Service was ok, office staff rude/difficult to deal with and not much improvement in landscape after several years. Not worth the money and all the extra add on services, its freaking simply grass and shouldn't have to be a chemist to ensure it is good. Cancelled services as not worth the money, as some of my neighbors pointed out all the extra "ph" and "soil" tests and "winterzation", etc etc are just extra fees basically with little to no science behind them.

We've been long time customers and I wanted to note the professionalism and courtesy of Troy and the team that came out recently. Thinking they may not arrive 'til later in the morning, I went out early to mow the lawn, but didn't finish before they arrived. They graciously allowed me time to finish while they went to another site nearby. When they returned, I thanked them and noted in the backyard there was an area near our deck where the ground was very squishy (sump pump discharge area) and despite switching from my riding mower to the push mower, I left some tracks. I said it was okay if they didn't treat that area with their equipment, but they said they could still apply the treatment by hand. I really appreciated the work around as simple courtesies say a lot about overall customer service. Lastly, it was a long hot and dry summer, but as our lawn has started to turn green again, we can see a noticeable and positive difference between ours and neighbors who are serviced by other companies. We're very pleased with the overall service and natural methods y'all use. Thank you.

They lied about being natural. They spray glyphosate, total conmen. Nothing natural about this company stay far away

They are not natural do not believe their website. They spray with herbicides yet the whole premise of their site is they are natural. I am immune compromised and they are spraying destructive herbicides in my yard. They spray forever chemicals. This company is total liars and I do not recommend. Quin way the weed control they use is banned in Europe it stays in your yard and poisened you and your animals. Absolutely disgusting liars

We have been using NaturaLawn for two years now. We signed up because our lawn was full of weeds and some dead spots. Because we have a dog and I am opposed to the use of dangerous chemicals, I reached out to this company and we signed a contract for lawn care as well as the tick program. They assess several nutrients in your lawn/soil and amend as needed. Overseeding is also done. After a year, I say wholeheartedly that our lawn looks amazing now. Weeds are minimal and it is greener and thicker. Customer care is great-we always get an email about when they are coming out and what they will be doing. That allows me to keep my eyes peeled and let my dog out before they do their treatment (often you have to wait an hour or so to products to dry). A few weeks ago we learned they are now offering a mosquito treatment program (also with essential oils-no harmful chemicals), which we signed up for. It’s too early to tell if that helps, but we were willing to give it a go. I highly recommend this company if you are needing help with the quality of your lawn. The employees are friendly and the lawn service actually works, and without harmful chemicals. The center photo was prior to our first mow this Spring; the left is after the first mow; the last, full view after a Spring mow. Small spots near side-walk are urine burned area, which we are not targeting for special treatment.

Incredible results and wonderful people to work with! When I first contacted NaturaLawn I had a lawn that was patchy, dead in several areas, and we were trying to decide whether to replace the entire yard. The crew from NaturaLawn were great to work with! After several applications, reseeding, composting, the lawn was already starting to look so much better. Years later, you would never realize it was the same lawn. Our grass looks lush and we rarely have weeds. The team is always on top of putting the correct applications down, and we also have the Tick treatment that has worked wonders! The customer service is wonderful, they always respond promptly, are very professional, and are great about communicating upcoming treatments.

I wanted a lawn service that used natural products. Our yard was a mess with no lawn care, other than mowing, since 2020. Just one treatment, and we could see the difference, and I love the use of products that are as natural as possible. Also, the people are so friendly, polite and knowledgeable.
