Environmental Enhancements in Sterling

I was walking to drop off my child to her grandparents house when this person did not stop mowing the lawn as we walked near him. I had a one year old in my arms and as you can see in the picture lots of dust was being produced. When asked to please stop, he simply threw his hands up in the air as if he didn’t care and continued working. If i was by myself then who cares, but i had a baby and that is a safety issue. How careless

I've got nothing but great things to say about the Environmental Enhancements team, including great communication, fair pricing and timely service.

The actual quality of the service could be fine. This review is a result of extremely loud and toxic leaf blowers still in use by this company which pose a nuisance and infrequently violate noise ordinances at the apartment complex I live in. Very very disruptive to my sleep schedule. I have had this issue with EE for multiple years, living in an otherwise nice complex that employs their services. I'll also be complaining to the property manager.

Impeccable landscaping and hardscape, you cannot go wrong with this company. All about environment preservation and beautification. Contracts available for maintenance.

Despite me telling asking EE several times since 2019 not to prune our 13 young trees, they continued to do so, and poorly, without the health of the trees in mind. When I called the owner Fred to discuss this, I was shocked at how confrontational he was. He would not let me finish my sentences, belittled my concerns, and refused to acknowledge the persistent communication problems with his crew. He mockingly said, "They're trees. They'll grow back." He could not give me any assurance his crew would refrain from pruning our trees again. Our arborist now has to re-prune to repair the damage they caused and the trees don't have the same aesthetic quality and shape they once did.
