt Ok, the quarterly services were promised by PestNow. The notice does say anything about charge. 12/19, one staff came, drop some traps, left. Didnt ask me to pay, didnt mention any charge. Early of January, I received an invoice of $95 for the quarterly service, which they promised in the plan for no additional charge. They didnt put the charge (if they want to, even though not reasonable) in the notice. I didnt call them to come. I even didnt respond them. Obviously, they tried to promise many things, but then broke their promise. They changed the quarterly service as a new service, which broke their promise. Worse, they didnt put it on the notice, misled me to think that they just keep their promise, then they charge. It is absolutely a fraud. I called them right after I receive the invoice, asked them to stop but they still mailed the second invoice to me. Update on Feb. 11, 2024 I emailed the owner at the email he provided after my review 8 days ago, but the bill is still coming to me today. The only way you can get rid of the trouble is to avoid the service from the first place, otherwise, they hook on you forever. Update on March 5, 2024 A staff came to knock my door today, I already asked to cancel the service in my email to owner on Feb 11, 2024. He still sent staff to me. I asked staff not do any service, I wouldnt pay if he did. He checked his system, and told me that the service is not cancelled, and the payment of $185 was just for first service in Pestnow system, I told him that the staff first contacted me lied to me, I was told that the $185 for one year. I asked the staff to cancel the service again. I am not sure if another staff would come 3 months later. Update on May 13, 2024 The company keeps sending bill to me, I emailed the owner, who said that they have agreement signed by me. I told him that I didnt sign any agreement, any agreement signed under my name is fake. He didnt email the agreement with fake my signature. I prepare to tell judge what happened if they want to sue me in court. How could they dare to make fake signature? When the staff charged me on site, he gave me an invoice, let me sign the invoice, it is unnecessary and strange, but I didnt realize at that time, they could mimic my signature on invoice. Avoid PestNow.

PestNow is harassing me about an invoice from the previous owner of my property. I will not pay $100.70 as it was done long before I took ownership. At first they were using the property management companies name and now they have gone ahead and start putting my name on the bill. The date on the bill is October 31, 2023 and I didn t buy this properly until February 8, 2024. What a horrible company.
