Jenn is amazing! She came and educated a group of kids on cool and fascinating facts about trees. She was very energetic and kept both parents and children engaged during the fun program.

Riverbend s customer service and their work on our trees were both excellent and I d highly recommend them. I most definitely look forward to employing their services again. Their dogged, obstinate, incessant efforts to get me to rate them and then provide this public feedback is, on the other hand, profoundly annoying and not at all appreciated. Very unhappy with the service provided and the treatment from this company. Riverbend has taken advantage of a lot of people here in Augusta, GA that was impacted by Hurricane Helene. I was quoted one thing on site for removing a tree off my house and off a fence(this tree was mainly left in the neighbors yard) but got an invoice that is was higher for the work they done which was not the best of work a mess was left behind. They basically took the tree from the back of my house and threw it in the front yard, the part that was on the roof then left without telling me anything. They was out approximately 20 mins and left the tree leaning against the fence. I then made multiple calls back to them to come finish the work they mentioned then that they would come back out the next day with the appropriate equipment to finish the job which turn into waiting 3 more days while they go out and tend to so call emergency situation (possibly taking advantage of others) so they charged me as well for the 2nd truck roll and the equipment on the first visit that they said they did not have. I had to go buy a chain saw to cut it up to be placed on the side of the road properly and safely. They also charged me for a tarp that they did not even put down. This company has no integrity at all and definitely showed no concern about the service provided to me during this situation. This kind of price gouging, combined with poor communication and lack of preparation, is unacceptable. I would not recommend to anyone looking for honest, reliable service. Please watch out for them in other states that has been impacted or face situations like this upfront. I wish they never came down to pretend to assist instead of trying to filling out their pockets when we have lost a lot here in Augusta, GA already. I have noticed they was not the only company but while the worker that assisted me inside gave a fair price we took them on an offer to complete the job, if I knew this how it would put me in a situation like this I would not wish this on my enemy which I do not even have. I pray they do the right thing and make this right.

Everyone at Riverbend Landscapes & Tree Service is amazing. They are quick to respond/return emails and phone calls, and I was scheduled the day of after a tree fell after a storm. They provided the estimate *and* serviced my property withing less than 24hrs. They treated my shrubs and cleared the tree so swiftly and cleanly I sincerely couldnt believe it. They even cleaned parts of my lawn that was a little messy as the icing on the cake. I also requested an estimate for landscaping and someone else came later on that same day: they were knowledgeable, professional and extremely kind. After gather several quotes, Riverbend Landscaping offered the most competitive quote. They were very easy to work with, communicated well over text and email and things went smoothly from start to finish.

I had a generally positive experience with the service provided. The team was professional, efficient, and delivered on their promises. However, I noticed that after the tree shredding was done, there were remains left on my deck. It would have been perfect if the clean-up had been more thorough.

We had a huge tree limb fall on and into our roof in the night. RiverBend had their amazing crew at our house first thing in the morning. They have done tree work for us before and they are wonderful to work with. Excellent communication, skilled workers, and every kind of equipment they need for doing the job safely and efficiently. And they clean up the mess well too. I highly recommend them.

Riverbend trimmed our trees for a very good price and they did exactly what we wanted to keep the branches away from the façade but also keep a nice healthy shape of the trees.

Riverbend Landscapes were great to work with, from the initial visit by the arborist, to the office staff, and the crew who came out to do the work. They were flexible with our timetable. The crew came out early, they were professional, did a great job - especially high up in the oaks (!) - and did an excellent job cleaning up the debris.

No respect for their customers time. I requested an assessment of the plants and trees at our house. They scheduled an appointment for two separate people to come...one for the trees and one for the bushes and shrubs. The guy who came to look at the trees seemed very thorough and was nice, but the other guy never showed up. After I emailed to ask where he was, they told me they canceled the appointment because the first guy looked at my bushes and shrubs (he didnt) and had a maintenance plan for them. They never called or emailed to tell me it was canceled, so we waited around all morning for nothing. And when I spoke to the tree guy, he tried to sell me on a broad maintenance program and acknowledged he didnt actually look at the bushes or shrubs so while he could speculate on potential causes he couldnt tell me what was wrong (and therefore what would actually fix them). In response to the owners comment: He might have been capable of looking at the full scope of work, but your arborist did not actually look at my bushes and shrubs. He admitted that to me when we spoke on the phone. I had another arborist come actually look at my bushes and shrubs and a number of them were dead...so your maintenance plan would not have worked. And a number of them had other issues which you cant diagnose from 15 feet away, which also require other solutions than your maintenance plan.

I would highly recommend this company! We had some bushes that desperately needed to be trimmed and shaped, and one imposter tree that needed to be removed. The estimation was scheduled quickly, and Corey arrived right on time. He proved to be personable, professional, and knowledgeable, and I felt much at ease with the process after his visit. Communication could use a little work, but once the work date was confirmed, their crew arrived early and were quick, efficient, and didn t leave any trace of their having been there other than well-trimmed bushes and one less tree.

Riverbend Landscaping did an excellent job grinding out a large stump and also removed a very large bush from my front yard. The jobs were done as scheduled to my complete satisfaction. The area was cleaned up as if nothing had taken place. I recommend their services.

We had three estimates for removing a big dead tree and Riverbend s proposal was the most reasonable. I need to mention that when they started working the initial plan had to be tweaked because of the bad condition of the tree instead of leaving 20 feet of the trunk they had to remove the whole tree. The pieces of debris were disposed of with the machinery. All clean and nice. Thank you, Riverbend. We will recommend it to all the neighbors.

We hired the Riverbend team for tree pruning and to perform a health assessment for several of our trees. Riverbend Landscapes & Tree Service has transformed the appearance of our residence - our property has never looked this good. We are busy professionals and cant keep up with all the yard maintenance. I called Riverbend after seeing their truck parked at a home whose landscaping Ive always admired. The cost of our bundled services contract is roughly the equivalent of what we were spending each year for different providers for mowing, turf treatments, weeding, leaf removal, etc. Their crew are professional, courteous, friendly, and really take their time and make excellent choices with how they handle things like bed treatment, how much mulch to add, how to reveal and restore our existing landscape materials (river rocks, landscape timbers, etc) - the crew works hard and treats our property like it was their own. I wish I hired Riverbend YEARS ago!!

We had Riverbend come out and give us a quote for taking down a tall red pine which was sick and also prune a lot of dead branches on a pin oak. Eric came out very quickly and talked me through what he would recommend. We got an estimate a couple days after. It wasn t cheap but the crew did a very good job. We ve also been using Riverbend for snow plowing for many years now. They are very responsive and do a very professional job. We may even consider getting a quote from them for our landscape and tree maintenance

We had a decades- long problem with the state of our meadow, aka our septic field. Riverbend transformed the substrate from little better than clay to a rich soil on which grass thrived. (Repeat, this was our septic field and grass was the only practical cover.) I wish we had hired them years ago. The rest of our property is established woods, and needs only occasional pruning, which Riverbend does to our complete satisfaction. They are very responsive.

Riverbend did a large project in our backyard to remove a lot of dead trees, stumps, and landscaping cloth / materials, and replace with nice graded ground and grass. The price was fair, the work was professional, fast, and high quality. We especially appreciated that they helped look around corners to make sure that the edges and details were sharp. No nickel/diming or crazy change orders for simple updates made on the fly. We would happily use them again and were thrilled with the result.

Mike and his team (Victor, Enrique and Saqueo) were terrific to work with. I had 5 trees beatuifully pruned. Mike worked with me to stay within a reasonable budget and responded to my many questions. They were prompt on committed date and made sure no damage was done to garden and neighboring cars. The entire process was easy. Only suggestion is that time of day is provided when job date email is sent. Shout out to Brad and office staff too!

We just had Riverbend at our house yesterday to prune our front yards crepe myrtle and were thoroughly impressed! We had a guy come out (Kevin) to quote us and he was extremely knowledgeable and kind. We got our quote about 5 minutes after our first meet and then within 2 weeks, workers were at our house to prune our tree! The 3 workers were friendly and hard working, and I loved that they had helmets for safety. Within 45 minutes, everything was done! Riverbend Tree Services did an outstanding job on the cutting, trimming and pruning of the very large and high tree by my home. The branches come over my home in the fall and summer. Riverbend cut and pruned the very long branches from the root which allowed me to be at ease knowing the damage it could cause. Riverbend did a major clean up of the overgrown yard of a new-to-me house that I bought in Feb 2022. They removed numerous large, overgrown plants and ground covering and trimmed trees. I was told the crepe myrtle should only be trimmed in the spring. I was pleasantly surprised when Riverbend contacted me this spring to tell me they would be out to do the crepe myrtle. I did not have to contact them! Also, Riverbend was one of only two out of five landscaping companies who came out to give me an estimate that actually followed through with one. Add to that, their estimate was less than half of the other one I received. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend Riverbend.

Riverbend did a great job removing a very large tree and stump right next to my house. I had several estimates, and they were very competitive in price and excellent in service. I recommend you consider them.

They showed up on time. Worked well and dropped many dead trees in the woods. Mulched up non burnable wood and left us good firewood to be split for fireplace. All debris was cleared when finished for the day. We would highly recommend them and will probably call for some more work to be done.

A very knowledgeable representative came out and gave good feedback about what was and wasnt needed to preserve and help some of our older trees thrive. I really liked that they didnt push any trimming or service that wasnt needed, and actively discouraged work that wasnt necessary. Riverbend employees are true professionals. We had a very difficult tree to remove that would have been easier if we got rid other branches from a close by beloved tree. They listened and said they would do their best. Well, they not only did their best, they did it in THE best way and didn t even touch the other tree. I was so impressed. Logan was through, and had his workers over within 2 hours after going over what needed to be done on my property. The crew was neat and efficient. I was referred to them by my landscaper/gardener.

Experience was super smooth and painless. Scheduled service was for 8am and Ernesto, our technician, not only showed up exactly on time (which is rarely the case in landscaping services) but made it so that we were not inconvenienced at all. From quote to clean up was only a few days! We had two large trees that had exposed roots which were heading for our driveway and our neighbors. They outgrew our front lawn and unfortunately needed to go. Marcel from Riverbend was very responsive and his quote was very reasonable. They removed the trees, the stumps, and the roots. Once complete they placed sod and cleaned up the area. Can t even tell that we had trees in our front lawn. Thanks!!

The men were delayed but came after I called to see where they were. The three men worked well together but after they were partly through cutting the myrtle tree I stopped them because they were cutting too much. I did not realize how badly it would look if the top was cut so much.

Riverbend removed a giant two trunk from 90 tree that was behind my house. They used a crane and the job was flawlessly done. They only left me with some sawdust. They did not damage the lawn. It was fun to see the experts at work. They also removed two other trees in our woods. There were some debris left but it was at par with other tree removal service. I would use them again.

I hired Riverbend to remove a 100 tall tree that had fallen and two other 100 tall trees. They showed up on time to give the estimate, and the price was fair. When they arrived to do the work, they had two crews (apparently the crane they wanted to use was tied up on another job so they sent two). Both crews did great work and took the two standing trees down safely. They even left me a bunch of the small pieces cut to firewood size. A couple days later, they also delivered a truck full of fresh oak wood chips that I requested. I will definitely use Riverbend again.

We had a tulip poplar growing too close to the back of our house and decided to have Riverbend Landscapes and Tree Service remove that tree, a small cherry tree and adjacent bushes. The crew of 4 came with a chipper this afternoon and removed all that and cleaned up the work area in about an hour and a half. They worked extremely fast and effectively together and did all that work perfectly (and safely). As they were cleaning up the worksite, they also cut down and dragged off some wild bushes growing on our side of our neighbor s fence, which makes our back and side yards look so much better. We feel that this firm was professional and went over and above their required duties on this job to give us a beautifully landscaped result. Highly recommend.

The Riverbend crew did a great job trimming our flowering trees thoughtfully pruning for shape and health of the trees, rather than just the across-the-top buzz cut that some companies perform. I have hired Riverbend twice. Last year to trim two large trees, and this year to remove a peach tree. Both times, I was able to get the estimate in a couple days and the work done within a week. The violent storm sent 2 hundred foot trees from my neighbors on my house. This happened Saturday night and Ryan of Riverbend was at my house on Sunday morning and by Monday night the trees had been removed with great precision and care. The courageous crew, working with a massive crane, that was observed with amazement by many neighbors and passersby removed the massive tree from high on my roof. Riverbend just completed emergency removal of a large pine that had fallen into the backyards of two of our townhomes. They worked on site not even 12 hours after I signed the estimate. The huge machine was amazing as they basically lifted the tree over top the row of townhomes. The only minor nit was that they left a number of small wood chips in the area. Otherwise, ground area and parking area was protected and preserved. On the downside, the price was nearly $6000. I went with Riverbend because on a previous removal of an equally large oak tree in my mom s yard, the cost was only $2300. In fact, in that case, the representative had initially recommended not doing the work given the age of the property (house may be sold and demolished soon). But long story short it had become a safety issue. I certainly don t doubt their honesty. I understand that the emergency nature can drive the price somewhat. Unfortunately, minutes after signing the contract, our regular HOA landscaping company came in with an estimate of $2500. Lest one think they are low balling I have found their pricing to be excessive in the past (one reason I reached out to an additional company this time). Perhaps they would have taken longer or not performed the job as well? We ll never know. But I might have been willing to trade some cost versus speed, since the pine didn t seem to be posing any further threat. Who knew giving the timing on the estimates. In essence, I went with the first response, not the lowest. Bottom line, Riverbend does excellent work. I just wish I could get more consistent estimates across jobs and vendors. It s hard to plan, budget, and make cost/benefit trade offs without it.

Luis and his crew arrived on time with all their equipment, and carefully laid out their plan. We had a large tree that needed to be dropped in our forested back yard. Louis himself carefully moved our grill and outdoor furniture out of the way to keep it protected. His crew conducted themselves well the whole time, and were very friendly. Although it was crazy to watch - there were no incidents dropping large branches straight down. Luis worked with us to get the stump the way we wanted, and ensure all the logs were separated so we can use them for firewood down the road. Finally, everything was cleaned up and returned to its original state. Will recommend Riverbend whenever I can.

Earlier this year I switched over to solar power energy at my house. Part of that process was to trim tree branches in the back yard to allow for less shade and more sun energy. I called Riverbend to come out and give me an estimate and evaluate what needed to be done. We scheduled and appointment and they arrived on time to explain their process. After a good understanding of the physical ability needed, cost of gear, potential risk involved (falling from 40 ft. up), and cost for removal or disposal of the trimmed branches I decided we needed to contact a professional. The crew took down five very tall (100 ft) tulip poplar trees in a very complicated setting and did a great job.

We found Riverbend through a flyer in our mailbox when they were in the area doing other work. Everyone I dealt with was professional and responsive. We just bought our property and the trees had not had any care for many years, so there were several diseased large trees, as well as a bunch of other scruffy or broken ones. Some were in tricky spots, like leaning toward our power line. The crew -- led by Irvin -- was well-organized, prompt, and obviously very experienced. They arrived on time and were a pleasure to watch. Most importantly, they performed all of the work SAFELY. It was a flurry of work that transformed our space in a matter of hours. My parents have been looking for a company to cut down a tree in their backyard for many years. No other tree company has been able to do so because it is next to a fence and extends into the backyards of other neighbors; I assumed it was because they were afraid of damaging the other neighbors trees or were scared, Im not sure. Weve searched from Loudon county to Arlington for tree services, but like I said, (I wont name drop) out of 8 tree removal companies, none of them sufficed. FINALLY! In mid July we had a nasty storm that felled a large oak onto my neighbors home and part of my home. Our homeowners insurance dispatched Riverbend to assess the tree situation. Unlimately, because it was a tree in the right-of-way, the county took care of the removal. Riverbends arborist Peter Hart took a look at a similar oak we had in front of our home, also in the county right-of-way, and advised me (at no cost) that it was also at high risk of falling because of a compromised root structure. He helped me with the proper language in a communication with the county that led to a visit by their arborist for an assessment. Such a close call with the neighbors tree had us concerned for a number of trees in our backyard that were leaning and didnt look well. Peter recommended the removal of 3 trees that were at risk. Unfortunately for his team these trees could not be accessed with a bucket truck or crane and all of the cutting and log removal had to be done without the aid of heavy equipment. The logs had to be carried downslope from the backyard to the chipper parked out front. Tree removal in the DC area is never an inexpensive endeavor so you want a good team from an arborist who really knows tree health to the guys who are doing the dangerous work of climbing the trees and hauling all of it away. I would not hesitate to use Riverbend again.

Irvim and his team were amazing! Except for the sunlight that is now in our yard, you would never know they were here. All of my plants are completely unharmed (and it was a BIG tree). They left the yard and driveway completely clear of debris, and were very respectful while they worked, which was extremely appreciated since my office is adjacent to the area where they were working. We had a very tall oak that was dead in the woods. It recently started leaning towards the road, so it needed to be removed. I called River Bend, and they came out the next day to give us a quote. We hired Riverbend to prune a very large oak tree growing around our power service line, and to maintain some of our smaller trees on the property. Their prices were competitive, and they got the job done quickly and safely!

Everything went smoothly, they made sure they completed everything as was contracted. And, some raking of fall leaves which was an extra and at no charge.

The job was in 3 parts. 1. Remove a 50 tall Maple tree that was leaning toward the house. 2. Grind up the stump. 3. Haul the grindings away. They did a fine job on all of it. Timely, straightforward, and $2,000.00 cheaper than the other guy.

It took Irving Escobar and his crew of 4 half the time I expected to prep, work, clean, and pack up. This was a very professionally coordinated job all the way through.

The tree professionals at Riverbend just left my house today after completing a difficult pruning job. The branches I wished removed were encroaching on my property, but the trees were not mine. The trapeze artist scaled the trees and cut the branches I had requested, without any debris falling in the neighbors yard. I ve used Riverbend services twice now and I would use them again.

Logan and his team did an amazing job. We had a crazy windstorm (60+mph gusts) that took out many BIG trees on my property - knocking down horse pasture fencing - sort of urgent since the horses can escape. He had a crew there the next day - got everything (and that was a lot!) out of the way (the trees that fell completely), felled the trees that were partially fallen, cut them off - took the out in pool off bins - and much led the rest. Thank you. Awesome job. They have also done smaller jobs for me and done a great job - seeding, aeration, weeding, mulching etc. - but this was a big one and they got it done. I definitely recommend them.

This is the second time I have used this company. I have burning bush plants coming in on Wednesday, and even though the company had a 2 to 3 week delay in service, they manage to find a spot for me and squeeze me in. The price was way less than I thought and their work is very neat

In the recent severe weather our old Willow tree was seriously damaged, with several large sections broken off. We thought it would be very difficult to find any company to respond quickly given many people were experiencing similar issues. Riverbend made a real effort to get to us quickly, even sooner than we had hoped for, and the crew was knowledgeable and did a very thorough job. Afterwards we decided to have some cabling done with the remainder of the tree, and again they came quickly to do the job. All, at what we thought, was a very fair price, with no attempt to collect some emergency or quick response fee. We have had a lot of tree work done over the years, and other companies we have used have been very good, but Riverbend certainly deserves to be called out for exceptional service!

Riverbend did such a nice job with 8 trees in our yard. They came out to do the assessment, tagged the trees, and arrived with a crew of 4 people. They were done in no time, and the yard looks so nice now. They are clearly well trained - cleaned the canopies and raised them. They did wonders with an overgrown crepe myrtle that was a bit too close to the house.

The crew did great work and safely and quickly removed the two large trees. Once downed, the crew thoroughly cleaned the debris, I would definately use them again.

Starting with the estimator very professional,. Scheduling the work not quite as smooth as several calls were necessary to find out when the work was to be performed. The actual work crew was efficient although did not appear to have any one actually in charge. Work was completed as contracted with everything carried away and the property blown clean. Was a little disappointed that 5 divot holes in the lawn about 6 to 8 inches deep were not filled to make the ground level again but left as open large holes. The cabling operation was pretty basic and took about 10 minutes to accomplish for a significant fee even after the climber was already in position and paid for climbing to that exact spot to prune a couple of branches. Probably not worth the money charged for cabling. Everything else was fairly priced. Would probably use them again but would likely skip the cabling. An understanding of restoration of ground damage is recommended. A very congenial work crew. The tree removal and pruning was as expected. A few areas of attention would make this a five star operation.

I feel like the treat my yard like they would treat their own - a lot pride in what they do. Carol Ann and her team of experts transformed my back yard from being an eyesore to an oasis! They really work with you to design and implement exactly what you want and make suggestions along the way!

Irving and his team of three other men arrived at 8:30 on the agreed-upon date and went to work removing a large pine tree. The tree was located very close to my fence, but the team took down the large limbs and tree top without damaging the fence or lawn. I watched the entire process and was amazed at how quickly and professionally the team worked to bring down the limbs, organize them on the ground so they could be picked up and taken to the chopper on the street. I will use them again this fall to prune a large tree in my front yard

Tree down. Customer satisfaction, service performance, and price point are scored on a scale five stars is the best. I score your team as a seven-star operation. It was flawless execution in two hours. The Riverbend crew arrived on time, had the right equipment, expertly choreographed the tree climber, crane lift operator for limbs to the shredder, and the tree-trunk to the heavy hauler for offsite shredding, and finally the cleanup and departure. My point, team performance was absolutely tops!!

If it was possible to give less than one star, I would. My husband contacted Riverbend for an estimate. They scheduled to come out today (Saturday) at 10 am. However, at 10 am no one showed up nor contacted us. Understanding that delays are possible, we waited until 11 am before contacting them. We were told that the technician was actually scheduled to come out between 11am-12 pm. Another two hours later, no technician and no phone call. Unlike Riverbend, we had the courtesy to contact them and cancel the service.

Based on a recommendation from a friend, we had Riverbend give us a quote on tree removal. Their prices were pretty comparable to the other companies we had quotes from but we appreciated their promptness and other services included after the trees were removed. We had 7 trees removed, most of which required climbing, and they ground out the stumps, cleaned up, seeded and strawed the yard. After paying the deposit, we were told wed be called in a few weeks to let us know what day they were coming out. After a few weeks of not hearing from them, I called to see when they were coming and they scheduled us that week. We were super impressed with the tree removal crew. Four guys took down the largest trees with ease and no damage to the other trees in the yard, our fence, or the house. They cleaned up any trash they had and were respectful to close fence gates before they left. There were two other crews that came after the tree removal. One to grind the stumps and one to clean up, level the yard, seed and straw. I didnt have to call to schedule the stump grinding, but I did have to call to schedule the cleanup crew. The last crew also didnt have instructions for seeding the yard and I had to call and confirm that on the day of. They came back that afternoon to finish. Overall, I was really happy with the work done, the professionalism of the crews, the online quote/billing process, and the work performed. The overall communication could have been better or more responsive, but it didnt affect my overall positive impression of the company. I was able to get ahold of the company when needed and scheduling was prompt.

This company really blew me away. Ill be honest, I had pretty high expectations going in, as my sister is a professional florist and I worked for a landscaping company myself as a teen. That being said, when I was first introduced to Riverbend, I found that they were initially slow to follow up with me and seemed to have difficulty nailing down a start date. However, when they did arrive on site, I was truly impressed by with their expertise. The team was dedicated, efficient, and very thorough, going above and beyond each and every expectation I had. When I looked out the window this morning at the work they had accomplished, I couldnt help but gasp at the beauty of it all. It was clear that they had taken great care to incorporate my suggestions and preferences, as well as allow their own creative artistry to flourish in the process. In the end, they breathed life into our bedraggled old backyard and transformed it into a dreamy paradise in no time at all. I couldnt be more thankful.

Riverbend s team of professional tree removal personnel came out and make short work of a 70 foot tall tree that had died and was in danger of falling on our house. Even though the work was close to the house they were able to professionally and cleanly bring it down without any danger to our home. They are a skilled team and I would highly recommend them and I will use them again the next time I have a need for tree and limb removal.

I was so impressed with Logan and the entire Riverbend Landscape crew. I was one of the people effected by the random Leesburg, February, tornado. My backyard has been transformed from something that looked like a combat zone to a beautiful open pallet. I am so looking forward to what is going to happen next.

We had a tornado pull down a huge tree in our townhome backyard. It landed on our shed and fencing which meant the tree had to go ASAP before we could fully assess and fix the damage to the other areas. Logan came out Saturday morning, gave us a great price and scheduled us for Monday morning. Sunday afternoon his team was over here, got the tree cut up and stacked for us, removed the brush and ground the stump in no time flat with their RC grinder. My kids loved watching that thing do work! Thank you Riverbend for being so quick and spending your Sunday getting us taken care of!

Logan and his team came to the rescue following the tornado that came through Leesburg Friday morning. While other companies were assessing jobs and throwing numbers out, Logan came in giving very reasonable numbers, NOT coming off as a contractor trying to take advantage of homeowners put in an unfortunate situation. He and his crew started right away, even with the high demand of his business. His men worked efficiently, respectfully, and professionally. I also must add that they worked safely! They all had their safety gear on the whole time, the climber was harnessed off every step of the way, and made sure to take every precaution to ensure that where the trees fell were completely safe, and under control. They were amazing to watch. Logan was present during the entire job and was extremely pleasant and professional to deal with. At the end of the day, he had pizza ordered for his men and even shared with the homeowners he was dealing with. Those are qualities that can only be found in a quality leader and owner. Last, I must add that the whole time he was at my residence, it was currently in the middle of home showings. All of the potential buyers of my home saw hardworking men resolving the issue at hand and really taking care of their potential major purchase and investment. That scored major points in my book. I highly recommend him and his crew to anyone in need of his expertise.

I live in a heavily wooded area with dozens of 80+ ft tall oak trees and have had to have several dead trees dropped top-to-bottom. I was fed up with paying high prices to get a tree dropped and called to get an estimate from Riverbend Landscapes. Not only did I get an estimate on the first day I was available, it was extremely cost competitive and the quote was emailed to me (not verbal). Given the substantial savings over the other quotes I had and the apparent professionalism of Riverbend Landscapes, I gave them the job. The 80 tall, 2 ft diameter tree was dropped and sawed to log lengths as I wanted to keep the wood. The job was fast, professional, and perfectly executed. I highly recommend Riverbend Landscapes for any significant tree trimming/dropping work.

Riverbend was Great. Representatives were quick to respond, easy to talk with, and clear in what they said. An arborist was on site to inspect my tree in a very few days. The fee for service was reasonable, the payment plan was also, and the work was done well and on schedule.

The actual tree service was good but communication about scheduling was poor. First, we were told about the scheduled service day only after we called two days prior. Second, the service was rescheduled to the following day without letting us know, disrupting our schedules.

My overall feelings are split between the friendly person that inspected our needs and provided us an estimate, the friendly expert workers that performed the work, and the poor customer service. The only complaint is that customer service falls short by not maintaining better contact with clients. We received our work invoice and estimate asking that we paid one-half of the bill. We found ourselves wondering when things were going to happen we left handing by a thread at times. Like being notified nearly 8pm that the company was sorry for not getting to us. We were told that they were coming tomorrow causing one of us wait all day. Only to receive the apology at nearly 8pm. It would have better to say, you are last on the list tomorrow and can expect an afternoon showtime. That way we can use our morning to complete things.

I had a large pine tree (60 tall) about 9 feet from my house. The trunk was about 3 diameter, and the tree was very full. I discovered Riverbend though some friends. After trying to reach a number of tree services, Riverbend was the only one who was truly responsive and made me feel they would do the job properly. They gave me a fair price and listened to all my concerns. Logan was great about staying in contact with me and came out while his crew was working to check on them. Not only did they do a great job at removing my tree and trimming some other trees, but they cleaned up the site better than any contractor I have used. The team was courteous and seemed to be having a great time. I have already recommended Riverbend to others and will continue to do so. I dont think you can find a better company.

They showed up as a professional team with equipment that easily took our tree down and removed it all very quickly. That crane was amazing! The stump grinding machine came a couple of days later with one operator using a remote control. A well oiled machine, and I noticed when the truck pulled out after the job was done, the driver got out and picked up a couple bags of leaves that had fallen over in front of my neighbors, just a class act! I loved seeing out how they consulted with one another prior to starting and then worked seamlessly.

Price quoted was very competitive, but that didnt reduce quality. Crew was extremely professional and took their time to think over the safest way to take down my trees without harming my house or property. They schedule about a month in advance but they are absolutely worth the wait.

Riverbend did a great job recently restoring two retaining walls for our HOA. The crew was very careful, kept the area cleaned up while they were working, and we are very pleased with the results. Earlier they installed landscaping with large boulders and steppers to help prevent erosion on a hill by a path that draws compliments, and they also extended and redirected a storm drain. One of our Board members commented that he would like to continue to do work with Riverbend and I agree.
