Total Lawn Care & Landscape in Sterling

I called end of September as it was supposed to freeze for a blow out on my lines. He showed up and tried my small air compressor which did not work. He said he’d get his air compressor and be right back and I waited all Friday afternoon and he never showed up again. I called several times. No answers. No return calls to my multiple messages. I continued to call over the next many days. No answer. No return calls. Never showed. Never got a bill…until THREE MONTHS LATER full price for work that was never done for closing out my lines. With a “past due” stamped on it when I never got any prior bills. Again I called over and over no answer. No return calls. I don’t get it. I asked for a return call as I was glad to pay for him coming out but not for the completed work he never did. No return calls so I wrote them what happened and said I’m not paying it and again asked for a call and gave my number again. No response at all. Now I get a notice from a collection agency. They tell me to send it in writing. I notified her I did already to the company. That they never completed the work. Never sent the bill on time. Never returned many calls. I did everything I could to make this right. The company did nothing. I am now reporting to the attorney general and BBB for fraud. And to the city and county for fraud. This is no way to behave. I tried many times to reach out and no one wanted to admit their mistake or just talk reasonably. I never left an angry message just a request to talk about this and make it right. I strongly advise not to work with a company that charges for work they don’t do, doesn’t bill timely (so maybe forgot that they failed to return to do the work) and refuse to talk to the consumer when they call to discuss and offer to pay the trip fee at least. At least be adult enough to admit when you make mistakes. We all do. It’s how you handle the mistakes that count. Don’t charge for work you never returned to do and don’t send it to collections when you didn’t do the work. Not all of us are going to stand for being mistreated. Some of us are very educated and know our rights and the law. Really astonishing behavior. Responding to his response. He did not show up that day as I was home waiting the whole time. I called many times that day and the next few days as stated. No one left a note no one called me and no one returned messages I left. No one sent an invoice until end of December. I check my mail daily. I pay my bills on time. I go to work. I have college degrees and a real job. There is no evidence of him returning and he did not return to do the work. Because I was there waiting all day. The FIRST BILL I RECEIVED WAS END OF DECEMBER FOR WORK NOT DONE. I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES TO DISCUSS CALMLY AND POLITELY. NO ONE ANSWERED. NO ONE RETURNED MY MESSAGES. AGAIN IN SPRING WITH ANOTHER INVOICE AGAIN NO ONE ANSWERED YOUR PHONE AND I LEFT MANY MESSAGES. NO RETURN CALL. NO HONEST PERSON IGNORES THEIR CALLS AND REFUSES TO CALL BACK. Please explain this. I would have loved to discuss on the phone instead of here but you chose not to go that route. Now it’s public.

Corey and his crew were timely and professional. They totally changed the island in our front yard. Great work ethic and vision for the project! Highly recommend Total Lawncare!

Had our neighbor's tree fall on our house on a Friday afternoon. We gave Corey a call and within the hour he was at our house. Took down the tree with great care and chopped it up. Great service and an incredibly reasonable price. Will use again and would recommend!

When we built our house three years ago Corey did an incredible design and then executed it perfectly. Beautiful poured concrete borders around all of our flowerbeds gorgeous raised flower bed in the front yard. And then throughout the past almost 3 years he has been there whenever we needed him with his whole crew maintaining our lawns And fertilizing in the spring and summer managing our sprinkler system and even helping when we had damage to our rocks out front from people driving over them. I can’t say enough for his company and his crew they’ve been great helpful always friendly and I highly recommend him
