If you are in need of irrigation work, this is your place. Hector personally answered on my first call and was able to fit me into his busy schedule. Hector's price was incredibly fair compared to the multiple quotes I received but his communication far surpassed all other companies I spoke with. The work was completed in the exact manner that Hector explained before starting, and you would never know his team was there. After the installation was complete, Hector took the time to setup my app, walk me through the training process, and his since answered any questions I have in minutes. I run a construction service myself and could not be more impressed with Imperial. They are the best in the business and I hardly write reviews but I cannot recommend them enough. This is truly an A+ company.
Hector is so well knowledgeable and such a kind person to work with. He installed the sprinkler system at my parents house and always been available to go over to fix things and super committed to his work. So glad we picked this company. Highly recommended!
I will need to update my review with pictures once it has been long enough for the sprinklers to do their job, but I wanted to write a review now because we have had a great experience working with Hector and his team. He uses great products and we have enjoyed the ease of our Rachio sprinkler system. Hector took the time to explain the app to us, and updates the sprinklers for each season. We are getting a patio installed VERY last minute, and Hector was able to stop by to make sure everything goes smoothly with capping the sprinkler affected. 10/10 for quality and service. This was not the least expensive sprinkler we were quoted off the bat, but we paid for amazing customer service and a quality product. Go with Imperial Irrigation over any cheaper estimate — it will be worth it in the long run to work with someone who is helpful and cares for you to enjoy your final product (and for it to work properly in the long run!).
I can't say enough about Hector and his staff. This is a local guy who always shows up on time, he's kind, professional and does great work. He's good with my kids, my dog and my lawn. Hector is just one of those guys you'll love doing business with. He's careful with his recommendations and does not push products onto his customers but I'd recommend asking for his advice on your projects as he uses quality parts and has clearly done his research on works best in our area. This is my first complete year as a customer with Imperial Irrigation and Lighting and they saved me about $200 a month on my water bill alone.
I needed a new Hunter Pro HC-6 controller to be installed for my sprinkler systems. Called Imperial ,and Hector, the owner, answered the call and came out the next day to do the installation. Hector was very punctual and very pleasant. He knew exactly what to do. Due to the unique location of the original controller box, Hector had to improvised to get the new box installed. After the installation was completed, he took the extra time and test all zones to ensure they are working properly. If you have the need to hire a company for your sprinkler system upgrade/or repair, do not hesitate to hire Imperial Irrigation & Lighting, they will take good care of you and the job will be properly completed.
I am overly satisfied with the installation workmanship and recommendations by Hector. The recommended Rachio 3rd Generation smart sprinkler irrigation product solution, dual-band Wi-Fi is an excellent choice for my on the go schedule. The add-on Flow Meter Controller module and weather-smart intelligence technology app is user friendly and provides instance water savings. Over all Hector did an EXCELLENT job in upgrading my manual irrigation system. I literally LOVE, LOVE, my new irrigation system, allows monitoring from my desktop and smart phone. I have referred my neighbor to Imperial Irrigation. Thanks Hector!
They were really fast, kind, and thorough! They inspected each of the nozzles and replaced the broken ones, checked for the water leaks, and adjusted our mister to fully cover our front yard! I appreciated that the owner explained to us each step of the process and asked for our approval throughout. In the end, the invoice was $1000 cheaper than another irrigation contractor that we contacted! The other company essentially told us we needed to change everything. I can only attribute this to Imperials honesty and willingness to go through each nozzles and valves to pinpoint the issues with our irrigation system. I am really happy with them and would recommend for anyone looking to have his irrigation system up and running again.
I hope you all don t do the same mistake I did by hiring Hector to start your irrigation system. To begin with he broke our irrigation pipe under our walkway with too much pressure when winterizing our system. We ignored it so he would come back and do a good job to de winterrize it. Wrong!!!! He messed it up more. He could not fix the broken pipe and charged us to de winterize and it did not work. Our sprinkler kept on running for more than 2 hours until I called him and he said to shut off the main valve. I requested him to come over and fix it and he was too busy with other customers. When I kept texting him he replied to be empathetic.. Later on to call someone else This is how he operates his business. I feel obligated to let everyone know before you run into the same situation. Hector is arrogant and has so much business that he does not care . I have already paid him and he is not willing to fix the problem.
Fantastic service by Hector and Imperial Irrigation team! Weve been having issues with our Irrigation system for the past several months and it not being programmed correctly by another vendor. Imperial Irrigation was able to come right out and resolve the issue in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Let me start with OUTSTANDING! I called Hector and was able to get a quote the next day. Ive had a sprinkler system before, so I knew what the ballpark cost would be. He was right in there! When Hector and team arrived they immdiately started digging. We just moved into a community that has tons of rocks in the soil. No problem for them! What impressed me about them? Complete professionals, asked questions and permission to change scope when needed, fast and accurate, and the best part...my yard doesnt even look like they were here. It looks exactly the same as it did before they started. Not one piece if material was left and the grass was replaced perfectly. The other amazing technology advancement is you can set your watering schedule via an app on your phone. I strongly encourage anyone looking to install a sprinkler system to cont Hector at Imperial Irrigation and Lighting. The follow up that is included cant be beat.

I cannot overstate how wonderful this company is. Hector was able to come to our home on very short notice to assist with winterization of our 12-zone system.
