TruGreen Lawn Care in Sterling

I gave Joseph a 4 because I didn t see the granular fertilizer he put on my lawn. I barely see some. Could it be due to the fact that True Green didn t supply him enough fertilizer for my lawn or he was given a standard amount like one size fits all portion that caused him to minimize the coverage area ? I barely see the granular fertilizer in a lot of the areas. My vision is almost 20-20. That is my observation.

I ve used TruGreen for over three years. We did a lot of work to improve the drainage on the property, as well as multiple seasons of overseeding and fertilizer. Now I have an amazingly lush, green and weed free lawn and shrubs. Takes a few years for all of this stuff to work, but sooooo worth it!

The first couple technicians I purposely went out and talked to. They were knowledgeable, happy to give advice, polite, and presented themselves in a professional manner! As our service continued through the summer, I did catch a couple of technicians that arrived at my house and either worked on only the front lawn and not the back or did nothing at all, other than hang the service report on my door knob. When I called customer service to complain, I was told another tech would come out and perform the service application. That never happened for any of my service complaints. My wife and I both work from home and we have a dog. I knew when they arrived and I would keep an eye on them from inside my home. So I would see where on my property the techs would go and what they were doing. With the garage doors closed, the techs probably had no idea anyone was home.

The technician Kyle E. did a thorough job on my lawn today. He was polite, pleasant and customer oriented. Thank you! Hope Kyle will come back to take care of my lawn again.

They adjusted my service as I am growing some trees at the moment, so I want specific areas treated so that the trees can get established. Have had the service for a number of years and it is great!

The team showed up on time and were very polite. They moved my kids toys to the patio before starting treatment. When they were done with the backyard they made sure that the gate locked. This is our second full year with TruGreen. Before working with them my yard was mainly weeds and looked horrible no matter what I did. Now the lawn is a nice dark green with a random weed here or there. It really stands out compared to my neighbors yards. Still a work in progress but already looks totally transformed.

Ive had issues with Trugreens service reps for over a year. - I watched the service reps progress in their online tool as it came closer to my house. The online tool showed the truck stopped at a neighbors house, then when the truck pulled away I got a notice that my service was complete! - They rarely leave the Trugreen was here marker in the yard. - The online report always says they knocked on my door, or sorry I missed you but I heard no knock and saw no truck. - Basically, I think they are frequently servicing a neighbors yard and not mine or not providing any service to anyone.

They give a local number but it is transferred to corporate. When you reach customer service that rep cannot tell you who your local franchise operator is or give you their number. I put my account on hold after I saw the service tech running across my lawn as he applied the material. I was told my account was on hold but I returned from vacation to find they serviced my property I called for a refund but was told my account was not on hold -- even though there was a record of my call. Gross incompetence and mentality of senior leadership to prevent customers from being able to chat with the local office is bewildering. Pick another vendor!!!

I love TruGreen. All of their techs are pleasant and easy to talk with and TruGreen makes it so much easier to have a nice lawn with so much less physical work, for the same price. I previously spent so much money on weed control and fertilizer and worked so hard . My yard looks so much better now and I am putting maybe 25% of the work that I previously did, L still rake leaves and to dethatch the lawn.

I spoke with Dion and also the manager that came out a couple of days ago, I believe his name is Jeff. Jeff communicated what was supposed to be done to Dion. Jeff stated the aeration had not been set up yet, but he would let me know. Dion did a good job and was helpful and explained the service he was about to perform.

Gentleman was very nice. Rang doorbell to let me know he was here to do the lawn. My only concern was he didn t sign nor date the slip he left on the door.

I was inquiring about Mosquito control services for my property through the website and had a call scheduled. They were fine at first, answered my questions, etc. I was given the pricing and then a better price as for the summer. I mentioned that I would need to call back once I spoke with my partner. I was trying to explain that I could text him (since he was also shopping for the same service for our yard), when she curtly said, that she would email me the contract at full price since I wasnt going to make a decision today. She said, good day and hung up. Not a fan of these sales tactics and try my best not to work with companies that insist on these behaviors to get business. If this person I spoke with had given me just one minute to text my partner, I would have purchased. The product and price given were satisfactory. The sales process was not. Thats enough for me to look elsewhere.

Grass seeding a total failure

Omar Green did a superb job of doing an early Spring fertilization of the trees and bushes in my yard. - professional and thorough in doing his job and knowledgeable and well-spoken in answering my questions.

I added tree and shrub service to my TruGreen order last year when scale started invading Crape Myrtle trees. They use horticultural oil and other treatments to control insects and they fertilize the plants to keep them strong. I was really impressed by my technician who explained the whole cycle of treatment to me when she was there to do the fertilization. I also have them do the seeding/aeration/insect and weed control for our lawn. I just feel like I can count on them.

Professional technicians that arrive with all the equipment and supplies to efficiently apply treatment to lawns. Much better experience than other similar companies we have used in the area.

I signed up for TruGreen service. The representative knew I did not need service until July. I told him we had not moved into our home and would not be charged for anything. Shocking they came out to the new home, without notification to a house I did not own and sprayed it. I could not schedule anything in the app. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR A SERVICE DAY. NEVER CONFIRMED A SERVICE DAY. Never was notified they were coming. I will not be using them at all. In the end, they care about getting a customer and charging them.

Don t bother! Full of fake promises on scheduling with no follow-up. Tried on multiple occasions to have something scheduled. Supposed to happen in 7-10 days. A month later still nothing. Very quick to take your money, very slow to give it back after not providing any service.

Truegreen staff always communicate before and after each time they come. My grass is doing well.

They were on-time and let me know what they were spraying. Their customer service and app is excellent.

The company turned my lawn to much greener and better shape than before. They also miss some spots which hasn t improved. They should send a note, text or voice call before they come so you make your property accessible.

One of their drivers on Old Ox road was aggressive and rude. I was turning right at a light that had just turned red, within seconds the truck started honking at me. After I safely turned the truck peeled around me and a few others cars before swerving and cutting off another car to get to their exit. Not impressed and will never use this company.

The tech for my service appt showed up this morning, but upon him realizing that I wasnt at home, he decided that I didnt need a treatment. He walked around my backyard, killing time I suppose for a few minutes, before jumping back into his truck and printing a receipt for my door and putting a lawn sign down. Little does he know that I have several security camera and caught him not doing his job. As a loyal customer Im appalled that this was done. I paid for the year in advance and this is the kind of service I get?

Not a customer, but our neighbors are. The TruGreen truck will sit in front of our house and idle for extended amounts of time. Today they dumped all of their gear onto our lawn while unpacking and packing up. They dont respect the lawns of people that arent paying them. Not to mention them spreading chemicals on windy and rainy days.

Today I was at home and able to meet Mr Said B who performed very well and I saw him working front and back lawn so I found him an honest and excellent professional, and wish him success in his professional career.

I have been loyal customer of Tru-Green for years. They re terrific. So is the mosquito service. Keep it up guys.

We have used TruGreen for over 30 years for lawn care, tree and bush care, and recently for mosquito control. TruGreen is consistent, reliable and dependable.

This company is terrible. I used their lawn treatment and aeration/seeding service for a year. They would go months at a time without showing up and then would do two services in a week. I finally cancelled the service when they tried to come and seed my lawn in December when temperatures were already below freezing. Then, the following spring I look out my window and they are back treating my lawn again. The guy was here for 10 mins and didnt even go to my backyard but still charged me $100 for the visit. When I called and told them I had cancelled the service they said the best they could do was refund 50% of the cost. This company is pathetic. No one should ever use them. Edit: I just left this same review at Better Business Bureau and saw numerous other customers that had the exact same issue. Stay away from this company.

Trugreen is quite possibly the worst company I have dealt with in years. I started using Trugreen ten months ago and our lawn has never looked worse. We paid for the Tru complete lawn service and what little grass they seeded has come through in clumps, weed control has been non existent, and grass is missing where we used to have grass. You can call and complain but good luck getting anyone on the phone who is knowledgeable as to how to get a hold of a field manager. They take six days to return your call and when they finally have someone come out, he has no idea what service level we have or what treatments have been performed. Incompetent, uncaring, and very delayed responses even when you call repeatedly.

During this year they have been very bad with their timing. Scheduled services will be delayed to extent that they will cancel a service and just move on to the next. You only get 24h notice of when the next service will occur with no info regarding what that service covers. They canceled my aeration and over seeding without informing me. When I contacted them they mentioned that we are well into the cold season and those services have stopped, so they decided to cancel them without notifying me. If they had informed me, I could have found an alternative company to have it done

I dont know where to begin with how awful my experience with TruGreen has been. The person who signed me up put down an incorrect property square footage (short by about 26,000 square feet!), and as a result, a technician came out to my property without the proper equipment (a ride on or a tractor). I called in, and the Customer support agent assured me that she adjusted the square footage in the system. Well, she didnt, because another technician came out to the property, and just like the first one, did not have the proper equipment. I then asked for a Supervisor to call me, and that did not happen. At that point I realized this company could not care less about customer service or even basic communication, and quite frankly, I dont have an extra hour a day to continue to repeat myself to TruGreens customer service team. I finally called and asked for them to cancel my account, and refund me. They cancelled, but never actually started the process to refund me, which should have been intuitive, right? Wrong. I am now fighting for a refund, and calling TruGreen daily to demand it. My next step is declaring it as fraud on my credit card if it needs to come to that. Oh, and its been about two weeks, and still no call from a Supervisor.

I love Trugreen. They were Scotts before but have carried on a great tradition.

Awful customer service. You ll be calling a call center and you can never get in touch with your home service location. The area code will lead you to believe it s a local service but it s just a call center and the call center will try to tell you everything is fine when they have no idea what your lawn looks like. I received a voicemail from my complaint and they still couldn t give me a POC or direct line to a supervisor or regional manager. I just have to wait until they call me back before I can talk to someone. Canceling my service ASAP.

Ive used 1 year subscription service for lawn care & weed control. And it has been ended on June 2022. But they showed up on August 2022 and did that service without my agreement. Also they charged my creditcard without my permission. They just took money from my pocket!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never given any service bad review, but I cant be silent this time about my experience with truegree so to give other customers an alert. We dont deserve bad service and bad service support just because we have paid in full. This is our second year to use truegree. Last year they missed one service because they didnt perform service as scheduled so in December they still have 3 services left so they just did two almost at the same time. Upon the time of renewal I called and expressed my concern and agreed to try one more year. Even worse this year! They didnt come to provide any service between June and August until I called to schedule one. When I expressed concern about why they didnt schedule the service on time, they responded why I didnt call if I have concern! Now they scheduled over seeding service on Friday, we waited until late afternoon and no one showed up so I called in twice to see if they would come. Both times I was told they will come before 7pm, but they didnt. I called again on Saturday morning and I was told they will come before 12pm. We waited until 1pm and no one showed so I called again, I was told there is no service can be scheduled, and they will come next Tuesday. I called today Monday and they told me the service will be in next Month! I asked to talk to manager and the lady said no manager is not available and then just hang up. Worst customer service I have ever had. In addition, our lawn got much worse under their service and much more weeds now. Stay away from truegree!

Tru Green has done a horrible job treating my lawn. I reported an issue with weeds in Aug. 2022. Tru Green treated the weed problem. However, the grass never turned back green as I now have bald spots and brown spots. Tru Green came back out to property to treat lawn to help turn lawn back green. However, Tru Green applied more weed killer instead of the chemical to help the lawn turn back green. Please avoid this company. The customer service is also horrible. I requested that a Senior Tech come out to my property to assess the property and recommend a plan to turn lawn back green instead the sent the same Tech out with less than 2yrs of service. The treatment plan is just to spray chemicals when the plan may call for a different service or treatment plan. I would not recommend Tru Green. I plan on trying a different company in the spring.

TruGreen is dependable. They treat our lawn to make it near golf course quality in looks. Thx TruGreen.

My last service was conducted in July. Service was not being conducted by schedule. I called and was told a manager would contact me and I was given a service date. No one showed up and no call from a manager. I called again and was told a manager would follow-up, nothing heard. I called again, the representative told me service had been conducted. I told them it had NOT been conducted. I have a security camera that did not capture the visit, if it were conducted he would have crossed the path of the camera. They leave a placard on the lawn and a receipt in the door. I am done with TruGreen and have canceled my service. Now I am dealing with daily sales calls trying to bring me back. And still NO call from a manager. Good bye!

True Green did a spectacular job and did it Professionally

Many neighbors in my neighborhood use this service. Unfortunately my nextdoor neighbor used them today and the lawn technician blew a yards worth of leaves onto my yard, the sidewalk, and street. It is not my neighbors fault. I attempted to call two different customer service lines to get assistance. The customer service rep questioned me and said nobody had an account at the address. There was a guy in a trugreen shirt, driving a trugreen truck. I debated posting this because I do not like negative reviews on my account. But I feel like people should know. If you look in the pictures you can see a perfect straight line of where they blew the leaves in my yard and on the side walk and street. 0-10 do not recommend.

We signed up with trugreen lawn care service to be done every quarter (apparently the sales guy put it 7 service in a year) - but after servicing the lawn every 2 months they were 3 services short so decided to service all 3 in a month. One on Nov 5 and 2 on Nov 28 (one invoice for 2.13pm and another one for 2.14pm). This is a total fraud company - my mistake was to enroll in easy pay and they kept deducting the service charges. Never ever Ill sign up with Tru Green in my life.

LeMar Blanding, my specialist, was quick and detail oriented with his service.

Last year they sold me a service package for 1 year (a set of services) only on phone. They did not come frequently enough, the lawn care service was not effective with the weeds still being in equally bad condition. The next year they had the bravado to try to charge my card directly for a new service I did not sign up for. They did not do this in 2019, they seem to be heading towards bad practices by misusing customer trust. It is disappointing that what is being sold and agreed on phone is different from what they deliver and decide unilaterally to call as an agreement, without an agreement or authorization from me as a customer.

TruGreen has provided lawn service for us for few years. The main issue was that the pre emergent treatment always started very late. This year, they did first service on 3/8 after I call. Now my lawn has full of weeds.

Alex is a CON ARTIST--sold me a bill of goods and never showed up for a service. I know I am not the only one, as I have heard others in my area had the same happen today when I was at our community club house. I have been trying to cancel since I found out he was a fraud but my calls havent been returned. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! If he doesnt respond to this review, I will publicly post his phone number.

I had a terrible experience with TruGreen in Charlotte 15 years ago but thought Id give them a try again here in NoVA as its run from a different local office. It started off bad with a fall seeding that didnt include starter fert nor timed appropriately before the first freeze. The growth this spring was way worse than in the past 5 years when I did it myself. I got a free service to come back out this spring to reseed the many dirt patches still left from the botched fall seeding. The lady was semi rude on the phone warning me that they cant do broadleaf weed control or pre-emergent which I said was fine as I can spread tenacity and they can wait for a few cuts before doing broadleaf barricade. To my surprise, they showed up today for a free service where they were to lime one side of the yard they missed but they also treated with prodiamine pre-emergent and barricade...basically killing the grass seed they threw down a week ago. In fairness, their bushes/plants service seems pretty good and effective. Their lawn care is a total disaster. I would avoid and find a local company so that they care about the lawn as their own. They were cheaper than the local companies but clearly not worth it when you cant get results you expected.

I have upgraded my review from a 2 to a 4 because TruGreen did send very competent Technicians back out to complete the missed part of my yard. Please send James and /or Robert back to my yard next time. Previous Post: TruGreen techs not doing the entire yard on several occasions. The results when the products are applied are good. Unfortunately, the areas they miss go out of control. The only way I have found to monitor is to watch my security cameras. When I call, they do return, however it is up to me to manage their technicians.

I went online for a simple price quote, nothing more. I never asked to speak to anybody. Over the next 24 hours I was harassed with over a dozen automated calls to both my home and cell phones that sent me straight to a hold menu. The first one was at 8AM! I had to call 3 times to get them to delete my account and all my contact info. One woman responded to my distress by barking Thank you for your attitude!!. The calls kept coming so I had to block the number from all my devices. At the end of the day, I received a text message from another company rep, proving that my contact info was never removed, despite being told that it had. Stay away from these people; they will hound you worse than a car dealership!!

I was a happy customer of Trugreen for a few years. Then Trugreen decided they were only charging me enough to treat my front lawn, not the side and back lawn. I canceled my service today after paying them approximately 2K in the past year. Lawn Dr here we come.

This company has just shown complete and utter lack of respect for my property in Bristow va The pictures that you see are due to aeration, which I get, is a messy job But the mess that they left is completely unnecessary. We have Trick or treaters coming through here today so now I have to spend the Afternoon Pressure washing my sidewalk because its Sunday and of course theres no one there to call and ask them to come and help.. Extremely unprofessional. I used to tell my neighbors to use their service now Im gonna tell them to forget it

I paid ~$1600 in April of 2021 for Full Lawn Management including the most important aspect, Fall Aeration and Seeding. They never showed up, I had to call them in November once I realized it wasnt done. Then they tried to lie to me and tell me it would be fine to seed in November. I still have not received a full refund; DO NOT PREPAY for ANYTHING!

I have NEVER dealt with a company that lacked in customer service and care like this one. Once you say okay to their service, they could care less about you. At the beginning of the pandemic we were given a quote for our yard and now come to find out, (after 4 treatments) that only half of our yard was being treated because I just so happened to be home at the same time as the tech that day and he told me. The quote that I was given was per Google Earth for my square footage so how is this error of square footage my fault? Not to mention, if the cost was more I would NOT have signed up. I have called customer service THREE times since July 22nd trying to get this all straightened out and each time they tell me a local branch manager will be calling and I have yet to hear from one! This issue is on top of the TWO billing issues we had from the very start of our service with this joke of a company. I am done trying to get in touch with you. I am filing a complaint with the BBB for TruGreen (headquarters in TN) and writing a bad review wherever my voice can be heard. People need to know what a scam you people are.

I do not recommend TruGreen. I have a yearly contract. . My last service was June 18, 2020. I have not received the August/September treatment. I have called the service number 5 times in the last month to see when my application will be scheduled. Each time the representative states it will be applied in the nest few days or by the end of the week. This mornings phone call it was stated the treatment will applied September 28. Any recommendations of other lawn care companies would be greatly appreciated. TruGreen has been totally non responsive.

I echo the frustration of Mr. Kidwell below. I do not recommend TruGreen. I signed up for a yearly contract back in February. They advertised on their website and over the phone that their services would occur every 4-6 weeks. My services were constantly rescheduled and ultimately occurred 8 weeks, 6 weeks, and 8 weeks between the first and the fourth services. My last treatment was July 27 and i still have three services left, but i have been so irritated at the lack of reliability and customer service that i have cancelled the remaining three. (Im not even sure what they would expect to do now that its October). The most frustrating aspect is that i see TruGreen servicing my neighbors on a regular basis so whatever regional office i signed up through has certainly dropped the ball. Failure to fulfill contract obligations. Will be looking for another service for this fall and next year and will be actively discouraging my neighbors from rolling the dice with TruGreen.

They made our lawn look beautiful this year. The men who provided the services were very, very nice and I would recommend them to anyone who asks me about TruGreen.

They kept charging us double, we paid in full but they still sent us bills. I have tried for 3 months to clear it up, they said they would take off then they never do. It s a scam, they just hope eventually you will give up and pay. Never again.

Recently TruGreen treated my grass and trees and they really did good job in terms of the way spray in all my lawn area and trees. I was scared before signup due to many negative reviews but I thought let me try on treatment basis and if I satisfy with service then go for pay in advance options to save some money. So far so my grass and trees looks good and hopefully my grass will be green as they promised.

Not as I expected, called few times to follow up on the lawn issue but no one responded but someone finally picked the service request and nothing has been done as a follow-up. Very disappointed.

So far this season I have had just one treatment. yes just one! and my lawn looks great. This stuff really works. I am very, very pleased and cant wait to see how the grass looks later on in the season.

So far so good! Theyve been out for 2 treatments so far and the lawn looks lush and green and very few weeds. The few weeds I do see, I requested they come out to spot treat (no extra charge from TruGreen) so they should be slowing dying in the next 2 weeks. I also like that they have the same Tech treating my lawn so that hes very familiar with my grass and can track the progress. It also helps to build my relationship with TruGreen if Im working with the same person. Lastly, they offered me the best price of all the lawn companies I contacted.

these guys are professional, prompt and complete in their service. It rained after a treatment, I called them and they came right back to reapply treatment, no questions asked.

Paul was on time, efficient and friendly. This is the first time I have tried TRUGREEN for my irrigation system maintenance.

TruGreen explained all their plans very thoroughly. Man who applies my service is very informative what he is going to apply each time, and asks me if there is any questions. TruGreen also let me set up the applications to fit my needs

Called multiple times, and took three weeks to for the service manager to call me back. They billed me without anyone showing up. (Fraud) They are lazy and don t spray your whole yard for fertilizer and weedkiller. Don t give these people an ounce of your business. Go with a company that actually knows how to take care of a yard without watching them like hawks.

If you call them any time with a question or concern about your lawn, their customer service people will schedule a technician to come to your house, conduct a survey and give you a complete expert analyses and suggestions for improving lawn in writing. TruGreen provides this service FREE of Charge.

We have had this service over 5 years. Always pay up front but have to call EVERY time to get the service I paid for Ask for a supervisor they never callback IAfter 6 calls and have not received my service again I finally quit this incompetent company.

This service is terrible. If they did anything to my yard, they made it worse. I had a lawn care service prior to using TruGreen and my lawn was perfect. I switched to TruGreen to try to save money and I completely regret the decision. Theyre are weeds popping up in my lawn, and there are brown patches everywhere. The last service they gave me they left a note on my door saying that I should expect brown patches in my lawn because of the weather. I have a sprinkler system and Im literally paying them to keep my lawn green and weed free and they did the exact opposite.

I have seen mosquito & gotten 2 bites this month in my back yard. Customer service is excellent.

The guys that come out to do the yard a fine. But my yard does not look any better after 4 months of service. Theyve sprayed about 6 times and no better. May soon end my service

Absolutely terrible customer service and company as a whole. I was ver charged and they refused to correct the problem. Trugreen refused to adhere to the contracted price, and were unable to refund the difference that I was over charged. Buyer beware of the scams this company is accustomed too.

Caroline was very friendly and efficient! She explained that she couldnt spray the flowers because of the bees. Based on this experience I think Ill sign up for more services. :)

Terrible customer service. I called three times and the said yes yes they would come to do lawn application but nobody shows all three times.

Unfortunately I had to cancel service before it even started. I called TruGreen to set up service at my home in Centreville. The options were a bit confusing but nonetheless I was able to get service set up. THey told me id have an online account and id be able to track services etc. I was a bit skeptical because i had seen some negative reviews on the customer service side but decided to give it a go anyway (my mistake). The following day after signing up i was called twice at different times of the day by TruGreen reps asking why I didnt sign up?? both apologized after they realized i already had. The following week when i had my initial service scheduled they cancelled and never called me to say so. I called and they seemed very unorganized. Long story short, it seems very disorganized. I went with another service that has been noting but fabulous (for half the price) and great reviews. Just to many red flags early on for me to take a chance.

Brought my lawn back from being almost 100% weeds to lush, thick green grass.

Wow! If I could tell you to run as fast as you can away from this company, I would. I have used their services since October of last year when we purchased a new home. Every month they came to fertilizer and treat the weeds. So we expected a beautiful lawn by May. Not! In April we had a lawn full of weeds. The weeds were so bad that they attacked our trees. I called and told them that we needed another treatment for weeds immediately as I was not happy with the outcome of their services. They came and treated again. I ended up with a dead grass pattern like a snake and crop circles through my grass! Contacted customer service who passed me on to the manager. Three days later I get a call from the service manager, when I asked to speak to the general manger he told me there was nobody else..He told me that he would send his tech out to look at it. Never came..Called coporate in TN, spoke with a young man I thought would assist me. He told me the genral manager would call..No again no call, then sometech from Lawn Doctor came by said yes the lawn is dead, has no idea why but will be back to reseed. Received a call that were to come by on Saturday, waited all day for them...No Show...Called again, received the run a round again. Horibble service, Horrible customer relations...Now I have a crop circle in the middle of my lawn and several snake patterns as well..

I think you have done an excellent job with my lawn for 3 years now. I have some ground ivory growing and Im hoping someone will come up with a solution to it. If I could give -5 stars I would. I let myself be duped into buying their tru lawn maintenance service. I prepaid 396.00. We had just had sod laid in March of this year. Our neighbors lawn is made up of creeping Charlie front and back. It was coming into our yard and that was my only complaint. My sod was beautiful, lush and green. I expressed my concerns to the rep about them taking care to not damage my sod. WELL fast forward exactly two weeks and 2 days from the initial application and my sod appears to be dying. It is not for lack of watering as it gets watered twice a day, morning and evening. My soil was tested and balanced right before the sod was laid. I am mad as hell because not only am I seeing a disaster happening before my eyes, no one there seems to care. The guy that sold me the maintenance plan is now to busy to keep his promises to inspect my concerns. The supervisor was supposedly sent a message to contact me, hasnt happened. The one thing they dont know is I am not going to go away. I am giving them 1 more day and then an in person visit is going to happen and they can rest assured if I have to go to them they will wish they never had me as a customer. We didnt lay out 5000.00 for them to seek and destroy. NOT GONNA HAPPEN

TruGreen is a terrific lawn care company. All of their personnel from my technician, Carl, to the folks who answer the phone are courteous and professional.An added plus: my lawn never looked better.

I find the specialist to be informative and ready to answer any questions, On the last visit to do the trees and shrubs I questioned Jason I believe about an area that I thought should have been treated. He informed me in a very professional manner that there were bees and butterfiles polliinating the area and it could not be treated. We were not at home for the last lawn treatment but all seems to have gone well.as caution signs were in place.

Multiple Calls, impossible to reach service manager, took 4 weeks to address a lawn problem.

Charged me for a visit that never happened. When I asked to see service invoice they could not produce it and said they would call me back. Never called me and sent my bill to collections agency. Have been a loyal customer for many years. No more. Advice: Go to a local company that actually cares about its customers.
