I have been very happy with their service. Spring cleanup was amazing and weekly mowings kept my yard looking great all season. I use them for everything, irrigation, mowing, grass feeding, spring and fall cleanup and mowing. I HIGHLY recommend using Campbell Lawn and Irrigation.

Campell Landscaping is amazing. Their crews were out blowing and raking mountains of leaves to their specialized trucks all day in our community. They deserve a five for the work but almost lost a point for arriving too early in the day -- the leaf blowers are extremely noisy and need to be replaced by another method. However, given they were here until dusk, the extreme leaf demands probably made an early arrival necessary. Vote for Cambell Lawn & Irrigation :)

My experience with my most recent service was disappointing and didn t meet my expectations for standard lawn care and irrigation systems service. Past years service has been up to par however the service technician for this year has been awful. My caps for my electrical system was not secured, my primary valve system was still attached, now this is the component that needs to be detached from the system and taken out of the cold weather for the winter months. He failed to complete the winterization of my irrigation system. So, I called have them send a technician back out to do the job right. No stars

Campbell Lawn & Irrigation installed 7 different irrigation zones for us yesterday. The quality of Balbino team of Jose, Wilfredo and Mauricio was excellent. They arrived early and attention to detail was evident as they removed all of our grass in the trenches and then replaced the grass making it hard to notice that the grass has been disturbed. I cant thank Campbell Lawn & Irrigation enough for such a quality service.

I used Campbell Lawn and Irrigation out of a need this year. We usually do our own lawn care. I was pleased with the office that set up the service, how billing and payments were done. So very easy. The best was the wonderful and dependable job the landscapers did. Every Monday I got service, the lawn looked great, and this was followed up by an email to confirm service was provided. So simple. The office staff was prompt and professional. Kind and quick to work with my needs. I would highly recommend Campbell Lawn and Irrigation.

I had Campbell specify and install a 12 zone irrigation system at my home. They showed up on time, did a neat job on all the plumbing, used large piping in the main lines, and replaced the sod where they dug to replace lines. The install crew did ½ acre start to finish in 2 days. Johnny did all the programming on the watering schedule and walked me through the setup, how to adjust, how to use both the controller and the iPhone App. I was impressed.

Find another Lawn care company. Very unethical company, and will charge you for services they did not do.

Good service good quality good communication and great job !

Mediocre workmanship, exorbitant pricing!! They wanted to charge us over $700 for a replacement irrigation main valve, which I bought the exact same unit for about $75 bucks. We had them add a zone to our existing system for a garden bed, which was a new valve ($35 buck retail) and about 20 feet of water line installed and wanted $1000 dollars. It took two men two hours to install. I complained and they lowered it to $800. Their pricing is NOT transparent, and the nicer neighborhood you live in the more they charge. Premium pricing for mediocre work, and their markup on components is astronomical. Arrogant also if you DARE complain about their awful pricing scheme.

Don t think twice; these guys are great for mowing, lawn care, and irrigation. Here is what is particularly great: They seem like they are a big enough business in terms of having enough teams to get to you quickly when you need it, but their extremely responsive communication leaves you feeling like it s a very small business where you re their only customer. We had a lawn application applied to our lawn on 6/21/24. The 2 guys who did the work were quick, efficient, and friendly.

I am happy to see many good reviews about Campbell Irrigation, however this one is not going to go so well. I will also preface this by saying I have posted very few reviews and they all have been positive. I am a landscape professional and hired Campbells a few years ago to maintain the irrigation on my personal property. So far this year, they have made a minimum of four visits, with each one scheduled only after begging their office and Taylor with calls and texts. I even turned them on to a client of mine, hoping they would provide good service to my client and start proving me with some better service, however that was also a failure. I have been without irrigation on my lawn for the entire Spring, and what was a beautiful and healthy lawn, is now a burned out mess as of the end of June. After investing thousands of dollars with Campbells, and having no functioning irrigation, I called in another irrigation company, in which the owner promptly scheduled a service visit and sent two irrigation techs. Within fifteen minutes of their arrival, the issues were diagnosed, and within another fifteen minutes, repairs were made and my irrigation was up and running. Then to my surprise, the owner of that company called me to ensure my satisfaction! A personal message to Taylor, Colby, and Staff, do not try to respond to this review with an apology, excuses, or any kind of spin, but maybe put your efforts into providing your clients with better service!

I found Campbell in searching for a firm that could both install a new irrigation system and help get a new lawn in shape. Their price was right in the range that I was expecting. The team came and got us up and running in one day - used the best materiel - controller, sprinkler heads. The had to dig through many inches of clay and rocks but when done they did a superb job of putting what they had to tear up back in place, swept and cleaned up the work area. Very pleased. Next I used them to aerate the lawn, overhead and do a compost top coat. Kaitlin in the office is super responsive.

My personal experience with this company has been excellent. The company has helped me have a beautiful lawn in last few years. This year has been a bummer due to geese invading. The company has still worked with me as I try to figure how to handle the geese. The main thing I want to note is how responsive the company has been to my needs.

Three years ago, we had THE worse yard in our community. Campbell came in and installed a sprinkler system, re-sodded our contaminated yard, and put us on a plan to receive fertilizer and aeration treatments. We now have one of the most beautiful yards year-round.

Camping Lawn and Irrigation company has been mowing my lawn for a little over a year. They are very professional and notify me with emails about when this service has been completed. I used them this season for the first time to trim shrubbery and place fresh mulch. I was very pleased with this service as well and they did a very thorough cleanup. They are easy to work with and address any concerns I have via email very quickly. They are so much better to work with than the last two companies I had to mow my lawn. Campbell Lawn & Irrigation came out today and did a fantastic job with our front yard. They completed seasonal pruning, edging of garden beds, application of pre-emergent underneath the mulch, and mulched the garden beds with premium double shredded hardwood mulch. Taylor was very easy to communicate with throughout the process. They were originally scheduled to come either Tuesday or Wednesday this week but ended up arriving today instead and did a very quick and thorough job. Our front yard looks so much better now. Highly recommend their services!

First visit from Campbell Lawn and Irrigation. They were able to make an appointment for me quickly. The technician was right in the middle of the time window, was very friendly and knowledgeable, troubleshooting issues as her reviewed my irrigation system.

I recommend not using anybody but Campbells! We have used them multiple times over the past several years, each time more impressed with the last time at their responsiveness, work quality, and a fair price. We recently had Willy (shout out to him!!) come out to locate a irrigation leak in the yard that was caused by another landscaping company - 3hrs later the leak was found in a main feeder line which was located under a new french drain (that the other company put in!). Once this leak was found, Willy put everything back together, cleaned up the lawn, tested the system, and went to his next call. Thank you Campbells and Willy for the exceptional work! Seriously...call these guys if you need work.

Gilmar and Arlin came out to turn on my irrigation system today. They were very professional and friendly. They noticed a few of my sprinkler heads weren t reaching the right areas. They explained what changes they could make and said they could do it all today. They took the extra time to dig, change and replace these 3 heads. They went above and beyond and did more work than what was scheduled for my appointment. I really appreciate their extra time and extra attention to detail!! This is an update to my last review. After using this company for a few years my lawn is being taken over by Bermuda grass and no one has helped or offered a plan of attach to fix this. I use the company for lawn treatment and the sprinkler system they installed for me. They ver the last few weeks customer service seems to be the last priority for them. To a point of today I canceled all my services with them and I m now looking for another company. Example, I had a scheduled sprinkler turn on for this week at 1:30, my name and addresses entered into a link they sent me. My wife stayed home all day to meet the tech. He showed up at 5:05pm when my wife was picking up the kids from school. Not at any point did we get a call to tell us he was running late or at our house. I emailed and call the office. Only to be told on the phone oh someone emailed you back (didn t see this email as it went to junk) so you ll need to just respond to the email you told me you didn t get. When I open the email It read, this was my fault as I put the order in the wrong coverage area (many weeks earlier by the way). I emailed back stating I don t see how this was my fault and why didn t I get a call. I asked when someone can come back out and 24 hours later no response. I works for a very large company that works in customer service and this is not how a quality company should be responding to people. Follow up. I got a call from Kaitlin Gruley at Campbells and not only was she responsive and easy to talk to. She made it her mission to check into all my communication with the company, the problems I d had and set up training for her staff to prevent this happing again. Kaitlin followed up with two calls and has staff coming out first thing tomorrow to turn my system on, check for future work I need and to give my lawn an evaluation. In a world where customer service is fleeting Kaitlin s actions and responses to me and my situation are more than enough for me to keep using Campbells services.

Waited over a year before posting this review just to be certain. As you can see for yourself in the photos, there is a significant difference in my lawn, which is treated by CL&I, and the neighboring lawns, which are not. Aside from a healthier lawn, their rates are reasonable and their communication is excellent.

They have exceeded expectations. Their service and quality are great, as well as ideas for garden enhancements and improvements over time. I think the menu of options for year-round maintenance is great and they make it easy to select yard options, scheduling irrigation turn on and winterizing, as well as very responsive when sending them and email or placing a phone call. They also installed my outdoor LED tree and house lights! Phenomenal! Im not sure why every home doesnt have LED tree lights...they add value to the home and do not increase the electric bill much at all.

What a wonderful experience working with Campbell Lawn and Irrigation. They came right on time and started right away to install my irrigation system. Unfortunately it took them much longer to find the main water pipe and they had to dig for 9 hours before finding it. They were at my house for over 12 hours until they finished the job and throughout it all they had such a great attitude. I felt sorry for them working so hard in the hot sun but they kept going. Let alone does Campbell share recommendations with the home owner (pressure free mind you), once you confirm what services you want, they schedule and they communicate. An email or two well in advance, an email the day before/morning of the service, and an email when the job is complete. Oh yeah, theyre also good dealing with weather delays. ....not to mention several neighbors have complimented me on how well my lawn looks. ...okay, one minor complaint - - I now have to cut my lawn more often ;-)

I ve been through many lawn companies and no one has been as professional and personable as Campbells. Their prices are fair, they show up when they say they do, and their office and on-site crews are friendly. I wouldn t let any other company care for my 30 acre business. They also installed a large irrigation system for us and explained everything so well as we were newbies at it. Nice to know there are still good companies out there with ethics. The owners are hard to tell apart but they are both great! I like supporting a local family-owned company too!

The crew was short handed that day, but worked diligently to complete the system within 1.5 days in a professional manner. The yard was restored to full turf after trenching. The smart system operates off wi-fi and automatically adjusts watering to conclude by sunrise. It also gathers multi-point weather data and self-cancels watering if rain is forecasted. Great local business, and glad to support.

Weeds that were treated supposedly still were there. Unapologetic. Lied and said they did not spray anything down that day, then when we said it s on our security cameras that the guys did, it was word salad with them and backtracking. They actually wanted us to spend 100s of dollars more fixing what they did. Thought they were trustworthy and from our experience and how it was handled, we feel they are not. With as many other lawn companies out there it will not be hard to find someone else. Pictures are worth a 1000 words. Very disappointed. I was also a little annoyed that the sod they installed earlier this year was uneven and did not match and looked that way for a while. Minor thing but still annoyed. As much as it costs it should be uniformed. See last two pics to see the same backyard with different looking sod placed in it. *** Update*** So Taylor texted (no phone call) my husband offering to provide aeration services for the fall if the negative review was taken down. First, still no apology or ownership of what happened to our lawn and secondly no phone call to discuss just that text which to me is insulting and very impersonal. Also, this is my review not my husband s (even though we both agree with said review) so one would think that Taylor would ask my husband for my contact information or a way to get in touch with me to discuss because my husband has no sway in what I think and write. Those actions and points I bring up, in my opinion, are poor business practices. Those things and just showing up to do work without calls and timeframes just are enough to walk away. I will not take down a review that is true and accurate to me as that does a disservice to people who rely on reviews when hiring a business, be it good or bad experiences. Last update and response to the business: When someone says they will do something (we can offer you this service ) which after reading the text again, it wasn t offered for no charge so there s that. Confused there. Also directly following we can offer (free?) aeration and seeding but btw can we talk about you taking down that review . How is anyone supposed to take that any other way? I don t accept we are sorry that was your experience or you feel that way non apologies either. There was no confusion the day of service. They claimed they didn t spray and security video footage showed they did and still denied it after they were made aware that our cameras showed otherwise. Even after that was said there was no acknowledgment of fault. In my opinion a trustworthy company owns up to their mistakes and doesn t make excuses or get their customer to pay even more to fix their mistakes. They literally said we can pay hundreds more for more services ( not the aeration and overseeding but some other services ) to fix the damaged lawn. That s what your people said to my husband. It is what it is, everything I have stated is truthful and accurate, therefore the review remains. I could take down all the words in this review and leave the pictures, as pictures are worth 1000 words and I could just as easily get my points across with two words: BEFORE and AFTER. I wish everyone well and good luck. I will not be responding after this as I was just addressing the response from the business to clarify some things. We have moved on.

My yard is looking great after my 1st year of having Campbells fertilize, aerate, overseed, and compost. I have them doing the same thing now to help enrich our terrible clay soil. When my regular mowing guy could not make it to my house as scheduled before getting my aeration, overseeding, and composting, Campbells came to my rescue. They arranged to mow my yard so I could get my service and it would be most effective. They definitely went above and beyond for me! Campbell s offered the best product (Rachio controller), the best price, and a completely professional service experience. I had forgotten to mention the presence of underground run-offs and French drains in our back yard, but no worries the Campbell s team had already carefully looked out for, found and routed the irrigation piping around everything! Taylor did a good job of helping us work through the system options. His team were timely, professional and efficient. The entire system was installed within one day. One month later there are virtually no traces of their major trenching (all done by hand to protect our sloping yards turf), and their highly automated system is operating flawlessly. Unlike Affordable Lawn Care, Campbell gave me a quote without a fee ($120 for Affordale Lawn Care). The price was reasonable and the work was outstanding quality. They gave me some recommendations that I could do myself, such as installing the Rachio 3 controller. Bottom line....while they were a bit slow to get the quote to me, they accomplished the work exactly when they said they would and did an amazing quality job. I definitely recommend them over the extortion of other companies like Affordable Lawn Care.

Pros: Responsive customer service. This year when they started to mow my loan - they moved some of the items in my yard out of the way to do a better job - I do appreciate that a lot! I get notifications when lawn moving was complete and when something coming up like: aerating or over seeding. I believe for the money we pay they do excellent job and every year I can see that my grass is looking better and better. The only thing I wish for them to have is mowing service every other week vs weekly.

We had them come out to turn on the system for the season and do a few repairs. one of the repairs involved a leaky valve which was put in last summer and unfortunately it continued to leak and it was difficult to pinpoint the location. The technician was superb in that he continued to expand the work space and ultimately found the leak and implemented a complete repair. They have been professional throughout this experience and it is why I continue to use them repeatedly.

Campbells did All of our lawn maintenance for seven years. I may be biased but I believe my yard was one of the prettiest in the neighborhood. They performed all services on time and when scheduled. They were always responsive to our requests. They provide a great insight on landscaping and what would look good where. If I hadn t move so far away I would still be using them.

It s not often I have the opportunity to get excited and boast about a product at the same time. But today is the day. FYI I have had Rain Bird irritation controllers for years up until now. I started having issues with my ESP-Me controller I believe it s possessed and it s sole purpose was to tick me off a couple times a month. It would come on at various times even though it was programmed specifically for certain day(s). Sorta made me want to used it as target practice. A month or so ago Taylor (Campbell Lawn & Irrigation) told me about a new controller Rachio. He explained the pro s of the device saying as a Smart controller you controlled its functions from your phone. Long story short I was a little skeptical a controller with no knobs or buttons to play with, naw can t be right. So I got the Rachio3. It had to be better than my possessed RainBird. It was easy to install less than 40 minutes with some guidance from Taylor. I have had it now going on 3 weeks all I can say is hallelujah and shut the front door. This fricking thing is absolutely amazing. Easy setup this device is better than Siri. On activation day I got a message from the controller when started and another one when it stopped giving me the total run time in minutes. As it has its own weather station, a feed from local weather channels via WiFi I got a report saying my scheduled watering day had been skipped as it had rained overnight. Even more amazing it gave the estimated amount of water saved which was almost 2000 gallons. Thank you Taylor and Colby for making a difference. So if you are having issues with your old controller or have a compelling need to up grade and save some bucks on watering contact Colby or Taylor at Campbell Lawn & Irrigation and ask about the Rachio3 they will make you happy you won t regret it.

After going through many lawn services who torn up our lawn (fairly steep hillside) because they race through with the big big mowers we followed some advice and switched to Campbells. They take great care and go slow and easy, sometimes breaking out the old push mower to make sure our yard always looked great. And for a price better then the others. Plus they ve taken care of our irrigation system, digging around tree roots to fix a broken line so not to injure the tree. The office is always super friendly and helpful. Wish I knew about them years ago but from here out out, if anyone asks, Campbell is absolutely the answer!

First off, Gilmar of the admin office is efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and responds in a timely manner. The staff that comes to cut our grass does a very good job without unnecessary interruptions. The yard looks very nice after each job.

Campbell has been top notch from day one. I recently had a sprinkler system install at our new home and it was extremely stress free. Once I signed the estimate, the only other thing i had to do was let them into my house to connect to the water line, and hand the buy the check. The system they Installed is extremely easy to use, and does all the work for me. I could not recommend Campbell enough!

Five Stars!!!! Im glad I found Campbell Lawn & Irrigation!! After many attempts with national lawn companies I contacted Campbell after my neighbors recommendation. Taylor (one of the owners) came out to survey and assess our lawn conditions, he pointed out our mowing company was mowing too short and it was putting a lot of stress on the lawn especially in the summer months. He recommended mowing higher, and watering 3-4 times a week throughout July & August to enhance growth and green up! After the assessment I felt confident in switching to a company that only focuses on the lawn. (mowing, fertilization, & irrigation services) After two months with Campbell my lawn looks a lot better, no more weeds, and the mowing is on time every week. IRRIGATION SYSTEM INSTALL!!! I was referred to Campbell Lawn and Irrigation by a neighbor that had used them for years. I had a consultation with Colby who was very friendly, helpful and professional in explaining what needed to be done and how they would install the system. In addition to an irrigation system I also had them install a drainage pipe for one gutter spout and sump pump (combined). After initial consultation they worked with my timeline to schedule installation. Install ended up being during COVID-19. Campbell was able to adapt through this crisis and protect their workers & myself while continuing to deliver a top notch installation/product. The installation team was friendly and worked very hard. Attached picture during installation. I decided to have the Rachio controller installed in my basement near WiFi access point in order to ensure it would receive best WiFi signal as opposed to garage. Campbell was very flexible in making this adjustment to ensure I was 100% satisfied. After a couple days of having the system installed I noticed some coverage issues. I called Colby and he had his technician Marwin come out to adjust the sprinklers. Marwin was patient, detailed and professional in working with me to make adjustments to ensure I was happy with the coverage. I am extremely pleased with my new system and enjoying working with the user friendly Rachio app. I have hired Campbell moving forward for mowing and lawn care. I enjoy supporting a local company owned by two local brothers that take pride in their company, work and community. Cheers to a greener lawn and trying to keep up with the Joneses (damn neighbors yard looks like Augusta).

Campbell s has been helping me for years now since I moved into my house with an irrigation system and no idea how to use it. They are always quick to answer any questions I have and happy to help with any problems that arise. When they come out for turn on/off service they do a full system check and give me recommendations on things that need attention but don t pressure any sort of repairs. They have excellent customer service and appointments are easy to book and they always show up on time.

We have been with Taylor and Colby since they started their business 10 years ago. Their lawn care program provides excellent results. We often receive compliments about how nice the lawn looks. Each Spring they clean and mulch our flower beds and add new flowers. Again this year, everything looks great.

I had Campbell Lawn & Irrigation install an irrigation system in our yard. I by chance ran into them via Instagram after already getting a quote from a different company. My total yard is about 10,000 sq foot of grass so it was a lot of work to do in one day. These guys absolutely knocked it out. The irrigation team came around 7:30 am and literally hit the ground running. Although they were a bit higher in price vs what the other company quoted, their quality and professionalism is what you are paying for TRUST ME. They use a ditch witch to install your irrigation system vs digging trenches so this helps the grass heal quicker. The workers came out and literally worked every min until lunch, had lunch out in the yard, and back at it. Completed in one day! The tech that came to give the quote is very friendly and knowledgeable. They do not up sell you on anything, just give you options if you do this you get that but you can do this and get that instead. He answered all my questions calibrated every sprinkler head and gives you a detailed rundown of your system. Hands down quality and service. Worth it.

I hired Campbell team after a few frustrating years with TruGreen. Taylor the owner came out to complete a lawn assessment and he put together a plan to revitalize my lawn. Following that, Colby and his team installed an irrigation system in the spring of 2020 with a customized app and lawn program that is accessible by my phone (very cool). It s now the end of October, I waited this long to post this to see if the results would truly be as they advertised, and I am happy to report that have been. In my experience, they are WAY better than the large corporate companies that seem to just care about signing you up for long term contracts and monthly billings with no results, just a bill and a notice that someone stopped by which aided no results. I m really pleased with the entire Campbell team and staff and I will continue to refer my neighbors when they ask. All around a Great lawn and irrigation company!!

We have used Campbell Lawn Services for many years. I used to do the lawn myself, but when they started doing a neighbors lawn, it made mine look so bad , my wife started to complain about it. When my job sent me out of town for the summer, I told her to hire someone to cut the grass. By the time I got back in September, I could hardly recognize my own yard. It never looked as green and as manicured. She had the garden mulched, and Taylor Campbell helped her with advice on caring for our roses, and recommended other plants that accentuated our home beautifully. The bottom line is I recommend Taylor Lawn & Irrigation so highly that I got rid of my lawnmower, feed/seed buggy, and a ton of chemicals that filled my garage and made it stink. There are better ways to spend your weekend.

They were not reliable on contracted quarterly items. We (HOA) had to track them down to do quarterly contracted items. When we called to verify/ask when the next service would be done, they said they were terminating service with our neighborhood. No notice and so far no reason.

I needed to have my backflow preventer replace, and I have called at least 6 irrigation companies and explained to them I just spent fortune laying sods down on my 3/4 acre lot and did not want them to die. Everyone one of these companies said the earliest they can come to my place was in the second week May 2018 and to top it off, they were quoting an exorbitant fee for their service. I called Campbell Lawn & Irrigation and spoken with Taylor (co-owner) and he was able to get me on the schedule, and only 2 days after I called their company, Colby (the other co-owner) came by and did a beautiful job of replacing my defective backflow preventer and charge me a very fair price :-). If you ever need your in-ground sprinkler system repair/service, dont waste your time calling anyone else, call Campbell Lawn & Irrigation. They will do a super job, and charge you a very fair price. Icing on the cake was, they had wonderful professional attitude and a very pleasant personality.
